Nicole, in the midst of being married, going on her honeymoon and I’m sure other stresses, she fought for me to have a solid shared parenting plan for a father without a perfect past.

I am so glad to have had Laura Thudium as an attorney as I entered the collaborative approach to a dissolution. She brought a network of professionals who have a depth of expertise to deal with the intricacies of sorting the end of a marriage. We were assisted by a financial advisor, a home loan facilitator, a pension fund expert, and a loan company versed in dissolution financing.
The legalities of a dissolution are deep and baffling. Laura was in constant contact while we worked through the process. When all the information was finalized our petition was accepted without a hitch. Laura was so efficient in the use of her time, that there was a pretty good chunk of my retainer left. Woohoo!

I've known Laura since law school, and I refer my friends and family to her because she knows family law (particularly divorces and child custody) so well. She won an award in law school for doing the best of anyone on the family law exam. She has a thick skin and doesn't letter anything phase her in the courtroom, which is really what you need in a lawyer.

Daryle and the entire team at Tibbs Law Office helped me during one of the most important family matters I’ve ever had to deal with.

I met Mr. Peller in 2018, I found Ken’s contact online after talking and meeting with several lawyers. When I first met with ken, I felt I finally find the right person. Till today, I have been feeling fortunate and greatful that I found him and made the decision to have him as my attorney.
Ken is a great attorney with lots of experience. He truly listened to me, to what I wanted and to what I had concern about then give me his advise. What’s more than that is he also thought from the child’s perspective, sometimes he would just think and talk like a friend of mine, if not an attorney. We would walk through the impact of the case direction to the kid, including what’s several years down the road.
Ken has his own law firm, I can get in contact with him directly. Ken replies phone calls as soon as he can If he missed one. And the email exchanges with Ken were also on time and informational.
My case involved a young child and last over a year, it was a difficult time especially when the other party was using what he knew about the law telling lies, threatening and harassing me. But I could always get assured from Ken that the other party did not have a stand at all. And it was proven that he was right every time.
My case had to go to the court after all. In a nutshell, Ken had prepared me and the case really well, his performance on the court went beyond my expectation. Finally, we won. Property was divided fairly. Most importantly, I got the kind of custody I wanted for my child.
I will definitely recommend Ken to the people I know who needs help and advise.

Mr. Peller is my lawyer and helped me through a complex and difficult divorce. He is very calm and professional. He has a lot of experience and knows the important issues. He is a very good listener. He asked the right questions and collected the all the relevant information. When we first met, I was still in the initial emotional stage and he helped me get through this and begin moving towards the logical fact-based issues that needed to be dealt with. He kept me appraised of what my rights were and that there were limits to how much could be taken from me. He easily explained when my spouse was asking for things that would never stand up in court. We did not have to go to court. We ended up doing a dissolution. The finalized divorce was favorable to me and very fair compared to what my spouse wanted. He is a good man and I consider him my friend. I would highly recommend Mr. Peller. He will guide you through a very difficult situation and always give the best advice and protect your interests.

I have known Jimmy for a year now as he has handled all aspects of my divorce, one of the roughest I have experienced, winning the case with minimal damages at the end. He even keeps the other lawyer in check if they are on the opposing side, several times over the course of my divorce he swooped in like Zoro keeping things fair and professional. If you want to win the case or have minimal damages Jimmy is the lawyer to have in your corner. PERIOD!
I highly recommend if you are about to divorce hire Jimmy immediately don't hesitate. Very thorough and knows which way to advise you based on his many years of experience.

What can I not say about the guidance Jimmy provided me during my 4 year long debate/divorce. Things weren't going well in my marriage and a friend suggested I reach out to Jimmy and I did. We had previous history together, but not under these circumstances.
He invited me to his office and spent well over an hour with me explaining the entire process. Jimmy was patient, as I attempted to save my marriage time and time again, till I knew it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, as it takes 2 people to make a marriage work.
Jimmy offered to represent me and my interest and suggested for me to reach out to my wife to address all legal proceedings
to use him to cut out court and legal representation fees as much as possible. Jimmy's goal is wanting the best for both parties during this trying time in our lives. She chose her own counsel which is fine.
The thing that sticks out the most to me was his guidance throughout this process. Paraphrasing: "Tempers are going to flare and ugliness may come out at any point. You need to be in control of your response/reactions as best as you can, always! You only have one divorce and how will others remember it? It's important not only for you, but for your daughter. The both of you will be forever connected because of your daughter. Watch what you say and if you need to leave before you do something you'll regret, do it and call me, anytime. Your daughter and her mother will thank you when she gets older."
Jimmy represented me well throughout the entire process when I was unable to attend court on certain occasions. I would recommend Jimmy to friends, family and even strangers who want to have a great aid/advisor during a challenging time.
My divorce is complete and my Ex and I have a great respect for one another. We communicate regularly and openly as we put our differences aside and give our attention to our young daughter who needs both of her parents.

I have frankly not had good experiences with lawyers in the past. Jonathan is the exception to the rule. He worked with me on a custody case that could have been prolonged, painful and expensive. Yet his depth of knowledge, breadth of experience and strategic thinking led to an outcome that was as optimal as I could have hoped for and quickly brought to a conclusion. Prior to my initial meeting with Mr. Kaufman, I had discussed my situation with two other attorneys neither of which felt they could handle my case. Due to the difficulties of the case, they recommended I seek other counsel. In dealing with counsel on a different issue, Mr. Kaufman was highly recommended and I pursued making contact with him. While the divorce itself was an unpleasant experience, Mr. Kaufman was very thorough, compassionate, understanding, and made an exerted effort to protect my interests through his due diligence. This required spending much time understanding all the facts leading to the divorce which were quite convulated.. This also involved coordinating efforts with other legal counsel representing me on other issues related to these proceedings. The collabration, coordination, and communication between the legal counsel led to a determination with a favorable outcome in the divorce . I was very pleased with the communication and interaction with Mr. Kaufman throughout this process and would highly recommend him. I have provided Mr. Kaufman's contact information on several occassions and will continue to do so. I consider Mr. Kaufman a professional with a high standard of ethics. Through this experience, I consider Mr. Kaufman a friend who has assisted in allowing me to move on with my life.

I met with other attorneys seeking legal representation to obtain full custody of my daughter. They didn't seem professional or as if they would be very devoted to my case or the delicate nuances typically found in custody battles. When I met with Marisa I knew she was the one I wanted representing me because she was extremely professional and confident. I called Jeremiah when I got charged with my first OVI. He was very polite and actually listened to what I was going through. He did not try and sell me on why I should choose him. He asked pertinent questions and was straight forward with me telling me all possible outcomes. He told me his price and allowed me to shop around for other lawyers if I wanted without being pushy or a salesmen. I ended up going with him because he seemed genuine. I had never been through anything like this and it’s not a quick overnight process. When you are going through something like this a ton of questions pop up in your head and whether I called, emailed, or texted him with questions he always got back to me with a direct answer. Every ovi case and situation is different and outcomes may vary but I ended up getting charges reduced with no license suspension or points on my license. While a lot of the legal system is a cash grab, if you get caught up in a bad situation like I did, I would highly recommend giving Jeremiah a call.
