It was so relieving having Raj handle my divorce. Two days after I told my ex I wanted a divorce she went into a court and filed a protection order, kicked me out of the house, and proceeded to hold my dogs hostage. Raj got the protection order dropped and helped reach a settlement outside of court that I feel was fair. My ex was very aggressive and vindictive, but Raj completely dismantled her in court and helped me have a successful divorce.
If you're going to be sitting in front of a judge, you can't afford not to have Raj on your side!

During the past few years, I have come across many challenges and struggles in my parenting plan. Up until working with Mr. Howard, I was not provided with valid information regarding possible outcomes nor did I feel supported with my concerns. Mr. Howard was very timely and efficient in his communication with me. He always communicated truthful information and did not provide me with false hope of outcomes-but took concerns into consideration and developed a plan to reduce anxiety for myself. Janal was my 3rd attorney after years of custody issues. She expertly picked up the ball and ran with it after my previous attorney failed me miserably. She is down to earth, honest and trustworthy. She is not psychic and cannot ensure your outcome but she will straight up tell you if you are crazy for perusing more legal action than is necessary. Other attorneys would try to get as much money as possible from you but I trusted Janal that every penny given was needed.

She turned in and filed papers late, showed up over 2 hours late for mediation and 4 minutes late to arbitration. When calling to ask about the status of my case, her staff outright lied, telling me she wasn't there, when I later found out she was. At least the firm she was working with fired her. That's how I found out the truth. At least the firm owned up to their and her mistake, but she's not trustworthy or timely in anything concerning my case. I am now on welfare when I was making $60,000 per year, and it's due to her misconduct.
