I hired Ms. Brinkerhoff upon with Mr. Deig’s recommendation. I will forget be grateful for his insight. Ms. Brinkerhoff took on my case after 7 months of ineffective representation. With another firm. I met with her once as an introduction and once for mediation preparation that had been previously scheduled. Ms. Brinkerhoff was completely familiarized with the evidence in a short period of time. She listened to what was important for me and my child and aggressively acted in our best interest. We walked out of mediation with all that was important to us. We have a fresh, healthy safe start at life. My child nor I will not have to endure a lifetime of emotional, mental and physical abuse because she listened and she fought for us.

I have hired Kim for multiple issues. As a father who lost almost all rights from bad break up she landed me joint custody by following her advice, within a year and a half. Helped on a protective order and a tax return dispute. Fair price great comunication. Above and beyond all in all. Handled a case for a friend and they was pleased as well on a grand rights case.

Mike has been my Atty for almost 3 years now. He took care of my long drug out divorce for me and he made sure that my best interests were top priority. He went over and beyond to say the least! I was at my wits end trying to get divorced. The attorney I had I had paid thousands and thousands of dollars for over 20 months. He could not make court appearances and continue to shrug me off. I met Tricia Tominack Within 4 months she had my divorce finalized on my terms!!! She did not back up from one obstacle. She went head to head with a large firm! She is intelligent and very well spoken! I felt at ease with her and her staff! She listened to me and gave me options along with possible outcomes. She stayed in constant contact with me. In the course of my divorce I found out she helped my friend with the adoption of their grandchildren also. I cannot say enough good things about her. Brian took my money a couple months ago saying that he was going to get my case resolved, he was fairly communicative for about a couple of weeks then he told me he was going to talk to the Prosecutor about my case and I've never heard back from him since. I've called and called, emailed and emailed, and can't get a word back from this guy. I highly advise people to go with a more professional lawyer.

I’ve watched a dear loved one struggle with a petty offense and no previous criminal record. Ive observed Mr. Smith display a laissaz-faire attitude toward getting this matter resolved, not answering phone calls, rescheduling appointments at the last minute and I am very disappointed. My loved one’s future with higher education and job opportunities are at stake here, thatcan attorney would take such a non chalant approach is unbelievable. Perhaps this attorney has such a case load that defendants with petty charges just don’t have much priority. I would not hire this attorney for the big things. Just sayin’

I had ARAG insurance so they paid this man for my services. I'm guessing since it was a guaranteed paycheck he didn't feel he had to work. This was a contested adoption. He didn't represent me in anyway. He just showed up. He let the other side walk all over me and make a fool out of me. He never objected to anything they said. He just sat there for 4 days in court. He helped ruin my families life's. He didnt even bother to call me when the judge ruled. I had to find out by cops banging down my door like a criminal and taking my grandson from me. And on top of all that my insurance paid this man 100% and today after 4 months after the worst day of my life I get a bill from him saying I owed for his PARKING TICKETS during the trial!!!!

I hired Tim for 3 years for post divorce custody. I would recommend never hiring tim. He was unprepared in court, lost the documents I gave him. He would copy documents I previously saw on the internet then bill me $1000 and claim he wrote them.
When I fired him and got my file from his office, they gave me part of my file a part of someone else’s. He send inappropriate emails with no body and three word in the subject line that doesn’t make sense.

She was not truthful. She seems like a nice person but will take advantage if given the chance. She took a case regarding child support and garnishing wages. She convinced a single mother that she could garnish the wages of someone on VA disability. She informed her that she has had experience doing that which is clearly not the case. Now the single mother is out a large amount of time and money and still is getting no child support from the dead beat father. Very upsetting that she would take this case and charge the victim when she is not able to deliver on her word. This was clear cut and up front from the beginning and she convinced the defendant that she would win. Not even a chance. I recommend a more informed Lawyer who wont take your case just to make money off of someone.

Katie was able to provide a positive outcome for my divorce as well as was smart enough to look ahead and solve potential future disputes with clauses in the paperwork that solved future issues. She is a little slow returning calls and emails, but she does work on her own or at least did so I was understanding. She was available for issues after the case was over and answered multiple questions without a further charge. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone needing a lawyer as she is smart, positive, and extremely hard working.

Lee was hired for dissolution of marriage and to obtain sole custody of my niece. From September-January there was no progress but it was always the other sides fault….
Upon hiring Stephanie Brinkerhoff through Steven Dieg’s firm, she was able to obtain sole custody of my niece, with all rights signed away by adoptive father, and everything else that was requested. She did this in a matter of 8 hours. After waiting for 4 months with Lee Veazy with nothing accomplished. Lee gave the impression sole custody was impossible with Indiana’s parenting time guidelines and 50/50 was the best possible outcome. He should be ashamed to even charge for his ‘time’. He didn’t take any of this as seriously as it should have been taken. Just another case. Extremely poor communication and he seemed very ill prepared at the initial hearing. Ms. Brinkerhoff came in extremely prepared and even discovered $250k+ in entitled funds that Lee never mentioned. If you need a great attorney to get the job done, get Stephanie at Dieg’s!

I should start with the fact that after multiple failed attempts at trying to communicate our first meeting was her video tuned into a hearing on Vacation. I kid you not, palm trees and all. The lack of care was evident from the start. Then booking a phone call two months out only to be disrespectful and rude. To have someone with this demeanor practicing law is outrageous. Any review won’t change her status with the board, but if anyone who is possibly thinking about using her for any capacity can see this and change their mind then it was worth it. Robin is rude, crass, impatient, disrespectful and makes you feel with every word that she would have never voluntarily picked to represent you. Very fitting for Robin to be the representation provided to the people of Evansville. A vile person who should not be in people facing position. You can always tell when someone hates their life outside of work, but that shouldn’t effect the people you choose to work for.

You're better off representing yourself than having her as your court appointed attorney. She doesn't return phone calls, rarely meets with incarcerated inmates, and will not speak up in your defense in court. She seems to write up a pity excuse for a defense and if the state challenges it you're out of luck! She doesn't try to fight for you to get the best deal
