We recently moved to St. Pete and were in need of a good, professional and inclusive attorney to completely rewrite all of our legal documents. Kira Doyle and her great staff were all and more than we had hoped. The documents were thorough and covered all the mandates for the State of Florida.
They were completely welcoming to my wife and me. Kira Doyle and her staff treated us "just like every other couple," respectfully and graciously. As we come from a different state where this is NOT often the case, this environment was a relief.
Additionally, the documents and the process by which they are written, approved and finalized was professional and efficient. Kira and her staff were easily available to answer our questions and sent updates and their own questions frequently.

My husband and I have experienced the sad reality of loved ones passing away. We knew we did not want to leave our loved ones stressed and wondering what to do when we're at the end of life and they may be grieving. Mr. Winer has handled trust and estate issues for my parents, and for my husband and myself. He has drawn up our wills and other legal documents. When my husband died suddenly he assisted me every step of the way, including probate, transferring copyrights and royalties, and more. Mr. Winer was responsive to my every need, getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question or concern. I honestly do not know how I would have gotten through that difficult period without him. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel. My father passed 3 years ago and after a number of circumstances his trust has been managed by a bank. I had been experiencing difficulties with them for months in regards to my upcoming wedding - I merely shared a few details with Rachel before she already had a number of suggestions. I came to Mr. Scott after my auto injury. I was in a lot of pain, and was unsure on what to do. Mr. Scott explained to me the medical ramifications that I can be exposed to if I did not seek medical treatment. We started my case and I received the treatment that I needed. I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. Still it took so much away from her mental and physical capacity. It also required her to move to a long-term care facility.
I live in another state (Michigan) and dealing with all my mother’s needs was a logistical and emotional nightmare. Ms. Terrana is professional, knowedgeable, courteous and kind. She overcame two obstacles for me. One - my brother, the elder person I am caring for, and I live in two different states. Two - he was in need of a new living situation and was extemely difficult to work with. Initially, I spoke with Ms. Terrana by phone about preparing a POA and will for him. Once all was ready for his signatures, I flew to Florida and she met us at the nursing home with the documents. My brother signed all the paperwork and was very happy with her too! We hired Bill after interviewing 4 attorneys in town. We found Bill to be the most competent, compassionate, understanding and efficient. In addition to being an excellent estate counsel, he's also an excellent accountant and this combination is crucial for proper estate counsel. My siblings, myself and - above all, my mom - are very fortunate to have found Bill McQueen. Though attorneys are, in my mind, one of those professionals one wants direct word-of-mouth referral to, Bill was referred to me through quite a circuitous route; and I could not have been sent to anyone better. My family needed to re-do virtually all of my mother's legal documents, do substantial work on her finances, and apply for VA A&A, as my mother's health declined, and we had to move her into assisted living. Not only did Bill do an absolutely amazing job with all of this with incredible expertise and efficiency, he also was extremely responsive at every (and I mean EVERY) turn. Not a question, need, suddenly-pressing deadline, or otherwise came up that Bill did not jump on it - and with remarkable thoroughness. Bill has known what to do, how to do it, and where nuances have been necessary in each and every step of this 18-month journey. I feel so much more comfortable with my mother's legal documents and legal work overall, and - beyond that - following all the time and effort Bill and I put into applying for VA A&A for my mom, the benefits were awarded - saving my family more than $12,000 a year in paying for my mom's care. Finally - When one is the midst of doing all he can to help an aging parent in failing health, compassion and concern certainly help. And Bill certainly has quite a bit of both. I needed a special attorney to handle a complex case involving probate, guardianship, sale of realestate, income tax and asset management. I literally searched google, asked family and friends for an attorney that could take care of all these matters for me and all roads led to lee. It took 2 years to resolve each and every issue but at the end of it all ... I prayed and thanked God I found him. He will always be strait with you, work hard to resolve an issue. He is very reasonably priced which surprised me because I had dealt with attorneys half his ability and paid much more. My best advice to any one reading this review to do your self a favor and give him a call. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

We hired Ms. Everist of the Clarie Law Firm to represent us in our attempt to counter the State of Florida. The State filed a motion to change the custody of a year-old foster child who had been with us since birth. At no time did it appear that the State had the best interest of the child in mind. With less than a month to prepare, Ms. Everist and her co-counsel, Ms. Peggy Senentz, put the petal to the metal. Ms. Everist was exceptionally knowledgeable, and thoroughly put together an argument that easily prevailed in the 6th Circuit Court. The hearing itself was lengthy, requiring a day and a half of testimony and arguments. Ms. Everist demonstrated superb court presence and demeanor, even in the face of dire tactics by the opposing attorney. She then followed up for the next three months as we slogged through the obstacle course that concluded with our successful adoption of the child. I would heartily recommend her for similar cases.

My mother fell ill and I needed to have immediate Guardianship so I could mind her affairs while she was incapacated. Mr Nobles was going to do the Guardianship 'pro bono' since my mom was poor and I didnt have the money. Found out mom wasnt destitude, so I paid out of her acct. But even without knowing me Mr Nobles was going to do all Pro Bono. He is a good man, very reliable and very much in Law for the Law, not to rake you over the coals and take all your money. Mom recently passed away, I am currently using Mr Nobles services for Estate Probale. There arent too many Attorny's who are honest as Mr Nobles, and I would recomend him wholeheartedly!!

I hired Gregory to reopen a 16 year old probate case, as an error needed to be corrected through the court and the attorney who originally handled the probate is deceased. I was under an extremely tight deadline and was very stressed about the situation. Gregory quickly met with me, calmed me down, and assured me he could have the error resolved by month end. Mr. Tuthill gets an A+ review for his services. He was always available and responsive. When he was not in the office, his staff always took the time to help me. His ideas were creative and he had a firm grasp of the situation. There is no doubt he attempted to keep billed hours to a minimum. His basic tenant was "don't waste time and money until we need to". I firmly believe he could have billed me significantly more hours had his goal been billable hours. He did not waste time or resources.
I found him to be professional, personal, ethical, and not vindictive towards the other party. His strategy was always to minimize the personal attacks and work a fair, viable settlement. However, I have no doubt he would have been effective had things gotten tough.
