I walked into Wesley’s office looking for an attorney to handle my contentious and complication divorce. Though it was no easy case, Wesley said he was up for the task. For the past year I have worked alongside him and his staff and can honestly say I was wowed by the level of knowledge and service they provide.
Wesley is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He answers questions with the ease and confidence of someone who has an in-depth understanding of how the system works. Wesley is, above all else, honest. He does not sugar coat advice, which I greatly appreciated. It’s very easy to get bogged down on the specifics of a divorce; however, Wesley gives his opinion straight and makes sure he doesn’t waste time on things he knows aren’t going to be important in the long run.
In addition to knowing his way around the law, he is amazing to watch in court. Precise and cunning, he deftly handles arguments and testimonies and knows exactly how to manuever to get the testimony he needs.
Though he is a shark in the courtroom, he and his staff genuinely care about their clients. After emotionally draining events, I would receive a call from his office inquiring as to how I was holding up. They remember my kids names, their ages, what schools they go to. They are genuinely invested in their clients. You are not a case number when you walk through their door. You are a person and they are committed to helping in every way they can. Though Wesley’s knowledge and legal skills are astounding, the care and compassion is what most impressed me.
The past year has been riddled with motions, responses and even a few court visits. Wesley and his staff were by my side every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Wesley and his team!

Jason drew up a complete set of estate planning documents for my grandmother. He answered all of her questions and explained to her how the documents would uphold her wishes in different situations. Elizabeth has been my Business Lawyer since our inception in 2007. Elizabeth is a very thorough and competent professional who always has my company's best interest in mind. However, Elizabeth would not hesitate to tell me to curb my actions based on her policies and procedures. I always fell like our company is in good hands. She never misses a scheduled meeting and always takes my calls or returns them in a timely manner. What I especially like about Elizabeth is her ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
Elizabeth also help my family in a child custody matter. Although there were many stumbling-blocks, she always keep us informed on the progress. Child custody is a very long and emotional process, Elizabeth was able to make the experience as palatable as possible.

We had hired another attorney at a set fee to represent us in a custody case for our grandchildren, upon discovery a partner in the firm had already hired out to another party in the case. I reached out to Ms. McDonald with our circumstances and although her fee was considerably higher she agreed to take our case for the other attorney's fee. I feel this gesture speaks volumes about Ms. McDonald's character. She handled our case with the utmost care and consideration. I feel she represented our case in a impeccably professional manner. Not only did Mr.Byars sound the most confident out of all the lawyers i spoke with, he in fact gave better projections for what he felt was possible and stuck to his word. I found her on line and after reviewing several other attorney sites, Beth is who I figured I would end up seeing. Her website was to the point and I loved the sincerity shining from her face in her photo.
Beth, helped me understand things clearly. Even when I was trying not to. Going through a divorce after 24 yrs. is not easy at all and I wanted things to be all for me and my way. I was seeing things in a way that was not fair to myself or anyone else involved. I wanted to go about this in a way I thought was correct, based on how I was hurt. Doing it this way was only hurting me more inside and I was feeling more alone and broken.
After the consultation with her, I was focused and ready to face what is ahead. I have not felt this confident in a very long time. I strongly believe she was heaven sent! She broke things down for me (with literature even) that needed to be and she made sure that I was okay before leaving her office. One thing I know for sure -should I need to hire an attorney moving forward, she is definitely the person I would hire.

He was hired with $7500.00 down and I was making payments on the balance. He took the case and then sent a letter after his first court appearance stating he could not represent. He kept my money. I worked for an attorney and my employer never would have done that to a client. Now I know how some make money.

I have known Dana for many years and worked with her in a professional capacity before she became an attorney. She was always friendly and even requested my assistance professionally on occasion. I later needed her assistance in a legal matter and she never returned my phone call. She never even a called review the issue with me to determine whether I needed to take legal action. She just ignored my call altogether. I would not recommend her and I am glad she never called me back. Considering her lack of professional courtesy, I do not think she would have provided sound judgment in the matter.

Ms. Crawford was my attorney in a divorce case. She belittled me any time I had questions. I should have stopped right there, but had spent so much money, I felt that I couldn't afford to. When all was said and done, she did a much better job for my ex-husband than his attorney did. I hope this review helps someone avoid the horrible representation that I received.

I wish I would have known of this site & had seen the review from someone else May 2021.
EXTREMELY disappointed with this lawyer and his lack of assistance as Veterans Benefits Aid Counsel. We received a "positive" opinion, which required payment, May 2022.
After the VA Department requested more information in Nov 2022, we were advised by Mr. Fincher's associates, that no additional forms nor more information was required of us. Subsequently, our claim was DENIED by Veterans Affair Department Feb. 2023.
Numerous phone calls and emails have not been returned by Mr. Fincher or his associates to find out what additional assistance they would be providing to jump through the VA "hoops" or to appeal.
The conclusion we have drawn is he cashed the check and that was it.
He and his teams lack of service or response has been extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend him at all.

How is it even ok to let this guy who used to be the county probation officer for years and loved teaming up with the DA to put your butt in jail become the public defender? You read that right. He was a PO and didn’t give no chances cuz he just wants to see all junkies go to jail instead of helping them has now became your attorney??? The one the judge appoints you? How is that even legal? I call him Mr. 180 cuz even for a simple charge that should only get you 30 to 60 days in jail he works out a “deal” with his bestie Beth Willis bka needs some d!€k in her life District Attorney and always gets you 180 days! That’s right people. Two nerve pills? 180 days. Shoplifting? 180 days. That’s the best you could do David? He replies “well Beth wanted 200 days but I talked her down for ya!” Oh not to mention he trying to get some chick to take a 12 YEAR SENTENCE for a, get this, SIMPLE POSSESSION. David was my probation officer for a while. Throughout my probation period he watch me change from a addict who broke the law and didn't care the consequences into a person who not only stopped drugs but who had also changed her mind set and way of living. He was very good about allowing me to be honest no matter how bad it was and instead of jail he made me take a mrt class which changed my life. He seen more than a junkie criminal when I walked into his office. He's never been my attorney however he did stand up for me in court and told the judge about the changes I had made which got me 6 months good behavior probation that as of now I'm off and free. If I ever need a lawyer I'll choose David. He is the type that stays in contact with you and keeps you up to date about your case. I trust him and I hope you will to. Hire David Nimmo you can count on him giving his 100% best.

We hired this man with a cut and dried case with our property .He showed up not once but EVERY time unprepared no paperwork. He is arrogant to the client and rolls up in a ball when in front of a lawyer who actually cares enough to show up in court with the proper documents. He went to a hearing without us ! We lost our home of 34 years .He is a great attorney for the defense! His colleagues seem to talk over him in a court room and have little to no respect fir him or his capacity to present or defend a case .We filed a complaint with a higher court and hope this man is is given proper discipline.Dont do it! He us not better than nothing.

He knew that I was going through something and should have not been in court during this process. He charged me 3 times. H e was for the other party. Our last time in court he made the decision even though I said no. Now the other person is bragging that they got everything. I am going to contact the TV stations. Things that I was suppose to get through the process still have not been done. But the other party can do a civil suit on me. This has to do with mental illness. I called about something else last week and he told me to contact the other parties lawyer which would not talk to me. This is why women and girls does not rely on anyone. Domestic violence was involved and nothing happened. The party got by it. Do not be surprised when the TV stations contact you.

We hired Mullins for a civil case. He filed our case in the wrong court. Then 4 months later filed in correct court. In that time frame we get sued by the plaintiff. Mullins canceled most of our appointments. He would rarely return phone calls. Even when other attorneys tried to call him. He is the most incompetent/illiterate excuse of an attorney we have ever seen. He has no business practicing law. At one point he did not know if we were the defendants or the plaintiffs. He likes playing god with peoples lives. And has no care in the world about his clients. He did nothing but mess our whole case up.(We have spoken to other attorneys) Mullins will do nothing for you. But he will want money! When we released him of his duties. He handed us our case paperwork, and what a joke that was.( It was just duplicates of papers) You can tell most of the papers have never been touched or separated. In 1.5 years he destroyed our case. He has been reported to the bar. Buyer beware. He would not make a good dump truck driver. He’s a CROOK! If you have questions for him, You’ll have more questions when you leave. But he can talk about the ducks on his walls. Find yourself a REAL attorney. If in doubt just ask around about him. Ask other attorneys they know all about him. And also check complaints filed with the Bar association. ZERO STARS GIVEN. I only put 1 star because I had to!

This guy is a joke. I have recordings of him asking me to hack someones public accounts to take down defamatory statements about him. He failed to file the counter suit he was originally hired to do. Failed to prepare for the case after he was hired to represent me. Did not even attempt to make contact with me until late in the day the Friday before trial with the following Monday being a holiday. Has refused to respond to me since trial. Has refused to provide me with the judges order which he is contractually obligated to do. Failed to refund my money or provide any accounting. FAILED FAILED FAILED.

Steven Randolph was completely ineffective, non aggressive in representing me as his client !!! Complete Waist of Money !! Steven cares more about being buddies with the Judge and the other Attorneys than standing up for his clients. I spent thousands of dollars with Steven only to get mediocre effort, non aggressive performance only to have him drop me as a client when I was not willing to spend another 10K !!!
