Price seems high in the beginning, but turned out to be an absolute bargain when their results are witnessed. TJ and his team are aggressive, professional, efficient, and highly respected in the courtroom. They were able to achieve more positive outcomes than I ever imagined, and they never promised anything they didn’t over-deliver on. They were also very clear on status updates, letting me know what I should show up to, and what I shouldn’t. I could not recommend them more!

The only time this office was helpful was when they were getting paid. They are definitely one of the most deceitful and unjust firms I’ve ever used. Three months ago I explained to Bruce that I have a horrid baby mother who manipulates and tells story’s on the OFW app to make me out to be a bad person. I explained she was among my life miserable and that I had spent thousands of dollars already trying to stop her from moving my son away. I told him I needed someone to make it stop and to file an enforcement on the matter. He did nothing. He asked for a $3500 retainer and then proceeded to just drag me along as long as he could. My situation was getting worse and my son’s mom was insufferable and wouldn’t quit. I felt afraid and would call and ask what we were doing and all he did was tell me how much he makes an hour. He wanted me to do all the work and give him dates and times, but he would never get to the point of actually helping me. I became frustrated and called screaming and begging him to help me and he said he would need 5k more. I gave him the money and then waited for three weeks …. He did nothing and never once tired to help me at all. He doesn’t care about his clients or anyone’s situation. He takes money and then just drags em along for as long as he can. His whole office should be punished.

Disgusting lawyer took money, and didn't notify us of court dates, because apparently we weren't his clients but my father was and he speaks Spanish only and they didn't translate what was happening in the court well enough, told him to plead guilty instead of going to trial, when we had witnesses to help our case

During my divorce I initially hired another company and they were dragging their feet and I felt bending over for my ex’s attorney. So I fired them and hired Mirenda. Took about two weeks and divorce finalized. Close to a year later my oldest daughter wanted to live with me, so I hired Mirenda again. It was a tough battle but Mirenda guided me through it and I got temporary custody of her. However, she decided to go back to her mom. Then my youngest wanted to live with me, so I hired Mirenda again and now I have primary over her. During every divorce there is high emotions doesn’t matter who you are. Mirenda’s team were so polite during the whole process. Mirenda will shoot straight also and call it what it is. After my first experience with previous attorneys I was terrified that I was going to be left out to dry. Mirenda and her team stood by me. They told me exactly what to do and I did it. Terrible attorneys they will try to convince you to sign a deal, regardless if you’re innocent or not, they don’t care about whose lives they’re fixing to ruin as long as you sign whatever deal they want you to they will not hear your side of the story. They wanted me to sign a “special probation”for a year on something I did not do, I Have no criminal history. I tried to tell them my side what happened three different times. They were relentless. I tried to convince me to take this plea deal. Do not spend your money on these attorneys if you get a court appointed you better beg You get another Attorney.

I was signed her by the courts. Took nearly 3 months after she was assigned to finally get my first appointment with her. All of my issues with her center around a discernable lack of giving a sh** about clients. I only found out about court dates by calling the court. Case should have been dismissed way early on due to the fact that I was obviously being harassed and there was NO Reasonable suspicion or cause for the stop to begin with

Long story short I'm a man in a predominantly southern baptist community, Mr Phillips managed to get me full custody of my handsome boy and kept most of my assets which was just a plus. She was representing as a social worker in a divorce case supposively looking out for the best interest of our kids. She advised that the kids were better off living with my ex wife who has addicted to morphin and Vicotin, lost her nursing license, was on marijuana at time, and committed adultery. My ex did not work at this time of divorce and prior. Keep in mind I never did drugs, make over a six digit income, and never have or had anything on my record, work very hard, graduated from a top university, my career I help lot people in the financial planning, and my family background are educators and doctors. Sharon’s recommendation was for our two kids to stay with the my ex wife. She was mad because I came 10 min late to her meeting after getting off work and her assistant was rude to me replying I was cocky after the situation occurred and apologized for my tardiness. This is not someone you want working for you and certainly someone that has no ability to gage what’s right for your children. Keep in mind this was 6 years ago so I have had time to think of Ms. Middleton’s ridiculous and unethical decision. This was certainly not a correct fiduciary decision in the kids behalf.

A very kind staff member called, took all of my information (history that resulted in my calling them initially). I was advised that they would review my case and call me back. Well, their follow up has yet to occur. I've called twice to no avail. Moving on...seeking attorney that is interested in being an attorney....
