Will is an exceptional lawyer, and Brandi is amazing as well. From the beginning to the end I was confident that what needed to happen was going to happen. I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from the team at CNL Law Firm. My now husband and I were searching for lawyers to assist us in drafting a prenuptial agreement. I first hired Lisa more than 6 years ago to handle a child custody case. As a male I knew that the courts/law was weighted against me from the start. As anyone that has gone through a child custody case knows it is never truly over. Over the last 6 years Lisa has been as strong of an ally as I could possibly have had. She has fought for my rights and the welfare of my son with a tenacity that I did not know existed. She always has the best interest of me and my son in mind. She has even advised against some actions I wanted to take because she did not think it would be best for him.
Lisa is always available to talk to and I trust her opinions completely. Unlike other attorneys I have worked with her billing practices are more than fair and I might even say lean towards the favor of the client.

I went through a 2 year divorce ( the worst ordeal of my life) and Lisa was absolutely fantastic! She was the most knowledge and trustworthy attorney I have ever encountered. She kept me informed, was honest, and was trustworthy in every regard. She was more like a mother to me and through her ethical guidance I was able to navigate through things and came out a winner and with a clear conscience.
She met EVERY date and deadline in my saga. Even when we were attacked by the other side, her responses were smart and strategic. She was a shoulder to cry on when horrible details came out regarding my Ex-wife and she kept me strong when the situation called for it. She protected me and my possessions at all times. I retained this firm after being served with a Motion for Retroactive child support. The Petitioner had filed the motion seeking an additional 16 years of child support for the years before she had originally filed a motion to initiate child support.
David took the time to ensure that he obtain all aspects of my case, and assured me that he would do everything that he could to assist me.
At the hearing, the Court agreed that I was subject to retroactive child support and ordered me and the Petitioner to attend mediation. Before I actually attended mediation with the Petitioner, the Court, on its own volition, revisited our motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support.
They originally filed a motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support because the Petitioner had waited more than two years to seek the retroactive child support after becoming aware that she could.
The Court agreed with our legal argument and event cited the law in her dismissal of the motion for retroactive child support.
Without Davids' assistance and due diligence, (not to mention, his dedication to obtaining a fair judgment and attention to detail) I would have been faced with a dire financial situation. I can say with certainty that I would not have had the same outcome without his representation.
David was thoughtful throughout the whole process, and made sure to treat me as an individual with specific needs and concerns, and not just another case file. He worked very hard to find any and every relatable case that would support my motion to dismiss.

If you don't go with this law group then you are mission out! Not only did they handle my case with grace, but they even went the extra mile when I had an emergency! I have a medically fragile and disabled child that is very hard to take out of the home. The day before my court appearance, all of my child care canceled for the day of court. I needed to file a motion in order to appear virtually instead but being the day before, and with my lack of court understandings, I was lost. I called this office since they were the ones who filed my paperwork with the court to ask for assistance. Of course the lawyer I used was out of office so I left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from another attorney from this office and after I explained my situation, they said that they would have no problem filling out the motion for me and emailing to me! Not only that but they did this from their cell phone! All I asked for was advice, but this office was so understanding and the fact that they went the extra mile to help me was such a relief and an act of kindness and humanity that you don't normally see from people nowadays. From now on I will always use this firm for all of my needs!

We worked with Justin Pierce of Ross Law, P.C. on a simple trust for our estate. While the estate is not extremely large, it just seemed to be the best way to handle our situation which involved numerous heirs. We found Justin to be extremely meticulous and thorough in all the advice and assistance he gave us We are “seniors” and we found parts of setting up the trust to be somewhat complicated. I can’t further express the gratitude that I have for this team. Nic and Sarah have both been so solid through out not only the duration of my court cases, but completely went above and beyond following my court dates to assist me the entire step of the journey through to the end date of my probation. Sarah continued to be there to answer my calls, emails, texts questions, everything from dmv questions, to probation questions, to out of state dmv questions. My case happend while on vacation so I was unable to attend court in person and Nic was above and beyond in getting our hearings heard as early as possible via zoom and was able to attain the best outcome that could have been possible thanks to the investigating he did into the case.
