We retained Amy after our Adoption became Contested. Having no legal knowledge of how adoptions worked it was a relief to have Amy walk us through every painful step. She worked diligently at times I would of never expected, including conducting depositions on her own daughters birthday and through the grieving of the sudden loss of her Mother. Never once was there an excuse and she was always one step or more ahead of any opposition. To say she is an Expert in her field is an understatement! She would always make sure that we were "ok" Mentally with the horrific ordeal we were facing and that she never expected us to take time away from our Baby. Encouraging us to talk with our LCSW. She never laughed at any of my Husbands absurd questions which was a huge plus.

Highly recommended. Mr. Keith Santillo handled legal issues surrounding old tickets issued in NJ from 1993, which were affecting the renewal of my FL Drivers License. Once Keith took over, the matter was successfully resolved as he promised. I was unable to resolve this matter on my own.
Keith also resolved a business related matter of non-payment for materials and work performed. Again, he knew exactly what to do. The matter was resolved quickly and we were paid immediately once Keith stepped in.

I hired Jonathan for a fried a while back for a custody case that was all over the place. Not only was he able to fit all the missing pieces he was so professional answered all my questions and walked us through the whole thing step by step and it was a complete success.. And also why I hired him for myself after my divorce I was given a petition for custody for the kids we have together and sadly his dirty tactics didn't work Jonathan was so forceful and direct there was no way it was ever going to go in any other direction other then in my favor. She droped the ball from day one when she did not file and the other party filed first. Getting her on the phone or to respond to emails was next to imposible. Mediation she recomended a private meadiator which was a joke. When it came to trial she was totaly unprepaired even though I had every text message and recorded notes every day on the events that took place these were never even brought up in court. She basically sat there and told me to do the same. Please if you care about your children do not use her unless you want a fly -by-the-seat-of -your-pants lawyer who just wong it in the court room and did not prepair at all.
