He got me out of a VOP - during the pandemic! Which meant it was more difficult and took longer, - another month - because of courts closing and drastically having to switch from county to county. But he fought for me! Assured me of a successful plea. And can tell from the way he talked to me on the phone that he is real nice, passionate and cares very much to win your case.

Jennifer and her group are excellent. After a year of representing me in my divorce proceedings my original attorney realized that my case was way too broad and complicated for her to handle, so she recommended Jennifer Frank. I then retained Jennifer after my meeting with her. She is very detailed, experienced and above all her communication is excellent in the court room. I was quite comfortable talking to her about my all my concerns.
Jennifer saw my case to a successful end, even though my ex-husband was making it difficult and caused the case to prolong for longer than it should have been, Jennifer’s strategy was always successful to make him comply.
Her group is also excellent. They are very prompt, and made sure I was kept in the loop and updated with all documents, proceedings etc.
I would highly recommend Jennifer Frank and her group.

Only negative comment i have is that they made me wear a mask in their office. Other than that i had use Cole Scott Kisane (teresa savona , kara grahm) on my DOH case previously. They charged me close to 20k in fees and then withdrew from my case with no explanation. So i walked into the health law firm for a consultation and the gentleman gave me a straight answer that my case was a lost cause. I greatly thank him for that because i was still able to salvage my business despite my license being lost, because he was honest and upfront with me. So i could start rebuilding and rebranding instead of hanging on the DOH coattails. Now any medical professional that has an issue I will always refer them here. And he charged me nothing for the consultation. Thanks health law firm for being honest and not stringing me along for a ride.

I scheduled to have an in person consult to make final decisions and meet Ms.Dane in person. This consult was scheduled 3 wks prior, day of my appt I was called at 10am for my 2pm appt to confirm it.
Confirmed my appt that I waited over 3 wks for, took off work for for me & my spouse, got a sitter for, and then was called an hour before our appt being told btw there would b an almost $400 charge if I wanted to have the in person consult. Which was the whole point of our meeting. But they could arrange $50 30 min phone call- which we had already done. Her secretary Caroline, would not budge. I felt it was in bad faith to try to charge me hour before my appt after waiting 3 wks. And then only few hours before did they confirm my appt. I told them to keep it as phone appt and I would call back, and I spoke with husband we decided against it. But in mean time the eh called me back to say they scheduled my appt at wrong time in confirmation email as well.
If they can’t get simple consult right on day of, hour before, or give any courtesy to their client…and then send wrong time on top of that …I’d hate to see them filing paperwork with judge and in our court system not knowing if it’d be correct or on time. Save yourself the money and run from this!

Ms. Jacobs is an outstanding Lawyer. Sadly, I have an ongoing complex family law case and I’ve been in litigation the entire life of my child. I had two prior Attorney’s before I found Ms. Jacobs and I was nervous about starting over with a new Atty.
Ms. Jacobs and I met for an in-person consultation. I was nervous if she would get it since she didn’t know our long-detailed history, but she diligently read through our filings and asked all the right questions. She’s VERY sharp, and she knows family law and criminal law very well. I hired her right away! I told her exactly what I was hoping for and she focused on just that. I felt like she actually cared, and she wasn’t trying to take advantage of my situation and run up the bill with unnecessary filings.
My issue resulted in a settlement for the first time ever and the hearing was canceled. Maybe if I had found her years ago my ex and I would be in a different place with our co-parenting.
