If I could give a zero I would due to the unprofessionalism that has not changed from a previous review. Attorney Keith Miles lost a client because he responds without reading for understanding. My sister was willing to come in person with her ID because she doesn't have a relationship with LegalShield/Prepaid Legal and this attorney became rude in his communication about a general question not specific to any person that he didn't want to even find out about. Now our family who makes decisions together knowing only one POA can authorize at a time will find another attorney to ask a general question before we retain. We just buried our father (who I was his POA) a month ago and to deal with this type of behavior from someone we could potentially hire is unacceptable at any time. A review with screenshots of the texts from his portal will be made with LegalShield/Prepaid Legal as well.
I recommend if you are referred to Attorney Miles to ask to speak to someone to make sure there is no misunderstanding of what you are seeking before using the portal. I appreciate him apologizing on 12/23/24 via Google Review.

Trinity Hundredmark represented me for my TPO and divorce case. I was charged double even tripled compared other two attorneys I hired later. She focused more on how much she can make from you. I would sincerely recommend running away from this firm.

I was more than satisfied how Trinity handled my Divorce. We had some difficult, to say the least, people to deal with. I always like to try & be one step ahead during situations such as this. We were always 5 steps ahead throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Trinity to anybody going through a similar situation.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by attorney Elizabeth Noellin and her assistant, Astrid Santiago. At first, everything seemed great—timely updates, document checks, and consistent communication. However, once our petition was approved, the quality of service drastically declined.Communication became inconsistent, updates stopped altogether, and they neglected to check the agreed-upon Dropbox for uploaded documents, despite my updating it for months.
The billing structure also lacked transparency. They charge a flat fee upfront but then bill for reading emails, responding to them, and answering phone calls—without proactively sending updates on how much credit remains unless you specifically request it. This process felt unclear and frustrating.
I also experienced unprofessional behavior from both the attorney and her assistant. Ms. Noellin asked to speak to my husband instead of me because she claimed she couldn’t understand me, despite my speaking fluent English. Ironically, my husband doesn’t fully understand English, yet she was apparently more comfortable communicating with him. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.
Astrid, her assistant, was no better. When I followed up after weeks of silence, she claimed they were missing documents from me. I informed her that everything had been uploaded to the Dropbox, and she admitted she wasn’t checking it because she wasn’t receiving notifications. Instead of apologizing, she curtly told me I needed to notify her directly in the future. When I asked her to be more respectful, she denied being rude and talked over me. Both Ms. Noellin and Astrid often came across as dismissive and unwilling to address concerns professionally.
When I brought Astrid’s behavior to Ms. Noellin’s attention, her response was disappointing. She sent me two emails: the first, which was unprofessional and did not include my husband, reprimanded me for how I spoke to Astrid and stated that she didn’t want to hear any “recitation of what happened.” The second email, which was more professional and included my husband, reiterated that she would refund any unused credits and suggested I find another attorney. However, the refund process felt inequitable, and we received only a small portion of the fees for the work she had not completed.
If you want to feel unheard, undervalued, and frustrated while paying high fees, this is the attorney for you. But if you value professionalism, respect, and effective communication, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.

James (Nick) did a thorough job handling my divorce. There were a lot of allegations made by the opposing side that weren't true. Nick was able to come up with a number of creative ways to use those untrue statements that hurt their credibility. Nick has a unique sense of timing. Divorce is expensive, time, money and emotionally. If you can, try to patch things up. If you need a competent lawyer, I was very satisfied with the service Nick provided.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Nick as my divorce attorney. No one wants to go through this process, but if you have to, you want someone like Nick by your side helping you navigate the legal options and guiding you through a time that can be difficult to even think clearly.
I started out with our families' attorney, but as things escalated and became more complicated, I am so thankful I was referred to Nick. I immediately saw a difference in his level of expertise and knowledge. My first conversation with him put me at ease as he listened to my concerns for my children's safety. I was able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing he could handle my case and I could go back to adjusting to my new role as a single mother.
Working with Nick has been a pleasure despite one of the worst times of my life and knowing him is a priveledge.
In the court room, my ex and his attorney went in arrogantly and aggressively. Nick calmly and confidently took charge. Needless to say the ruling was in our favor! I was amazed how nasty and rude my ex and his attorney could be at times, and how unbelievably calm and polite Nick always was!
I am so thankful to him! My children could have been left to a very volatile unhealthy situation, but Nick made sure they were protected and I will forever be grateful to him for that!

The BEST Attorney I have ever had. Someone referred me to him, and said "he is the crack on the whip". Well when you meet him, he appears tame or reserved; Until you get to court. When he is being reserved, he is deciphering all those facts and information that he ask about. as it pertains to law. And one time I did not have to go to court. Just showed up upon request with a settlement. I used his EXCELLENT services for several years with my business. I have referred about 4 or 5 people to him, and we all say he is the crack on the whip.

The receptionist was unaware of our closing and told us we were an hour early. They charged us $150 for split closing on our home. They asked for a copy of our marriage license about 2 hours before our closing. We didn't have a choice but to use them.

Let me begin with saying that like any lawyer I had complete full trust because of this words. We both had agreed for him to show up to my court and shook hands about a criminal case I was pursuing. Come to find out he had another court the same day and didn't show up to mine because there was "no need" Since he didn't show up I lost my case and the it was dismissed. Not only did I lose justice from my end but he took all of my money that I paid him to go to the court for.
