Jacque Mingle beautifully carried through on multiple aspects of her training, as exemplified through her professional expertises: She was instrumental in overseeing the Guardianship Case on behalf of my ill, age-advanced mother (Alzheimer's), where concepts of elder law were at play, forefront and center. Because a contested, complicated Trust was involved, Jacque Mingle's Estate Planning background became invaluable. I would bet that Jacque Mingle has pretty much seen it all. (And she's so humble that, for the longest time, I thought that her specialty only allowed for her to handle Guardianship cases.) Later in the process, when I was erroneously, anonymously accused of elder abuse, much of it related to family dynamics and greed, Jacque Mingle stepped forward with patience and support, quietly leading the way to better days to come. Though Jacque Mingle changed law offices during this lengthy journey, she never missed a beat and kept her eyes on the tasks at hand. Not once did I feel that her personal/professional life had been disrupted during her move toward becoming a Partner, or while changing office locations, coincidentally during the time of Coronavirus... I cannot thank Jacque Mingle enough for always staying on target, while sometimes having to tirelessly engage in job requirements (evenings, laboring from home), particularly when there were time crunches. Jacque Mingle reached out with a kind heart, and was empathetic. She's humble and brilliant, so does not focus on her own star having to shine. I could count on Jacque Mingle's guidance, coupled with her integrity and strong work ethic--she helped me to move this case from a basic nightmare (after my mother fearfully bit a policeman on a hot summer day) to a workable solution, all tailored to my Mom's best interests. Since we live overseas, and have advocated for my mother's long-term best care and considerations, I could never thank Jacque Mingle enough for following through on everything, and then some, which we had discussed during our first consultation together. It's amazing how this all played out: I had contacted my mother's Scottsdale attorney for a referral, after which I ended up seeking counsel in Tucson from a complete stranger, who ended up becoming my new best friend, if even for a relatively short while (roughly 18 months). Should we ever need any further assistance down the road, Jacque Mingle would still be my first choice for legal needs. Jacque Mingle has allowed us to move forward from some very dark days, and she helped us to focus on the rays of sunshine at the end of a cold, narrow tunnel. I will be forever grateful to Jacque Mingle for doing everything right to have thus earned my respect. Jacque Mingle is a great asset to any appropriate legal situation, especially when personal strength, perseverance, and a warm smile are desperately needed in a timely manner. My husband and I, a gay couple, engaged Beth Kruchek to do our wills and related documents this fall. Making personal decisions about wills is probably never easy, but Beth certainly guided us in the way right for us, and made it as procedurally easy as possible. My wife and I just needed to a reinstatement of our out dated trusted from another state. Former home and beneficiaries had changed. We went through two different law firms in Tucson before finding Beth. Our estate is simple all we needed was a couple changes ; home and beneficiaries. Firm 1. had us sign a ridiculous legal contract, charging us $3,800.00. Stung us along for over4 mos. in wasted meetings.Firm 2. Wouldn't even talk to us unless we signed a contract with a $250.00 retainer, and a cost of $3,200.
Beth took my phone call and free consultation meeting. She is very proficient, kind, and listens to you needs. Doesn't try to push you into something you don't need. Gives good advise of the law, and makes you understand it in laymen terms. Doesn't over fill your head with a bunch of " legal terms" that are totally confusing.

My elderly father hired Atty. Newborn to resolve a breach of a verbal agreement between himself and his son where his son took a significant amount of money not owed to him after the sale of my fathers property.
Atty. Newborns assistant Isaiah researched case law due to the nature of this particular incident and along with other factors in this case helped my father *win* his case.
Atty. Newborn and the office personnel were always professional. Our calls were returned if we had questions and my father was kept current about case progression.
*The down side to this case, which has nothing to do with Atty. Newborn who did a fantastic job, is that my father will probably never recover his money because the COURT SYSTEM/LAWS do not protect the victim/plaintiff from defendants who liquidate assets to avoid liens or collection of payment and or disappear prior to the case being decided in court. How does a victim recover his stolen money from the unscrupulous defendant?
Something to think about if pursuing a defendant in a civil case where money is involved. These laws need to be changed to protect the victims.

My father had a trust with Kinghorn Law and after his passing, I became the Trustee. I retained Kevin's firm to do the Trust Administration and worked with Amber from their office.
Amber was able to resolve all of the issues dealing with Canadian investments, Treasury Direct, creditor notices and many other items. She is also creating beneficiary trusts for the survivors and taking care of all paperwork.
It has been a difficult process in dealing with the loss of a parent but Kinghorn Law has been there to assist in every aspect of the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any type of Family Law needs.

We were looking for a lawyer to represent us in AZ since we were out of state. We were coming to Tucson for a limited amount of time and needed to find someone quickly. We wanted to meet with someone face to face, so we were comfortable dealing with them long distance. Mrs. Conway was able to get us in for a consultation quickly which was great. She was honest and upfront about the situation which we appreciated. We had already made contact with a few others to no avail or satisfaction. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the circumstances of our case. And if she didn't have an answer she found one. She kept us informed and was available for questions with a quick response. I could not be more happy with her professionalism and felt comfortable working with her long distance. She was very upfront and honest through the whole case (which was somewhat complicated) and we were able to have a positive outcome. Zarina is by far the best she helped me with my custody and child support case. I was recommended to Zarina by a co-worker who used her on her case. She was up front and honest with me about everything. When I first meet her and her assistant, they were both very professional and courteous. My ex-wife had been fighting me for years to get full custody of our child and wanting more child support. Zarina fought for me to maintain our joint custody order and was even able to get me more vacation time and lower my current child support as my ex-wife had been hiding and lying about her income. My previous attorney would keep telling me that I had no way of proving her extra income and that it was best for me to just settle... This would always screw me over! Zarina did what needed to be done from the beginning, my only regret is not having her from the start.

Mr. Lazaro and his assistant Lori Gray are the best. When I first consulted with them I was nervous and scared, they are both kind and compassionate and put me at ease. Mr. Lazarow resolved an over $100,000 tax debt for me. I never had to interact with the IRS. I now have to pay the IRS only a little over $2000. His fees are reasonable, fair and manageable. We used S. Lazarow for some IRS debt. The whole process is a lengthy one but we were kept in the loop the entire time. Lori his go to person was very easy to work with and made the process easier. IRS debt is a stressfull situation and they were top notch at handling it and keeping us calm while going through it. If we ever need any services again, this will be the firm we use. They also helped us with a CPA recommendation that has worked out very well also.

My wife and I were referred to Mark by a realtor and originally consulted with him on several occasions over the past several years concerning our rental property. We were considering letting the property go into foreclosure for a number of personal reasons. He gave us clear options for us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. We decided to stop payment on the house and let it go into foreclosure. During this process, we consulted with him again to get some clarity on issues we had with the process and he answered all questions and explained in terms that we understood how to continue. The process has taken over 2 years total, and at the beginning of this year (2017), we were served with papers from the bank that a dispute over the description of the property was in question. At this point, we hired Mark to assist with the legal aspect of the banks filing. In what seemed like a complicated issue, Mark was able to settle the issue with the bank and get us out from under the legal aspect of the case. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our consultations and easy to work with. He exceeded all of our expectations in the final out come of our situation. I was referred to Brad from a friend and now I definitely owe her dinner. Unfortunately, as many know divorce can be exhausting, frustrating and nerve-wracking. Mine had all of those moments due to my ex-husbands shenanigans but I always felt and knew Brad had my back and my best interests in mind. So I had scheduled a consultation thru the Pima County Superior Court because I was told that well known and reputable Lawyers host free consultations for people like myself that didn't have a clue on how to complete certain court documents.
So since I first walked in he greeted me and introduced himself right away. He asked my situation and I took out TONS of papers and scattered over the table and told him that I was super confused and started the Full Custody process but didn't know how to close it or continue to the process. He stopped, thought for a minute, began digging into the paperwork, he asked tons of questions (which shows interest and demonstrated initiative in the matter) and, as he listened to my story; he organized EVERYTHING, telling me what I had to do next. With 7 minutes remaining on my consultation he began giving me instructions on how to complete the paperwork and BAM, I would be set or he could help me at his private office down Grant Rd. I took Andrews card immediately and he scheduled me at the 1st opening he had!
Over all, my paperwork is completed and now waiting for my Default hearing, j feel very confident and prepared t ok close this finally thanks to Andrew.
He was courteous, aggressive, Very Wise on how to handle the situation, EXPERIENCED, very affordable, He Even Stayed with me about 30 minutes or so over his closing time just to help me get it done ASAP (Which most have you reschedule), BUST MOST IMPORTANTLY... I felt like he cared, he is genuinely doing this line of work for the people Not For The Money But For The People. I witnessed that from day one.
And That Is Why He Will Be The One & Only Attorney I Will Trust And Go To For Now On.

We recently had a very complicated trust matter as we were moving a trust from La to Az, where laws are very different. We also decided to make new wills and basically restructure all of our estate planning. Other attorneys we spoke to made our goals seem virtually impossible. Craig made it seem easy (even though we know it was not). Everything was handled quickly and in our best interest for the future and the future of our children. We can't say enough positive things. And just a note - the staff in his office are friendly and pleasant as well.

My ex-husband passed last month, and lived in AZ. Our children live in Hawaii, and they had no idea what do do upon hearing about the passing of their father. We have been told that no Will was left, so we knew we needed to talk to an attorney to help us with this process. On the recommendation of another law firm, I was put in contact with Mr. Struse. We spend an hour long Zoom conference call with Mr. Struse and we all felt confident that he was the correct attorney to speak to about our concerns and helping us navigate our next direction. He answered all our questions, listening patiently, giving us ethical / straight forward advise. We left the conversation with the knowledge of how probate works and knowing how we need / want to move forward. Thank you Mr. Struse so much for helping us, especially with the distance problem (Hawaii - Arizona) and having no Will in place. Mr. Stuse is extremely east to talk to, answers your questions, helps you understand the process explaining in plain English, and was genuinely empathetic to our situation. I also need to add, Andrea, his paralegal, was wonderful to talk to and did a fantastic job setting up our Zoom appointment and doing the intake of information before our appointment. I truly wish I could find a law firm like this in Hawaii.

I've used the services of Slosser Law Firm's, Timothy Struse, in the past when he deftly sorted out my deceased mother's property holdings and got my sister and I on track to transfer the property title. The property had been taken out of the Trust to be refinanced when my mother was still alive, but was mistakenly not put back in the Trust. So when it came time to make sure the remaining properties were in order to sell and sign off on the escrow documents with only one Trustee instead of two, hiring Timothy Struse again was a no-brainer. Timothy made the process easier and saved my sister and I a lot of time and effort. He's affordable, fast, pleasant and knows what he's doing. You can interview other attorneys like I did prior to hiring him the first time, but I guarantee you I am most happy with Timothy and can't recommend him highly enough.

Tim Struse handled our case of Trust settlement. My sister and I had been working with another lawyer for 6 months to obtain our rightful inheritance after the death of our father, but the trustee of my father's Trust (his second wife) chose to interpret the documents to give herself all the income from the Trust assets for life even though our father had made it clear in the last amendment he signed before his death that she was to receive a lump sum and his children were to receive the remainder. We were getting nowhere until we hired Tim Struse who promptly drew up a Trust Distribution Agreement which all parties felt was equitable. Throughout the process, Tim kept us informed of progress, answered all our emails (sometimes within minutes) and made us feel like we had a powerful ally. I would highly recommend Tim Struse to anyone with Trust or Estate problems.

She is very knowledgeable in elder law. She advised me on my father's situation. I found from her that I could do a Conservatorship to stop his wild spending. Since my father was in Colorado she advised me to seek a lawyer in Colorado. He is a snow bird. Her advise was as good as the best lawyer I found in Colorado. I had to interview 3 lawyers in Colorado before I found one as competent. She was very generous with her time and did not charge me for a long consult.
