I'm a middle aged guy. I only mention that because no matter how optimistic your point of view, the margin of error for mistakes in judgement shrinks as you get older. It's like a pilot who couldn't successfully get out of a stahl, just because he was too close to the ground. He knew what to do, but there just wasn't enough time to recover (I fly a Cesna 152).
I recently signed a contract to sell my house. In the weeks prior to the closing date, I got a sobering understanding of the state of the real estate market. Houses were absurdly expensive. Sure I sold my house for good money. But now what ? Too late though, I signed a binding contract. Can't get out of this stahl, not this time. The buyer was paying cash, and already had $250K in the escrow. This is as a done deal, right ? As it turns out on the day of closing, there was a discrepancy or misunderstanding on the buyers side, which my very astute escrow attorney pointed out. I was referred to attorney Richard Gaines. Since time was of the essence, he was communicating with my escrow agent and buyers attorney within the hour. That same day, he wrote a detailed email complete with contractual references. The buyers attorney had our very well written position within a couple of hours the day of the closing. I was impressed with my attorneys swift analysis, strategy and execution. By the end of the week, I was released from the contract and got my house back ! I highly recommend Richard Gaines as a skilled and effective advocate in time of need.

I don't know where to begin. Steve helped me through an absolute nightmare. He jumped right in and got my kids back to me, and genuinely cared for our well-being. He protected and guided me through the entire divorce process when I could have easily made bad choices due to strong emotions. Mr. Brenners hands down is the most competent lawyer and I am so happy I had him on my side. As a father it's hard to get a leg up in the court systems here in Broward. Mr. Brenners genuinely cares. I had a horrible ex that is the most manipulative people you will meet. She retained a prob bono attorney who then had another attorney co counsel. Steven Brenners steamrolled both of these lying attorneys in court. Opposing counsel was belligerent and extremely rude, Mr Brenners destroyed both of these attorneys and got me custody of my daughter. Words can't express how happy I am with Mr. Brenners. I will leave the readers with this, Mr. Brenners may seem quiet at times, but trust me his strategy is above reproach, he is seasoned and I retained him because he is board certified. Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything

I am posting this anonymously due to my case involving a minor and personal family information. I am so thankful for the amazing job that Scott did as a lawyer for my case. I had a high conflict custody battle, I had a lawyer prior to Scott that I was so unhappy with. Once Scott got on my case things started moving and I was finally getting the results I wanted. I was pleased with my custody agreement. 2 years fast forward he was able to help me again with removing the other parent and the adoption process and the outcome was such a blessing and my family is so happy and were complete now. Scott helped so much and was very compassionate and didn’t just see me as money signs. Was very knowledgeable, and was always there when I needed anything to be done or had to ask any questions. She helped me with a case of a property that I bought with my ex partner however we never got married. She was there with me every step of the way. Heather is AMAZING!!! I have worked with her multiple times. She helped me with my divorce. As most people know, a divorce is an extremely emotional and stressful time. I also had my son to worry about, and Heather was there for me every step of the way. She always explained everything to me and was extremely honest with me. She had my best intentions, and my son's, in mind! And I had to take my ex back to court a few years later because he violated the court order, and who did I call? Heather!
