That being said, my case was handled for Child Custody back in 2022 (I know super late). They came highly recommended from a friend, and I really appreciate every moment, they handled every concern and issue I had during their rendered service with me. I myself was a handful at the time, but from the consultation to the day we finalized in mediation, Michelle was more than helpful through it all. From hearing me out to all the advice given, I couldn't have asked for a better representative through that time. I owe this firm more than words because the time they were able to give me with my daughter, you can't put a price on it. You really pay for what you get with this group, and for me, it was everything. Custody cases require time and money if you desire the best representation possible. My questions and concerns are addressed in less than twenty four hours. Janis is extremely courteous and takes the time to answer any questions that may arise in reference to billable hours. Unfortunately most people do not understand the time and effort that paralegals and attorneys spend preparing cases that involve custody issues. Scott and Jennifer take the time for clients and their needs. Don’t waste your time with scoot boats and with Jennifer. The amount you pay you would figure you would have at the most temporary order in after a year of hire them. Not to mention they couldn’t even remember that the child in the case is the 2nd child not my 1st. Then have there bill person Janis call and threaten to has boats off my case because I new bill popped out 2 weeks ago and to be threatened like that after speaking to boates knowing a new situation happened that needed immediate attention. Yea run from these guys

Absolutely not, my mom and stepdad went threw these ppl, first they lied on documents saying my step dad was bio grandfather to my son, later as my step dad was dying, I called tnem 4 days in a row begging tbem to plz come out amd get his will notorized tbey said tbey didn't offer those services. He was sitting of cancer. He ended up passing with no will notorized. Then when I took mom up there to get her will fixed, then knowing she has dementia, let her believe that the house was automatically hers, which it was not bc it had to be probated into her name, they put it in her will that the house was going to me. How could she give something to me that was not hers? Then sent her to Peggy bittic and that was another money scam. Do not use these ppl, especially if ur elderly and you have a lot on money. That is all they want, ur money. They knew if my step dad's will was not notorized my mom would have to spend more with them to probate everything. Peggy said that she would have gone out to get the will notorized. They r scam artists

During my divorce I initially hired another company and they were dragging their feet and I felt bending over for my ex’s attorney. So I fired them and hired Mirenda. Took about two weeks and divorce finalized. Close to a year later my oldest daughter wanted to live with me, so I hired Mirenda again. It was a tough battle but Mirenda guided me through it and I got temporary custody of her. However, she decided to go back to her mom. Then my youngest wanted to live with me, so I hired Mirenda again and now I have primary over her. During every divorce there is high emotions doesn’t matter who you are. Mirenda’s team were so polite during the whole process. Mirenda will shoot straight also and call it what it is. After my first experience with previous attorneys I was terrified that I was going to be left out to dry. Mirenda and her team stood by me. They told me exactly what to do and I did it. Again, if you shut up, listen , and do exactly what they say to do, you will be good. Thank you Mirenda.

Lindsy represented me in a case that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to go. While dealing with this case, I ended up picking up another one. In the end, she was able to get the second charge dismissed and even though I picked up the extra charge, she was able to get me an even better deal than they were initially offering. I will not be using any other lawyer in the future. She really made me feel like she was on my side. Side note, she was able to get one of my other mate's charges dropped.

I was signed her by the courts. Took nearly 3 months after she was assigned to finally get my first appointment with her. All of my issues with her center around a discernable lack of giving a sh** about clients. I only found out about court dates by calling the court. Case should have been dismissed way early on due to the fact that I was obviously being harassed and there was NO Reasonable suspicion or cause for the stop to begin with

Long story short I'm a man in a predominantly southern baptist community, Mr Phillips managed to get me full custody of my handsome boy and kept most of my assets which was just a plus. She was representing as a social worker in a divorce case supposively looking out for the best interest of our kids. She advised that the kids were better off living with my ex wife who has addicted to morphin and Vicotin, lost her nursing license, was on marijuana at time, and committed adultery. My ex did not work at this time of divorce and prior. Keep in mind I never did drugs, make over a six digit income, and never have or had anything on my record, work very hard, graduated from a top university, my career I help lot people in the financial planning, and my family background are educators and doctors. Sharon’s recommendation was for our two kids to stay with the my ex wife. She was mad because I came 10 min late to her meeting after getting off work and her assistant was rude to me replying I was cocky after the situation occurred and apologized for my tardiness. This is not someone you want working for you and certainly someone that has no ability to gage what’s right for your children. Keep in mind this was 6 years ago so I have had time to think of Ms. Middleton’s ridiculous and unethical decision. This was certainly not a correct fiduciary decision in the kids behalf.
