Kelley was the perfect partner to prepare my estate planning. I am the father of (2) special needs children, which required a special needs trust to go along with the typical Living Trust, Will, DPA and Advanced Health Care Directives. My husband and I needed a will and a trust before we left on a vacation to Africa. We really did not give Summer a lot of time to do this. She had it finished and ready to sign in record time. Organizing my family's legal affairs was badly overdue. We needed the full kit - a family trust, living wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, etc.. We found Lee on a recommendation, and the recommendation was well deserved.
Lee was great to work with. We know nothing about these things, and he led us through it step by step. He explained each legal document, why that document did (or did not) apply to our family, and how to gather the information to produce the final documentation. My wife and I feel much more comfortable now that we have this process behind us. It was quicker and easier than we expected.
I recommend that any family get their legal documents in order - it's a relief once it's done. And I highly recommend Lee Kaster to help guide you through the process.

My wife and I was in his office yesterday, 03/07/2016 for his help to resolve a problem in transferring one of our personal account into our existing Family Trust created created by Mr. Nearon Sr. 19 years ago. This Trust is in it's second Restatement created by Mr. M. Franklin Parrish who made it very confusing with heaps of legalese jargon. The Financial company cannot understand this second restatement whether we have 3 Family Trusts and which one shall we transfer our personal account ( Original Family Trust, Restatement Family Trust or Second Restatement Family Trust). I called Mr. Parrish for help about the problem and he refused to listen to problem and will not allow me to talk. I beg him to listen and he hang up. He emailed me a solution which is not even slightly related to the problem and emailed me a very nasty accusations on the way I talked. I gave my own solution to the Financial company. 2 weeks later Financial Co. transferred the account and asked if the Trust's name with minor change to my solution is OK. I called Mr. Nearon Jr. for help and he agreed to what the Financial Co. did. Now my wife and I can breath with relief.

First, I'll let you know that I am a legal secretary, and have worked with lawyers since 1977. We chose Craig Judson to handle our estate planning on a referral from the Mt. Diablo Legal Professionals Association. We went to Craig to create a living trust or will. He listened to us and took notes on our lives, children, possessions, etc., and then he thoroughly explained our options, and why he felt a living trust would be in our best interests. When the documents were ready, he explained everything we needed to do to convert accounts, the house, etc., to the trust, and it came with a detailed letter which also explained everything. His office made transferring the title on our home to the trust extremely easy. We also now have durable power of health care because of Craig, as well. We know that when we die everything will be taken care of. Our children have his business card, and they just need to contact him, and he will help them and take care of everything. It is easy to see why the Mt. Diablo Legal Professionals Association named him Boss of the Year a few years ago. We highly recommend him.

Chris Schneider has been my attorney since 2011. I first hired him to help me settle my mother's estate after her death. As the executor of the estate, Chris provided excellent advice. It was a very tenuous time due to siblings dissatisfaction of their share of the estate. Chris provided excellent stratigies to protect the estate from lawsuits.
