I cannot recommend Jeff grimes and his paralegal team enough. They truly care about you as an individual and it's clear that you're not just "another case".

This lawyer doesn't get your divorce done. Even if the judge rules in your favor, he doesn't file the necessary paperwork to get anything done, then wants more money to do it. She was ordered a motion to compel and granted 3 times and he never put her in contempt to do it. I'm still forced to pay her thousands every month cause I don't have the official divorce decree to take to finance and they didn't compel her to show her her finances during our final trial as she was compelled to do. After almost 3 years (and finally a divorce granted) he still hasn't filed the paperwork for the divorce decree. This is after he didn't show up for court, ex didn't file paperwork on time (which means should have been an automatic divorce years ago anyways) and a drawn out process. Just want the divorce decree already. Sloppy service all the way around. No way this man has all 5 star reviews. Can't even get him to call back. He must delete all neg reviews. Will also be going to the TBPR to file a complaint.

When my life came to a stop almost 3 years ago we reached out to the firm and got the ball rolling. In the first part of my case Chris Clark was the lead on my case. He was very prompt and respectful. Him and his firm did there extrem due diligence to to see to it that everything was taken care of. Once we won, the second half of my case was then lead by Jeff Campbell. Jeff like Chris did his very best at being on top of everything every step of the way. They both made me feel safe and secure. I will be forever grateful for what they have done for me. I have my life back because they faught for me. The firm as a whole was always nice, and respectful when I would call, and was on top of things when it came to responding to questions or concerns.

Prior to having to seek out his help in 2013 I had no real experience with dealing with lawyers. I think it's a natural reaction to be a little intimidated at first, seeing as people always say such negative things about lawyers in general. However, after our initial meeting, I quickly realized that I had nothing to fear. I left our first consultation feeling much more empowered and protected than when I walked in. Mr. Mize is extremely intelligent in his field and this helped to put me at ease. My first time as his client I was going through a divorce. He made sure that I had all of the information that I needed and he asked several questions so he would have a very clear picture of the situation. He never judged or criticized, but always gave helpful and concerned advice. He was always prompt, friendly and professional with returning my calls, texts or emails. Mr. Mize never made me feel rushed or as if I were an inconvenience or a bother. The divorce itself was pretty clear-cut and went fairly smoothly. Two years later, I sought him out again because my ex-husband filed for child support modification and also wanted to modify our days with the kids. The days modification was not in the best interest of our children and would have negatively impacted their health and schooling. Mr. Mize knew how sensitive I was to this matter and took great care to ensure that I was well prepared for our trial. Although, as a lawyer, Mr. Mize knows what I could and couldn't have gained if I pushed hard enough, he let me make all of the decisions but was always there to advise me fairly when I asked. He never made me feel as though I had to attack or be sneaky to get what I wanted. We played a very fair and clean game and all was well in the end. I feel confident that he gave me the same level of respect that he would give a high profile case, and the same level of care that he would provide to a sibling. I felt as though Mr. Mize were more like a big brother to me than a lawyer. I felt safe and supported. He was always there when I needed him and he made what was a very stressful situation for me and my family, much easier to bear. Mr. Mize is a very serious and straight forward individual who gets right to the point and does not waste your time or money. When he smiles, you know it is genuine. I went into this with an attorney from a different city and then Ms Poland was recommended to me. To be honest, I had spent so many years terrified, this had gone on so long, I was scared to call her office. But so glad that I did.

I hired Alexa after my juvenile daughter got into some trouble with the law. Alexa was great!! She was very knowledgeable about the whole process we were about to go thru. She met with us before our court date and explained what our day in court would entail
( since I had never been in trouble before I had no idea what to expect for my daughter ). Alexa assured me everything was going to be ok. Kathryn has been representing me for about two years now and a custody battle. I was not referred to her by a friend or anyone. When my son's mother took my son the next day I was trying to find a lawyer that could see me immediately. Kathryn was the first lawyer I could find that was able to immediately start the paperwork. I was not sure if I was going to use her in the long run but after the first couple court sessions I was so satisfied with her and trusted her I kept her as my lawyer. She is very honest and won't tell you she will give you the world just to disappoint you. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to child custody and the laws. Mr. Hibbeler handled my divorce for me. He was always letting me know any kind of updates on my case gave me copies of letters from my ex-husbands attorney etc. He was always with me in court and walked me through every process he was very detailed about everything and made sure I understood every process/step. I would like to say that Jenna Foreman is by far the best experience I have had with an attorney. I had previously had an attorney on my case who done absolutely nothing but give me and my family the run around while I was trying to get my son from an abusive situation. I could hardly ever contact him and had to have people call from different numbers for him to pick up. 4 months and he done nothing but take almost 3k. I was recommended to Kennedy law firm and I at this point had given up faith in the legal system. However this is where things changed immediately. Jenna Foreman was my attorney and this was the best example of a professional if you have never seen one. She always and I mean always returned my calls in a reasonable time. Mr. Bryant took $2500 as a retainer and did nothing with my case and would not refund any of my money. As a mother working tirelessly these last few years to reestablish custody, this was a huge blow and set me back financially for zero pay off. I am not a client, but a defendant in a case with T.J. Samson Community Hospital which this firm represents. This case is about collections which I talked to Crystal in billing about today. I’d like to first say, I am not upset my hospital bills were turned over to collections, and have no problem paying for them. I started out nice and eager to figure this all out and start paying my bills, however from the second the call started she was rude and carried a condescending tone. I have never dealt with a matter like this before, therefor I didn’t know what was expected of me, but I do know what’s expected of her considering she works in public service. Much like a child, she was quick to cut me off, talked to me like I was an imbecile, and raised her voice when I called her out for the way she was speaking to me. I am usually not one to complain but the matter was as simple as needing to know what payment to make and where and she could not get through a 5 minute conversation without being bitter and cold, even refusing my phone call when I had tried to reach her again to figure out what payment I agreed to. Although I cannot speak to the attorneys capabilities or manners, I’ve read the other reviews and it seems as though this place lacks severe communication skills and common decency.

10/10 recommend Mr. Mathis. He answered all our questions regardless how small they were and was super quick in answering back emails. I trusted him with my immigration process and have no regrets! We even moved across the country while our case was still pending, and Mr. Mathis was still able to represent us.
