My divorce/custody battle couldn't have been more contentious. Ruth was actually my 3rd attorney on my case, it had lasted over 2 years. I wish I would have found her in the very beginning. She was able to do the unimaginable even when we couldn't get my entire file from my previous attorney. Together we worked late to make sure the very best outcome happened. I felt beyond prepared thanks to her extra effort in my case. Very well communicated, which we all know is needed in such a high stress time. Very knowledgeable. Very dedicated. Honestly, she probably works to hard for the appreciation I'm sure she sometimes receives, but that's what everyone should look for when finding an attorney. I would highly NOT recommend Brian for any client representation. He doesn't return calls in a timely matter, client representation is extremely weak, only a couple good suggestions, doesnt seem to have the fight in him, open ended results, makes money with little results, makes mistakes that a professional shouldn't make, and presents little fight to a case.

Gotten into accident 4 and a half years ago and instead of my license being revoked and alot of jail time and not being able to see my family and kids, got everything wiped off my record and now it's all behind me. They are phenomenal, very supportive, caring and knowledgeable. they really help you navigate through the plethora of confusing hoops you have to jump through when attempting to get your Revoked Drivers License Reinstated. They also are highly experienced in out of state license restorations (like my situation was now living in SWFL). I’m only familiar with their expertise in getting drivers license back, but from my experience I would have to say no matter the case you are in great hands and they will work diligently in your matter. We initially hired a larger firm who claimed they would do a great job for my boyfriend, but without even looking into his case they already were discussing a plea. Steve took his time with my boyfriends case and reviewed all the information involved. He treated us like people instead of just a file. We appreciate that. I had some legal issues and was completely lost. I had reached out blindly and hit the jackpot in my eyes. I went in for a consultation, which she did for free (from calling around she was the first one that I found to offer that). I went in sat down with her and felt completely comfortable. She was very honest with me about my options, she also let me know when I was asking for something unreasonable. She didn't paint an all rosy picture or promise me things she could not deliver. I appreciated her honesty and candor. She fought for me and I would and I have recommended her to everyone I know.

Mr. Dunn has assisted me and my family since 2011 and has been wonderful! So many lawyers think they know the law because they went to law school...at one point. He really does, and it's current law! He teaches Law classes at Delta College so he has to stay up to date with the law. He is working on an appeal to the Supreme Court for us right now and I am confident that he will do the best job possible! He may have a strong and assertive personality but isn't that exactly what you want when someone is fighting for you? I know I do!

Was referred by Marble Law. Had a Family Court issue to be addressed. Paid $255 for a letter to be drafted up for the court. Gave Mr. Taylor over two months for this letter to be prepared. It didn't happen. I was refunded my money. But did not have the letter to give to the Court. That in my opinion cost me my court case. Which lead to me having to go and secure a lawyer at a much higher cost. Had the letter been done. I don't believe I would have had to go to court for the issue. I can not refer this attorney to anyone I know.

If I could give negative 1 million stars I would. This guy is a joke. He has held up my father's estate for over two years now. When this all started, he called me repeatedly to try to resolve it (he was not and is not my attorney), and as soon as I hired an attorney, he fell off the face of the earth. He refuses to return calls, emails, or any other form of communication with my attorney unless he is told paperwork is going to be filed against him, and then he magically communicates. He has been on "vacation" multiple times which is his reasoning for not getting the job done. He also didn't show up to court because he was on "vacation". I can see how an "ATTORNEY" would forget he has to be in court and instead go on "vacation". This guy is a joke. When I called his "office" a few years ago, his mom (yes his mom) answered the phone with a hello, just like any other human who answers their personal phone. No, Rusty was not home. What??? Seriously, I have never seen anything like it. Do your job. I have no idea how you continue to practice, but I will be filing every single complaint that I can, as well as reviewing on multiple venues whether you finish the job or not. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

Rusty told me he would respond to a different lawyer to try to settle something out of court. He never did this and then would not answer any of my calls or return any calls. I spoke to the secretary and told her he had not returned my calls for a few weeks. It seemed like this was probably a common complaint she would have to take.

Mr Higgs was consulted for my child support case that my ex was trying to increase astronomically due to outrageous childcare prices. Mr Higgs basically told me that I could not fight it and that child support is what it is, although I would have no money leftover for bills while working OT and going to college full-time. After the consultation, I went to court with no lawyer and the judge looked at all the facts and determined that it was much too high and did in fact lower the monthly payment. Mr Higgs could have helped me out, but stated there was nothing that could be done. He does not seem too experienced or confident in this area and I would not recommend him for a consultation.

Kim is my court appointed attorney. He has lied to me numerous times. He lied to the court on two occasions. (I have proof). Kim refuses to communicate in any meaningful way. Meaning, he acts as if hes listening but sets his phone down and ignores and plays ignorant. Ive tried everything to get him to discuss my case proactively....i even sent him a funny thank u card with kittens on it to sway him to a HUMAN degree to no avail. Ur in trouble if hes ur attorney. Period.
