I called Sarah Gold's law firm to ask about forming a LLC in New York. I did some research prior to my call but was confused as heck and was not confident in dealing with the state. Ms. Gold walked me through the process, answered my questions, and told me her fee. I thought the fee was competitive, keeping in mind it included state fees and public notice fees. We communicated online, she had to search to see if my LLC name was not prohibited or duplicative. I also asked for her to set up a DBA and she did that. It was so obvious that she new what she was doing, a true expert professional . She did all the filing, advertising and DBA in a day and I had what I legally needed hours later. she emailed me copies of the application filing, receipts and most important my official LLC. I would use Sarah Gold without any hesitation and I highly recommend you do too.

In my opinion, no other lawyer could have done what Jo Ann did for me. I briefed Jo Ann on my expectations and goals during our first meeting. She explained my rights and the law in terms I could grasp. Money and legal bills were major concerns of mine.

Great Law Firm! I was leary at first and ended up reading the reviews and was judging the law firm based off other people's reviews and exprience but got the total opposite services. Maybe it's particular attorneys but A. Jazembak was assigned to me. Mr. Jazembak has great communication and wants to know precisely information to accurately get the results his clients want.
Honestly, if you want a good defense, be ready to have everything documented and ready to present to them EVERYTHING. They aren't mind readers so I think the negatives reviews came from clients thinking that they had to only give the basic information and assumed because it's a law firm they had the ability to make a good case on basic information. If you're putting in effort, they will 100% fight for there clients. The paralegal has excellent communication C. Barrett and the account keeps track of all funds and send an itemized bill accurately H. Myers. Give them a try, ypu wont be disappointed!!

I made the mistake of hiring J. Monagan for my contested divorce almost 2 years ago. She withheld information from the court and judge that showed my spouse was hiding money and moving it during the two years that she represented me. I was married for over 33 years and received $0 in sposal support.The only thing that this lawyer seemed to be good at was billing me over $50,000 for basically reading my emails.

John is a no-nonsense and detail oriented attorney. I needed his services for handling a ticket. Upon first contact, he responded quickly, got all the information and details pertaining to the ticket. He then proceeded to explain, in an easy to understand way, the steps in the process. I completed the paperwork and left the execution to John. True to his word, he offered periodic updates and delivered an outstanding outcome for me. He settled the case from a "several points on license" to a minor "no points" parking violation. I am very grateful for John's expertise and his operating style which is without fuss or frills. I highly recommend John and would use him again (i hope I never have to).

All I can say is how thankful I am to Mr.Lindsey for all his hard work and helping me with a speeding ticket. When I first received this ticket I was terrified because it would result in 8 points on my drivers license and a huge fine while increasing my insurance immensely. Mr.Lindsey reassured me that he would reduce the points to where it would not affect my insurance rate and taking a drivers defensive course I would be cleared of having points. With the ticket I received I am extremely satisfied with the end result. I had 87/55 reduced to 65/55 and received 3 points which is a minor violation with a much lower fine and my insurance was saved. Mr.Lindsey responded really fast to emails, gave updates and the line of communication was great while not having to go to court myself. If you are in legal trouble, I would definitely recommend Mr.Lindsey to help because he is great at what he does!

My experience with Rakesh couldnt have gone any better. A minor traffic infraction turned into a cop trying to throw the book at me. Rakesh went right to work and handled the whole process, getting all 5 moving violations reduced to parking tickets. His fees are reasonable and totally worth the results.
I’d recommend him to anybody in need of an attorney.

This is the second time I’ve used Rakesh Joshi’s legal services and again I am 100% satisfied.
He is an absolutely brilliant lawyer. But more than anything he is your peace of mind. He is the oasis in the desert, the lighthouse in the storm and the reassurance in your time of need. Legit
I can personally attest that he is the check and balance to what can be an unfair system for so many people. (women, disabled, other minorities, the socially economic disadvantaged, immigrants…)
I am amazed at the relationships he has, the respect he gives and receives from colleagues, clients, court staff and how smoothly things move as a result.
My first case, I was a victim of a predominant local “slum” landlord, and Rakesh Joshi successfully litigated for my family in the City Court of Albany, the second case was a minor traffic violation in the town of Brunswick, which was quickly dismissed.
I call Rakesh Joshi with ANY legal issue.
My only regret is, I did not find him sooner.

It is impossible to put into words the impact that Barrett and his team have had on my life. My brother contacted Barrett when I was in need of legal assistance. The fracture in my 28 year marriage was overwhelming and became quite tumultuous. My wife informed me of her desire to get a divorce in early June 2023. I was presented with the initial communication from my wife’s attorney on June 21, 2023. I met with Barrett Mack, of Mack and associates for an initial consultation . As it turns out this was the best decision I could have made in this situation.
Barret, and his associate attorney; Katie Pompey, and Sarah Keefer; a paralegal, made up the team that handled my case.
They worked tirelessly on the case, keeping in constant communication with my wife’s attorney. They also kept me constantly updated on the status of negotiating.
Everyone in the office is pleasant, professional, dedicated, and incredibly supportive. Together they made a very difficult experience bearable.
They worked together seamlessly to get the best outcome for me and my children.
On march 14, 2024 a final marital separation and settlement agreement was signed. I have 50/50 joint legal custody of my children and all other differences have been settled in a more than satisfactory way.
Im convinced that if I had not retained the services of Barret Mack I would be in a very different situation.
If it were possible to give six stars I would do so. I will be forever indebted to Barret Mack’s Law firm.

Casey helped me work through drafting a contract for the process of assisted reproduction with a close friend. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for this process. She helped me understand all the issues involved - on both a legal and a personal level - and she was extremely knowledgeable about the law as it stands and as it may change in the future. I was nervous about making sure that we drafted as strong a contract as possible. While she wasn't afraid to tell me when something I wanted wasn't possible, her supportive attitude during our conversations helped me feel much more comfortable with the document that we generated over the course of the process, and it ended up containing almost all of what I wanted. Hands down the best lawyer around. I had previously hired another lawyer for my divorce and adoption of my son, and after 5 months and several thousand dollars, nothing was accomplished. I was referred to Casey from a friend who had a great experience as well. Casey was able to break everything down and go over everything until I could understand the complicated situation I was in. With her by my side, we were able to accomplish our goals and finalize everything in a timely matter. She was never one of those lawyers who wanted to drag anything out just to drain me of more money (Like my previous lawyer). She was always available to reach when needed, even on a Saturday night!! John-Raphael has been nothing but exceptional since meeting him. As soon as I contacted him, he quickly responded and was able to meet with me for a consult on my family’s case. His ability to speak Spanish was really helpful in being able to keep my family involved in the conversation. April M. Dalbec Esq. recently handled a case for me after a major accident that left me off my feet for about 2 months with serious multiple fractures. I met April in 2000 after my children were injured in the worst possible way. She was the first attorney from the firm tgat made contact with me and assured me she was going to help ,which she did more than I could ever explain.
