I was entangled in a long and drawn out post-divorce decree matter with my ex-husband for close to two years with a different law firm. I spent thousands of dollars and got nowhere. I had a very pleasant experience with Manassa Law. My husband and I lived apart for almost five years and separated nearly everything except our retirement accounts. We worked with Oren Graupe to prepare the legal documents to dissolve our marriage. He was very nice and a good communicator. The process was smooth for Oren and us because it was very amicable. If I had any suggestions, I would say check the paperwork for accuracy because there were some unfortunate typos. Also, having the directive of retirement funds for the financial advisor letter ready with the dissolution of marriage papers would have been more efficient since there were no foreseeable disputes.

Used him as our real estate lawyer, he didn’t show up a few times, changed times and dates without letting us know ahead of time. Closing should have been months before it was, and didn’t get any money after closing. Dragged it on longer so everyone can make money of the situation except the homeowner.

This law firm wasted 6 weeks of our companies time waiting for a simple LLC to be filed. Everything he said and promised didn't happen. I'll call you later in the week to get your SSN really he never called. We called back and the rude brother who answered the phone said I don't even know who you are. Great customer service. Then 3 weeks go by and we called again and Bruce said I should have an answer today. I called the State to see if this was even file and it was not. 1700 dollars for a runaround. What a complete scam. I think it's time for Bruce to find another occupation. If you're looking fir an attorney to jerked you around Bruce is your man.

I wanted to share my frustrations regarding my interactions with Mr. Bruce Tinkoff. Unfortunately, I've found him to be unresponsive, as he has not followed up or returned calls. It seems he may be disengaged, possibly due to nearing retirement, which is disappointing given the importance of timely communication in our matters.
With a fee of $1,700 for his services, I expected a higher level of respect and attention to detail when it comes to writing up and filing the LLC. His lack of follow-through has raised concerns about our progress. So with that said, Your Fired!

I was being sued by my ex girlfriend and my co worker recommended Dan Madigan. This was just a simple civil sue but Dan still took on the case for me. He was strong and fought for me. If you knew my ex you would know she is very stubborn. Without Dan me and her never would of reached a settlement.
