Wish he could run for President! Too many events coming and this 2019 was the beginning. Probate an almost done lock down courthouse 2020. He did what was promised and expected with calm leadership to get it done months later because of Corvid 19 Then one month later roofing extensive damages inside out. At our free consult, he ran a check on my name and found out my husband had tried to file on me out of state but it was dismissed. He then provided me with papers to file for divorce before I could even pay the retainer. As soon as I got the money together I hired him and I have not regretted it once. My daughter starts at Southern Oaks tomorrow in Ky, my hometown, thanks to Andrew Rankin. I'm so nervous and excited for this change. I'm even more excited for her. More than anything, the fact that she is so happy about moving, let's me know this is exactly where we are supposed to be. Going through this divorce has been the most heart wrenching experience not just on me, but for my girls. I never imagined being treated by the man I loved for so long in such hateful and slanderous ways. 5 months ago I received a petition for divorce, alimony, sole custody, child support, and a restraining order keeping me within 50 miles of his residence when Im not even from here nor know anyone because I spent 4 years focused solely on my degree and family. Thanks to Mr Andrew Rankin, he gave me the best birthday gift yesterday, the call to tell me to go home. I have my family back despite my ex's tremendous amount of lies and manipulation. I have hired her for criminal and family law which was combined and i was very satisfied with her work, her price is fair and you get what you pay for , she is not out to take your money which i had to fire another attorney for that reason, she will always be my attorney if its up to me but can honestly say she would make a great judge , she cares about you and your rights , when she is in your corner she is in your corner . The only down fall about her is contact ,sometimes takes along time to get a call back ,but she is busy so somewhat understood .

With Prayer and GOD’s mercy, he allowed her to defeat these people by getting them shut down. She was persistent with proving to the judge and the opposing party’s lawyers that they were doing this out of malice rather than for my kids benefits. Only because of the LORD JESUS that this case was dismissed. It did cost a lot of money and 2 years of stress. But it worked out the LORD’s way.

When I began looking for a lawyer for my divorce I really didn’t know where to start. I called around talking to different lawyers. All of them painted a doom and gloom picture of a long adventure I wasn’t going to enjoy - until I called Cory. He assured me that he was more than capable and could make the best of an unavoidable, unfortunate situation. My wife’s lawyer had the reputation of being exceptional and had a record to prove it. Cory agreed she was good but he was better. That won me over and the divorce began. During the whole process Cory was there helping me make the right decision and avoiding the pitfalls. He was always one step ahead of the opposing counsel.
If I ever need a lawyer again Cory will be the one I call.
If you need a lawyer I don’t think you’ll be able to find a more capable, experienced, and dedicated one.

Cory was an advocate in court for me in a child custody case where things get nasty. He is open and upfront about pricing and what it is going to take to get you to finish line. I appreciate the time he spent going through all the various divorce documents with a fine-tooth comb. I do believe that had I wanted to endure more pain, drag this divorce out, and not settle we would have been successful in what we set out to do.
Ultimately I was able to get more time with my children and pay less in support to my ex who was just in it for the $.

This firm was listed in my employer provided legal plan as a firm that could assist with real estate matters, including deeds. I requested help reviewing a quitclaim deed to grant me the area for a proposed patio addition on my home- I provided every input for this form, I just wanted a lawyer to "bless" it. I was told they couldn't take on such a complex request. The firm should consider removing Real Estate or Deed assistance from their portfolio if this was too complex.

BEWARE! I acquired Jenifer Behme for my child custody case and after 3 months, nothing done, and $6000 they feel that "they no longer have the authority to handle my case" when I asked for a reasonable payment plan. Under their representation my ex took my kids away from me for 3 months, I was assaulted twice, once by my ex, and once by my ex's boyfriend and resulted in myself getting a broken jaw and undergoing surgery. Ms. Behme was very incentive and did not care one bit. When I emailed her about my ex going crazy, pending felony charges, and being homeless with my children, she responded with a billing statement. These people do not care about the lives of families and only want money. I trusted these people with my family and they showed their true colors.

I contact my attorney for help and he told me to research and see if I can find someone who can lend me a hand. I did my research and found Blue Fix Lending company. My savings had been used to cover bills and I desperately needed to purchase a car as my vehicle was totaled due to being hit by an uninsured driver. I had went on line and did some research. Blue Fox had excellent reviews. I called and the call was picked up by a live person!! No computer generated intro of having to hit buttons. I was treated with respect, my calls were returned quickly when I asked questions. I received text messages when I needed to sign papers. I received text messages when the transfer was sent. It was an amazing experience. One I dreaded doing and they very much surprised me. I now have my new car and I have and lending institution I will use again! They are a 5 star company!!! Had a Mr Accola work there and took on several peoples cases and collected several thousands of dollars from people then to only leave the firm and PURSUE MINISTRY to become a pastor oh my god how insane right???? How do you think GOD will feel about you basically STEALING from people who need it and then to not even help them with their case other than draft some paperwork to get it started so it seemed like you did something and then say you will set them up with “a different firm” and new lawyer that won’t really help you either and not schedule your mediation or let the mediator know your info to get in contact with you even though you’ve been messaging said new lawyer about it. 🤡 and then when the mediator finally contacts you they say they’ve been trying to contact you since September 17th… but you have NO missed calls voicemails or emails from them. And then they say they need 250$ immediately to schedule your mediation and all they had to offer was a “sorry” at this Davis location. They do NOT CARE about you or your very REAL life and they just want your money.

He represents my brother from another state.
It's been 9years and he's not seen his child since 2005.
He's milking my brother. The mother was held in contempt twice.
The attorney "can't find her" but he's allowed the court system to allow her to be evasive. And my brother pays him in full each time.

I hired Gary Bement for a family case and he has not contacted me once and refuses to call me back after I have paid him! I couldn't find his absolutely unadvertised office that was moved from a blaten location to apparently inside his daughters hair salon that is not advertised, nor is it mentioned on any signs out front or anywhere. Plus it's clearly not a law office where he said his office was moved. Smh ...Now after he wasted like a month not contacting me he says he can't be my lawyer that he won't have enough time to review the case. This is extremely unprofessional and really unheard of to treat people with this amount of disregard and unethical standards. I absolutely would NOT hire him to cut my hair or defend me! What a serious headache!

Month after month passed, and each time I met with him he would scribble on his notepad but not offer me legal advice. I felt like I was paying for a very expensive scribe rather than a divorce attorney. He did not show any compassion or consideration for my case, and at times I felt he was working on my wife's behalf with his advice. I had to fire him and seek another attorney which was like night and day.
