I met Debbie Miller many years ago through a mutual friend. I recently had the pleasure of working with Debbie on my estate planning and was extremely impressed by her professionalism and expertise. She was able to quickly understand my needs and concerns and provide various options to consider on how to structure my estate. She suggested things I would not have thought about and her attention to detail and commitment was evident throughout the process.
Debbie's pricing was also very reasonable, which was an added bonus. She provided a clear and concise breakdown of all costs, and I found her fees to be extremely fair and competitive.
I was so pleased with Debbie’s work and her demeanor, that I recommended her to work with my elderly parents. Deborah was my attorney through an extended probate lawsuit. She was very strategic and planned well and kept focused on the issues. The outcome was successful. The process required a review of extensive financial records, gaining access to these records, multiple hearings, and responses to various challenges. Cynthia helped with with a paticularly complicated military divorce and related child custody and child support. She cotinues to assist me with ongoing custody and support issues as they arise 7 years later. I always get a prompt reply from Cynthia and she spends the time to fully understand the issue and what outcome I am hopeful for she kept me in the information loop for each action or response in the case. She's very honest and reasonable/realistic with her advice. Additionally she is patient and professional in each contact I've had with her over the years. If there is a specific topic she is not well versed in she will investigate and understand it before getting in front of a court. Missy is the absolute best at what she does! I hired Missy after my custody and child support proceedings had already started and she got me out of a hole that my previous attorney got me in. She truly cares about her clients, but she cares about the children involved even more! The kids are ALWAYS first! I could go on and on about how great she is! Liz Early and Missy Boyd are amazing to work with. They care about getting the best results possible. Liz was my main lawyer and was extremely helpful. She was great at coaching, establishing boundaries with the opposing lawyer, listening, and returning phone calls promptly. She was exceptionally efficient, competent, and always accurately advised me on the best course of action. I tried two other lawyers before I met Missy and Liz, and I can't say enough how having a great lawyer like Liz makes a massive difference in the results, as well as preserving mental health throughout the process. I recently referred a client to Adam Zucker for a serious criminal matter. The client was the husband of a good friend and colleague of mine. Adam took immediate steps to contact the client over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend and put him at ease. Adam then contacted the police officer handling the matter. Utilizing his skills and local knowledge, Adam was able have the matter dropped without charges being filed. The client has nothing but great things to say about Attorney Zucker and the care he took to help him through this difficult time. I am always confident when I refer criminal cases to Adam, but he really hit this one out of the park, exceeding all expectations!! She took over $45,000 of money, lied saying she never planned on selling my case, lost my custody emergency order of my ex hiring my daughter, although I won full custody because he was arrested last time and she was the lawyer then. She charged duplicate hours for "reviewing ex's discovery documents and showed them to me and 1/4 were blank!! She couldn't answer any of my questions regarding this and I had to pay my new lawyer to request from my exs lawyer because Carol also gave them to my new lawyer this way also. Negligent, and not someone you want to represent you. Poor communicator with opposing lawyer, told me things on the phone that she refused to email, then said she never said those things. DIRTY LAWYER only or for money. Lacks standards the board requirements/ethical practice and she should not be able to practice nor scam people who need representation. This was your warning.

Fabulous food at this restaurant! We had the pork shank with polenta that melted in your mouth and the branzino filet which was just as yummy! The dessert was a chocolate mousse torte that was nice and light and absolutely delicious! We will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful place.

Aaron Weems helped me throughout a contentious and erratic child custody/support case. When your child is your whole world, it can be challenging to see the facts clearly. Aaron consistently helped me keep a level head when I felt my situation was spinning out of control. He surveyed the scene from two steps ahead and planned for the future outcome. Never once did he encourage me outside of my comfort zone. Aaron patiently led me down the least troublesome path. He designed multiple custody agreements to suit the ever-changing landscape of my situation. Emails and phone calls were met with quick replies. Aaron has consulted with me for over two years. At the latest event, a court mediation, Aaron cooly executed a flawless action that tied up all my worries with a bow. I cannot speak about the services of Ms. Riley, as she did not represent me in my matter. Ms. Riley referred me to her Associate Attorney, Amanda Atkinson. I looked up her credentials online and felt that she may not be equipped to handle my case, however after speaking directly to her about my case, I felt more comfortable, as she spoke of a plan that seemed viable. Always trust your gut! Ms. Atkinson wasn't as prepared as she should have been. She never spoke to my witnesses before court. In the courtroom she was disheveled, shuffling papers around at the last minute, asking me to find things for her and arrange papers for her during lunch break. I wrote her notes so that she could ask follow up questions to the main witness; she never asked about those topics and seemed lost in her line of questioning. She overspent the $5k retainer by over $4,900. The costs are questionable based on her lack of preparedness. The case was lost partly because Ms. Atkinson was intimidated by the judge (she said she didn't want to upset the judge by doing objections) and she did not properly question the witnesses. She also did not produce enough evidence (and we had a lot of evidence to present) again because she was afraid of upsetting the judge who wanted to speed things along. The judge also seemed to be biased, but that is another topic. Again, I cannot speak to the services of Ms. Jennifer Riley, as she did not represent me in court, however, I would absolutely not recommend Ms. Amanda Atkinson to represent you. She was very nice, professional, and spoke as if she had a viable plan. She was a lovely and pleasant person, however when it came down to executing the plan in place, the whole thing was a flop, underperformed at best. And she overspent without any regard to costs incurred or the validity of said costs.

Chris Lacks experience in Family Law and over charges. He is not experience in family law and should not be practicing. He drew out a very simple matter for a custody meeting. By doing this he overcharged me for his time. When I moved to another lawyer, his office charged me large fees to move my files (he only had me as a client for a few weeks) and charged for operational fees to send me my money back. In the end we spent a lot of money with no return. I do not recommend her as a lawyer.

From the door I have had financial issues. My husband is a doctor who made sure I had nothing when he left me. Mr Badali not only made sure I got money immediately, but continues to work on my case because my husband insists on withholding money constantly. Im sure your thinking, thats his job, but trust me, Christian Badali has gone above and beyond the normal duties of an attorney. He has made me feel emotionally and financially stable. He is extremely knowledgeable. I literally fired one attorney prior to retaining Mr Badali and thank God I did. I never thought I would ever be writing a review singing the praises of a lawyer.
