I'm a middle aged guy. I only mention that because no matter how optimistic your point of view, the margin of error for mistakes in judgement shrinks as you get older. It's like a pilot who couldn't successfully get out of a stahl, just because he was too close to the ground. He knew what to do, but there just wasn't enough time to recover (I fly a Cesna 152).
I recently signed a contract to sell my house. In the weeks prior to the closing date, I got a sobering understanding of the state of the real estate market. Houses were absurdly expensive. Sure I sold my house for good money. But now what ? Too late though, I signed a binding contract. Can't get out of this stahl, not this time. The buyer was paying cash, and already had $250K in the escrow. This is as a done deal, right ? As it turns out on the day of closing, there was a discrepancy or misunderstanding on the buyers side, which my very astute escrow attorney pointed out. I was referred to attorney Richard Gaines. Since time was of the essence, he was communicating with my escrow agent and buyers attorney within the hour. That same day, he wrote a detailed email complete with contractual references. The buyers attorney had our very well written position within a couple of hours the day of the closing. I was impressed with my attorneys swift analysis, strategy and execution. By the end of the week, I was released from the contract and got my house back ! I highly recommend Richard Gaines as a skilled and effective advocate in time of need.

Scott was recommended to me by one of my best friends for a child support case. I hired Scott in September and after the first initial phone call everything went downhill. He never kept in contact, never updated me, then randomly told me he was retiring. He doesn’t listen, he is rude and condescending and makes it seem like he’s just not interested in helping you win your case. He ended up refunding me which I am thankful for and it’s the most he’s ever done to help me! Do not use him, and luckily you probably won’t have the chance considering his retirement - seek someone professional!

I don't know where to begin. Steve helped me through an absolute nightmare. He jumped right in and got my kids back to me, and genuinely cared for our well-being. He protected and guided me through the entire divorce process when I could have easily made bad choices due to strong emotions. It's easy to see when walking the courthouse that his reputation is great and everyone has nice things to say about him. He was always available to talk and give advice - and his sense of humor really came in handy to lighten the mood. Mr. Brenners hands down is the most competent lawyer and I am so happy I had him on my side. As a father it's hard to get a leg up in the court systems here in Broward. Mr. Brenners genuinely cares. I had a horrible ex that is the most manipulative people you will meet. She retained a prob bono attorney who then had another attorney co counsel. Steven Brenners steamrolled both of these lying attorneys in court. Opposing counsel was belligerent and extremely rude, Mr Brenners destroyed both of these attorneys and got me custody of my daughter. Words can't express how happy I am with Mr. Brenners. I will leave the readers with this, Mr. Brenners may seem quiet at times, but trust me his strategy is above reproach, he is seasoned and I retained him because he is board certified. Mr. brenners is very smart and Nancy who works in the office is great at keeping records. Thanks Mr. Brenners for making this father very happy.
