I hired Sol Kim years ago for my case that just ended not too long ago, but his practice area was little different from my case.He didn't care. He helped me as a translator, found another lawyer for me to work with, and they both worked tirelessly for years.
Sol Kim was a very detailed person. He kept me up-to-date with the case and provided me with options.
I knew little to nothing about the laws related to the situation I was in, only laws, evidences, and my lawyers were at my side, I was emotionally troubled for months and years, and he helped me to calm me down.

We had documents that ha to be translated from Korean to English, then all of the documents sent to the secretary of state for Apostilles on all the notarized pages. He managed to get it done in less than four days and called me that they were ready which was excellent. Meaning that we were way under the dead line for them to be filled in S. Korea. Tripp was exactly the lawyer we needed, when we needed him. The contractors on my home ripped me off, walked off the job, did a flawed job of what was completed, needless to say they did not complete the entire job. To top things off, the contractors filed a lien on my house. There were several twists and turns throughout the case. Just before trail, I went into the hospital with no direct contact/planning from Tripp. Tripp was still prepared anyway despite being limited in the decisions he could make. Within the last two days of court, the contractors brought in a new hot shot attorney from out of state. The new attorney disregarded the discovery process since he was not involved. My first expert witness was promptly dismissed. The court went into continuance. Tripp managed get to the testimony from my first expert witness anyway. In the end, the judge dismissed the contractor's case and granted me a judgement. A two-attorney team did not have skill nor court room presence to defeat Tripp’s preparation, presentation and court room presence. I have only hired a few attorneys who all have done some great things for me. Tripp is the top of the list.

My husband and I made the difficult decision to let go of our attorney 2 weeks before our custody trial. We stumbled upon Tripp online and made the choice to hire him. It was the best decision we could have ever made. Tripp was the light at the end of our tunnel. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him from the very beginning.
Honesty: Our case was a very complicated one and Tripp accepted the daunting task! From the very beginning he was honest with us. There are quite a few attorneys that make a practice of giving you false hope, only to leave you distraught and completely blind-sighted with the judges verdict. Tripp is not one of these attorneys. He is going to be up front with you. You will know where you stand at all time.

We hired Lisa for a difficult custody battle. She was attentive to our needs, wishes, and concerns throughout the entire process. I hired Ms. Dennis in an emergency situation. She specializes in criminal law but was very nice to take my call immediately. My mother was in a mental hospital and I needed to obtain Power of Attorney. Within hours we had the paperwork complete and filed. Mr. Depper was kind but firm in what I would need to do to resolve my legal issues. The first face to face meeting his confidence was apparent and his knowledge of the system was strong. I was nervous and really did not think any lawyer would care to go the distance with my family.
Not only did Mr. Depper go the distance but he gave me sound advice, answered all my questions, calls, and messages regardless of how emotionally distraught or anxious I was. He is a very good listener and does his homework.
I thought at the beginning of my case there was no hope and I would be railroaded by the system. With Mr. Depper there was no chance of this happening. Even when I was ready to settle for anything just to get the case closed he was still fighting for us. I had a lot of work to do and he was very up front about my responsibilities. With each step he was encouraging, and supportive. He never once backed down. Throughout the case I kept telling myself what he had told me from the very beginning. "Your case depends on how many hoops they throw at you that you are willing to jump through...with a smile on your face". I would jump again. He was right. Even if they set them on fire he was there to put it out.
Strong, knowledgeable, supportive, and someone that has a good ethic. I feel privileged to have had him on my side. I was able to walk out with my chin up, and faith restored.

This summer I found myself in serious trouble and in need of legal help but had no idea how to find an attorney that would handle my type of problem. After searching and asking around, I stumbled onto the AVVO website. When I found Mr. Depper's page I noticed he had taken the time to answer more than 60 legal questions. I read his responses and I liked the way he answered people. He was very clear, to the point and helpful to those with inquiries. I contacted him via email through his website and he responded a few minutes later.
When I met him in person I found his demeanor matched the person depicted in the legal responses. I learned very quickly that I did not have to explain things in a hurry to him. He listened to everything I had to say and let me explain in my own way. He carefully looked through everything I had to show him asked questions for clarification and took a lot of notes. He explained the challenges that I would be facing and explained the general process of resolving my case. He answered all of my questions and when I didn't understand something he seemed to be happy to go over it again. When I walked out of his office that day I felt a tremendous relief. I felt like he had a thorough understanding of my situation and of me as an individual. I felt blessed to have a strong advocate with a solid plan.
We had three additional meetings and two phone conversations before my hearing took place. Mr. Depper stayed true to his initial character. He always answered all of my questions , he listened and did not rush me. He addressed every issue I raised by either telling me how he was handling it or making me understand why it was irrelevant. He never allowed our meetings to conclude without making certain I had no more questions. He always invited me to contact him if I had questions but that it was never necessary to contact him since he answered everything up front.
When it came time to go to court he met with me and explained how the hearing would proceed. On the morning of the hearing he spent a few minutes with me beforehand to make sure i was calm and did not have any questions or concerns. During the hearing I was a little in awe of him. He was very organized and well prepared. He systematically raised for consideration every issue we had concerns with. He kept everyone on topic including the opposing attorney. When the hearing was over he talked with me again. We briefly reviewed what transpired in the hearing and he let me know what to expect next. A few weeks later we learned that his defense was successful and there were no more steps to take.
I am very grateful to Mr. Depper for really hearing me, for taking my case and fighting for me. He is truly a blessing.

On January my husband and his friend were traveling back to Texas, their car broke down in front of a cop, the car was searched 13k and 4 grams of weed wax were found, which my husband didn't know about, otherwise his "friend" wouldn't have taken blame, they were still taken to the county jail.Dearmore was the only one lawyer who took my husband's case being the fact that we are from another state (Tx) . Eventhough the bond was set at 3,500 Bondsman didn't want to take the risk either, they didn't think he was going to make it to all court days given. thankfully a lady referred me to Dearmore Law, who rapidly worked on the case. As soon as I contacted him he immediately visited my husband that same day, he then contacted me back and told me how much he would charge me for the case, which that too was very reasonable price, payment plans are also available which is great for everyone on low income. By Wednesday of the following week, he gave me the best knews, all charges were droped, and my husband was released. Thanks to his knowledge and hard work, we didn't have to travel 6 hours every other day to court days, and I really appreciate his help. I can honestly recommend his services to anyone

John Mikesch is an outstanding attorney and I simply cannot fit my testimonial of the accolades and commendations I have for him into the character limits of this review page. If you want an attorney that is well known and respected by every judge in Northwest Arkansas, John is your guy. It was amazing to see multiple other attorneys and even a police officer come up to him after court and tell him what an amazing job he did. He is truly an artist in his field. He is extremely knowledgeable in law practice, an elegant orator in the court room, and a brilliant legal strategist. He gracefully balances all of those legal-bulldog traits with compassion and understanding for what his clients are going through. Tyler represented me in my divorce and custody case and a succeeding contempt hearing. In the initial divorce, I booked a consultation, having spoken to several attorneys. No attorney I spoke to before booking the consultation I feel had such a clear, immediate grasp of the circumstances I was facing. Tyler helped me to wake up and smell the coffee regarding my ex-husband, and work to protect my children. Thanks to him I was able to get temporary custody and use of the home, and then win full custody even with the joint-custody precedent. Thanks to this I was able to begin on a path to giving my children (and myself!) the kind of peace and loving home environment they deserve. Shortly (approximately 2 weeks) after the divorce was finalized, my ex-husband filed an egregious series of contempt charges against me. Tyler was willing to represent me, and worked with me regarding the payments. He counter filed against my ex-husband, and we were given a court date. We were able to come to a settlement in the waiting room before we saw the judge. In the agreement I got close to all that I asked for, and had some protections against similar behavior in the future, which gives me some much cherished peace of mind. I can absolutely say, Tyler is the kind of attorney you want in your corner in a divorce or custody matter!
