Not only was he able to finally put an end to my horrific 2.5 year divorce case, but he did it quickly and at a fraction of the cost. He is a man of few words and a man of action. He was extremely accessible and shattered the norm for how poorly my previous lawyers treated me. Mr. Forman spotted helpful issues that my other attorneys didn’t, and he strategized in a way that moved my case forward quickly, negotiating a settlement offer I am extremely happy with. Dorchester County - It has been three and a half years since my divorce. My son is now five and a half years old and his father started coming around less than a year ago. He was non-existent for years.
I did a good bit of leg work back in 2017/pre-divorce and Atty. Rudolf made it easier for me to put everything on paper. My ex-husband is a very intelligent, highly functioning, narcissistic individual who can convince almost anyone. Charming and articulate, of which I am the opposite. Last year I was involved in a case with DSS and I decided to hire Mary Lee Briggs as my attorney. The whole process extended for a year and half but she made sure to keep my mind at ease at all times. She puts herself in your shoes when she is representing you and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
Mary Lee was very responsive and always listened and addressed all my concerns and I honestly felt like I was in great hands; she knows the law and understands all the proceedings which made me feel very comfortable and secure with her services.

Although it was a 1.5 year process, she was extremely supportive throughout the time. I'm writing this review because by far, Mr. Falkiewicz literally saved my daughters wellbeing. I, being a 20 year Army Veteran and living in Florida was able to take on my custody case. I did my research, made some phone calls and then made the best decision. I don't believe all lawyers are the same. Mr. Falkiewicz is very courteous and really took to heart the case at hand and went above and beyond. Even now when needing a court document from South Carolina, since I still reside in Florida, was able to retrieve it for me for child support purposes. His Professional demeanor excels him, when he took my case, he knew exactly what needed to be done and explained in detail what was expected of me and to this day, I'm still indebted to him. By that, I mean my daughter is in a better place. Living with her mother, she was in a drug environment home and at 7 years old, was put in the position of being the adult and missed 45 days of school because of the conditions her mother put her in. Without Mr. Falkiewiczs’ knowledge she might still be in that environment and I owe her happiness to him. So, if you're looking for a lawyer to get things done, my advice is that you can stop your search here.

It seems to me from my experiences that most lawyers are in it only for the money and could care less about their clients well being... they just want to get paid, even if getting paid puts their clients in bad financial situations. Its hard to find a lawyer that not only works hard on your case but cares about their clients as well. Christopher Inglese works hard for his clients. He will do his best to go above and beyond. He does his research, finds the facts, and the best solutions. He has been my lawyer since 2011. He worked on my divorce case which would have been difficult for any lawyer to take on due to all the defendant had been doing to me (harassment, abuse, theft, destruction of property, and so on). Throughout all my ex husband had been putting me through, my lawyer was there every step of the way to get me through the toughest times of my life. He speaks the truth. My journey with my child custody case started back in January of 2024. I was referred to Mr. Jacob from a family member who recently used his services.
