I highly recommend Harker Injury to anyone experiencing a personal injury.
Bronson and his staff are straightforward, diligent, pleasant, honest, and reliable. They made the process of obtaining treatment for mine and my minor daughter’s injuries seamless.
One of the things that stands out the most in Harker is that they truly equip clients with tools necessary to make educated case and care decisions. Alba, Erica, and the team are highly competent and skilled negotiators who understand the ins and outs of working with insurance. Working with them has allowed me to focus on healing from the injuries to the extent possible, while the team took care of dealing with insurance.

I hired Andrea Kraffert after going through a few difficult attorneys. Having just filed for divorce I wanted to just leave the relationship with what I brought into it. Andrea made my options clear and always kept my personal wants in my mind which reassured me that she wasn't just looking for money. Even though my wife tried to drag out our case, Andrea helped me win. If it wasn't for her I could have lost everything and I greatly appreciate the hard work of her and her team.

My husband and I hired Andrea Kraffert to help us get primary custody of his son. After hiring Andrea, she worked very hard to help us. It was clear she wanted to do her best to help us win, she wasn't just trying to make money off of us. Andrea and her staff worked with us to do the best strategy for our case with keeping cost always in mind. I have to say that my experience with Dahan was GREAT from start to finish, she was very informative, walked me through all of the steps in my divorce case, made recommendations on what would and would not be the best moves to make in my particular situation. Robert Daniels is above and beyond what you need and want in a LAWYER, or when experiencing any of the uncomfortable, scary times in your life (Divorce, Being sued, Leins, legal issues) where you need an EXPERT wtih experience on your side. As some of these other reviews have said, you want EXPERIENCE, but also someone who is compassionate and caring AND able to explain things in understandable terms and determine what your situation needs, and what the risks and exposure is. Lets face it, I am an expert in my field, but I cannot possibly know what and when to do things legally, in my best interest. To talk to someone who at the end of the conversation, you KNOW you have recieved the best of advice and will have the best of council is all you can hope for in the world.

Mrs. Mendez helped our family obtain full custody and finalize our step-parent adoption. Mrs. Mendez was there for us every step of the way. Mrs. Mendez took the case when my daughter was born, helped me obtain DNA, visiting rights, we build a case against my ex and with time we were able to obtain full custody, terminate her rights, and finalize the step-parent adoption. Mrs. Mendez is straight forward and was always present at every court hearing. Mrs. Mendez kept us informed through the whole process by phone calls, meetings, emails, and was able to answer all of our questions. We will continue to use Mrs. Mendez services in case we have any issues in the future.

I was caught totally by surprise with my divorce. I met Mrs. Mendez on recommendation from another attorney's secretary & I wondered why! I soon found out why she was so highly recommended to me.
My ex was financially backed by her wealthy family and there high priced attorney. Mrs. Mendez immediately secured my rights and put my divorce on a level playing field. Mrs. Mendez has her own office which I appreciated because she gives full attention to her cases, not other attorney's cases as was the situation I had to deal with at another firm!
Mrs. Mendez litigated a fair settlement for me in the divorce. She fought hard to make sure that I was awarded almost 50% custody of my 2 children and she went back to court for me to have my child support reduced to a very reasonable amount! If anything ever occurs with my ex in the future, I'm going right back to Mrs. Mendez.

Mr Haines took my case when my chances to win were low due to TRO placed against me by the mother of my child. His firm had other lawyers working for him: Pasha, Mr Haines and Ms Phinney they all three took turns on my case. They respected my right to speech and listen to my complicated situation aggravated by the mother of my son trying to reduce my visitation. Although I did not get all the custody I was looking for I was able to achieve 30% thanks to his intervention.

I hired Mr. Haines in 2013 to handle a divorce. I was living in my car and my husband was in our house. He had filed a restraining order against me and had me kicked out.
Mr. Haines was able to get the restraining order thrown out and i was awarded alimony along with an order to sell the house and split the proceeds. In addition, my husband had to pay my attorneys fees.
Hire this attorney. His is skilled, compassionate and friendly.

This woman had me coming into the office at 1:00 AM in morning. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and her work had to be fixed later. She tried to lay the blame on another lawyer, but I did everything with her and I knew she screwed it up. Fortunately, I got another lawyer and got it fixed and got my bankruptcy through.
