I do not know if these other reviews were paid for but this attorney has been non responsive for two years telling me where I live the mds won't take liens. If he was not able to represent me after a car accident he should not have taken my case. The chiropractor was irate as he had a verbal lien with her and did not pay it so she dropped me. She had some choice things to say about his office staff as well. Meanwhile he refused to take calls and leaves me hanging. Now I have to file with the state bar and look for an attorney that handles all this beware car accident attorneys are a dime a dozen find one in your own city

Hired Mr. Schlosser to assist an insurance defense firm in my company's defense. He did an outstanding job. He handled depositions where he was well prepared in questions and/or answers. He helped outlined other discovery procedures where he took the lead and completed the tasks to everyone's satisfaction. Additionally, his fees were reasonable. Not only was he extremely competent but he ACTUALLY RETURNS PHONE CALLS... :-) :-)

My mother had Mr. Schlosser prepare her will and trust shortly before she died. Then he helped us after her death by meeting with the family, helping deal with family issues, and he even saved us thousands of dollars by negotiating with the mortuary on our behalf. He did a great service to us.

She was the worst layer ever. It took her 7 years to close our civil case. She lied to us and never had our paperwork ready. She didn't even want to see us on our last meeting with her. She had her assistant explain our case when she was the one to explain it to us. I will not recommend her. I am an actual client who tells the truth. I even feel we got stolen money from our case. We had a lot of missing receipts. Be careful with her and her son. Tanya went on vacation when she had our settlement money and told me her son was working on the case. I never got to speak to him or meet him. Tanya took her sweet time to give us our settlement money. If l could, l will give her 0 stars. Tanya is a very irresponsible and inconsiderate lawyer. Be careful if you choose her to be your lawyer or her son, whom l have never met or spoken with.

I had high hopes since my best friend aunt used to work with this man but idk if age is getting the best of him or lack of a good team or both. Please stay away! The reviews might be fake. I constantly had to ask for updates from start to finish and they ended up charging me for all their mistakes. CompIetly wasted my time by double booking appointments and losing "emails". They were so kind to not take all my money since i decided i had enough of their incompetence. End of day they don't deserve a penny if anything they owe me for wasting my time. I shouldn't be surprised as I have experienced this with every single laywer I have encounter. Sadly going thru a divorce this is the last thing you want to be taken advantage of but I guess this is how it goes. please stay away you don't need this added headache during such a horrible time

Very disappointed overall. Everything was ok until after the hearing. A couple of weeks past and I reached out to Mr. Hedtke by phone on 08/06/2024 concerning the fact that I had not and still as of today 08/14/2024 have not received any documents from the court hearing. When I reached out to Mr. Hedtke his first response was that "Someone must be stealing my mail!!!???" How he jumped directly to that conclusion I frankly have no idea. When I informed him that due to the neighborhood mail box lock being broken we have been picking up our mail at the post office for over 3 weeks, his next line of reasoning was that I must have not been paying attention and threw it away by accident. He verified my correct address and then said, "I don't know what to tell you." When I asked if there was a number I could call at the courthouse, he seemed to me from his tone of voice to get upset and finally said his office could email me a copy of a paper they had. It's now been 08 days and I've received NOTHING. I texted him a reminder about it yesterday and the only response I received was a text asking me "Who is this?" When I responded with my name, I received no reply.
Very, unprofessional and callous. I would not recommend. I can only assume his office offering a $30.00 gift card for leaving a 5 star rating helps tremendously to raise his ratings.
