Jerry and his paralegal Becky are both exceptional. I had a lot of anxiety going into my divorce and he truly helped me through the entire process. Becky also helped me with any questions I had and was always available. In the end there was no need for my constant worry and anxiety because I ended up getting everything I was asking for. Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

wonderful lawyer The accident was not my fault and I had no idea how to handle it.The other insurance company would not take care of the accident very rude insurance company.I had full coverage . I had never had an accident of this kind.I did not know how to deal with the insurance companys and medical bills I had. My husband is disabled and I was unable to care for him and myself for a while. Joshua Jenne's I felt was sent by God for us. I tell everyone I know that needs help from a lawyer. No one ever thinks that the worst can happen to them or their family, or that they may find themselves in the middle of a devastating personal tragedy; unfortunately terrible things can happen to anyone without notice.
A few years ago such a tragedy happened to me, taking one of my beloved parents prematurely. It's an almost indescribable feeling to be thrust into such an situation with no warning. While attempting to digest the grief, sorrow, and crushing sadness, responsibilities still nag at a person and can be very overwhelming.
I chose to hire Mr. Jenne to handle my Wrongful Death case because he demonstrated compassion. I felt quite vulnerable during this time and needed someone who was professional and competent, but I also needed someone to support me and understand what I was going through. Mr. Jenne worked tirelessly for me and kept me apprised of everything that was going on with my case. Divorce is never easy and fun, and I was nervous as it was my first time having to go through any legal process like this; coupled with the fact that my emotions were going a million different directions. My ex filed divorce proceedings on me back in 2007 and the lawyer I worked for at that time recommended Mr. Miller and one other attorney and I decided to go with Mr. Miller. The process took longer than it should have (due to my ex and his lawyer dragging things out) but in the end the case was successful for me. Mr. Miller was very thorough and frank and gave me a clear idea on what to expect, and made the whole process easier to go through. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

Visiting a lawyer for a bankruptcy sounded like a challenging thing. Working with Rod Miller was a relief! There was no shame, no embarrassment, no "How did you get into this mess?" Arthur Bass has for several years now been the family law attorney for me and my family. I have referred friends and coworkers to him also. He does custody cases, adoptions, and juvenile cases, and from my experience, he does them very well. That's easy to understand since this is what he has been doing for 45 years now. He also does deeds, contracts, simple wills, and powers of attorney. In spite of all his knowledge and experience, his fees have always been reasonable and easy on my wallet.

My divorce case was not complicated, but I wanted an attorney who would do it the right way. I could have gotten the papers for a do-it-yourself divorce, but for the small fee that Mr. Bass indicated he would charge, it only made sense to let him handle it. It was all done correctly, professionally, and quickly., just like I was wanting. I got a good lawyer, and it didn't cost me that much.

1st, my wife and I went in to talk to him openly about our case to see if we even had one. Mr Jacobs, said we come to the right place and that he had cases, 100's of cases just like ours and that he had only lost one and it was a very unusual case. He said if we could get the money for the retainer by the end of the next day, he would get started on the paperwork soon as we left, they woul be ready to sign when we come in. We come in the next day with the money and payed then they said the paperwork would be ready Monday, this was a Friday, that would be ok, went by there Monday it wasn't ready yet it finally was ready that Friday. Then it was too late that day to get them sent to the court house, it would Monday. It took a month for the papers to get served. The court dates kept getting changed and changed again. We finally get a court that stayed 4 months in. We get to court none of my witnesses got served in time to make it, none of my evedence got submitted in time to be able to use. In court I was alone, never ever have hired an attorney that just sit there until this one. I knew at that time I had been sold out. There was no objection made by Jacobs, while the other attorney was throwing anything to try to get it to stick. Everything that we had discussed with our meetings, Jacob's never brought into court. I cannot even appeal, because he faut the case in the wrong court. Devastating! We have lived with this decision of hiring him for a year now. If I could go back in time I would never had stepped foot in his office. I have showed my case to other attorney,. They all say the same I had an awesome case and Jacobs did sell me out or just didn't care.

Phillip took my case in 2003 after more than 4 yrs., and 3 lawyers. He got me and my daughter out of the system about 7 months after taking my case. Other lawyers made money on preparatory fees and continuances, much much money. Phil simplified matters, made it easy for me, and I am most grateful to Him. Will not be going back here and i dont trust lawyers anymore....One star review is giving to much but that is the lowest i can post Please dont charge me and then have to leave during our hearing for a another appt and then go on a vacation the next week causing our hearing to be put off for weeks as well. Does not set well with me, while we paid good money to have our issue resolved and did not get anything accomplished ........

Don’t waste your time and money with Daniel Clanton, once he gets your retainer money he’ll spend more time convincing you not to take your case to court than actually working on your case. Use Kirksey or Buchanan, they can convince that someone’s intentions is as good as legality.

I highly recommend you avoid this law firm at all costs. The lawyer I was dealing with, Laurie McNulty, dropped the ball on my case then went radio silent. I have suffered extensive damages due to her fault and want to avoid anyone doing the same. Others have had a similar experience with her due to her poor rating on this site.

I tried for months to get a response from Ms McNulty in regards to an issue with my fathers will. She NEVER responded to me or to the lawyer I had consulted in another state where a piece of property my father was co owner of was located. After I gave up a relative of mine who also owns a portion of this property tried numerous times to contact her for information. She never had the courtesy to respond by email or phone call. Totally unprofessional. Be warned!

Joe Hoffer was my hired laywer several years ago. He acts as if he us going to do a good job for you. As they all do. But when trial day came he called me the night before wanting me to go ahead and make a deal. This deal would make me a felon. And i would loose my teaching license. I said no way i wont sign. So we met outside the courtroom the next morning. I had promised my daughter i would never leave her again. I had a gun held to me telling me to run from the police when me and i person i did know but not well at the time. So what do you do???? Well you run. So before trial he told me if i went to trial i would most definitly get jail time. So as i thought about the promise i made my daughter. I did sign the papers. Come to find out behind the doors where trial was to be held that day. Not one soul was even in that court room to try me. So now i cant work i can only draw disability due to the nervous breakdowns i had over this and more. My daughter and i have to live with my mother since my fiance was killed in a car wreck. I only draw 800.00 a month. And she is 15 and expensive. I get no help from her sperm donor either. Thats all he deserves to be called. Even she wont have anything to do with him or his family. Never responded to any of my (the client's) correspondence to him.
Completely ignored my instructions on when to file motions.
Completely ignored my restrictions on billable activities.
Made harassing telephone calls to my parents threatening them with contempt of court.
Never provided me with any written progress reports.
Logan had no experience in defamation law.
Tried to drag things out as long as possible.
Never filed a motion to dismiss.
Filed papers without my consent.
When you retain Jimmy Logan, he thinks he has a license to bill.
He never did even one thing that would be helpful to me.
Disclosed confidential information to opposing counsel.
Ran up billings as much as possible for activities that had nothing to do with my case.
Very unprofessional appearance.
Dragged out the proceedings as long as possible.
