Merhabalar . Green card sürecim çok uzun sürmüştü. İsmini vermek istemiyorum dosyamı bir avukata vermiştim 2 yıl dosyada hiçbir işlem olmadı . Daha sonra Volkan beyin ismini duydum . Anık law ofisini aradım volkan beye mail attım ondan dosyamı almasını onunla çalışmak istediğimi söyledim . Kendisi beni kırmadı çok sağolsun. Bana vermem gereken evrakları söyledi 2 -3 gün içerisinde evrakları toplayıp kendisine ilettim . 1 gün sonra kendisi bana mail atıp evrakları Uscis e gönderdiğini dosyayı takip ettiğini söyledi. I came here with a student visa. Years later I got married and I was able to apply for my green card. One of my friends were helping with the form but I was a little nervous and unconfident she might make a mistake while filling it. Fortunately, my 1st petition got approved. Several years ago, I was being represented by a local firm in complex civil litigation. In June of 2022, I filed for divorce on a Pro Se basis simply because I could not afford an attorney. After a year of handling everything on my own I knew I couldn't go any further because my Ex-husband was manipulating, lying and coming against me to get Alimony. I must say, I am not one who typically writes reviews, but in this case it's highly deserved. I was issued a citation for speeding that could have resulted in the suspension of my license. From the beginning, communication was easy. I simply provided a copy of the citation to Lindsay and Ronen. From there, I was well-informed with thorough explanations of the process and the status. The result was a full dismissal of the citation.

I had the good fortune of having Ciro as my attorney. I had never met him before I appeared before the judge for the first time on a bitter divorce false arrest - on a alleged domestic violence charge. Ciro, arrived on time. Sat with me in the hallway of the court house. Listened, and my accuser kept trying to say that I had assaulted her. He called her bluff after consulting with her attorney and she backed down on the spot! I could have served real time for something I never did! This lawyer, is extremely great at what he does! I would not recommend this lawyer.I think his judgement is influenced by the amount of money his client has, he would make comments that make you feel guilty you are fighting for your case and wander if he is on your side.I do not believe that a lawyerwho would question and jude you, is fit to represent a client. I retained Dan to write a demand letter to a neighbor who was encroaching on my property. The letter was very thorough and detailed, and it included some wording I'd requested, and the overall tone was sending a strong message. And I don't want to make promises for him, seeing as I don't know how busy he may get, but in my case he wrote and sent out the letter the day after I had retained him. The letter was successful, as the neighbor adhered to the demand down to the letter. Another thing worth mentioning is that Daniel is very responsive, always replying to my emails in quick fashion. I am very pleased with my dealings with him and his firm and will not hesitate to retain him and refer him to others in the future.

I've been using this Firm for the past 10 years. Dan is very knowledgeable in various areas of law. I've used him for everything from real estate to family law and even litigation when a customer refused to pay me for a job I did for them. He helped me with a couple of traffic tickets and my grandparents Will and subsequent probate application. I won't use anyone else. He even works with other attorneys so I never have to look anywhere else for exceptional legal help. He really is a one stop shop for all things legal. He's always very warm and inviting when I call or visit the office. His staff is amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this guy and they way he conducts business. Mr. Barbieri represented me about 12 years ago when I was still a juvenile. The case involved when I allegedly assaulted another student who spit on me and shouted out racial slurs to me. He wanted me to admit to the assault and hope for “sympathy from the prosecutors”; so what ended up happening was that I stayed in the juvenile detention center for two weeks and sentenced to house arrest for 90 days. He isn’t only useless, he makes it worse; he is worse than any public defender.

Mr. Barbieri was in my opinion horrible. He did nothing for my case. I gave him ammo and he didn't even use it. What should have been a slam dunk ended with me having to pay a hefty fine. There were so many holes in the "witnesses" story and Mr. Barbieri just let them continue lying without question. It seemed like he wanted me to do what he wanted me to do and didn't want to listen or defend me or anything I had to say. I would not recommend him to anyone that actually wants to win their case!
