After a terrible experience with an attorney during my initial divorce a few years back, I needed to hire an attorney as my ex filed to amend the decree. The ex was looking for more child support as well as to implement other financial restrictions against me.
Needless to say, I was shocked to get served and knew I needed the best representation to protect myself. I was referred to Jane from someone very close to me and I am so thankful that I made the appointment.
From the start I felt comfortable and at ease as Jane examined the case brought against me. She listened intently while providing realistic and valuable feedback as to my legal rights as she explained the processes and next steps.
Throughout the case Jane demonstrated professionalism, communicated open and honestly, and fought for my rights as a father. I never once felt that she was not giving me and my case her best effort. Communication and follow-up/follow through were never an issue which I appreciate so much.
With the help of Jane we won the case by a landslide!!! Child support did not go up, it went down SIGNIFICANTLY!! I also received 50/50 custody of my kids!!! (had expanded standard).
I went into this scared, afraid, and anxious. Jane provided reassurance, guidance, and fought for me and my rights.
My case was unique in that I had a lot going for me, but without Jane's experience, toughness, and overall fighting spirit, the outcome may have been different.

Ted has been our family attorney for years. When I was diagnosed with leukemia, Ted helped us draft a will that allowed me to go forward with treatment, knowing my family would be taken care of in case I succumbed. Thankfully, I am now cancer free.

Ted took my divorce modification case after being turned away from a major law office in the area. That attorney had me convinced I had no grounds for modification.
With Ted, I received an extremely fair buy out of the shared home that I was ordered to pay on for the next 3 years. He also saved me nearly $30,000 in future child support payments on top of the buy out.

Brett Talley handled my divorce with just the right combination of empathy, pragmatism and humor (I needed the last one). Throughout the process of publication I was kept informed and when I was told I would have to 'pay' for a surrogate to represent my runaway husband and make another attempt to contact him I exploded and Bret helped look for alternatives.
Overall, his representation was seamless, informed and always transparent. He was easy to contact, returned phone calls within 24 hours and did not bill for incremental minutes to simply provide a three minute update. He stayed within our established budget, explained fees and costs and his staff with extremely helpful.
My divorce went smoothly and ultimately as I wanted it, as painlessly as was possible under the circumstances.
I will hopefully never need his services again, but if I need them this is where I would go.

I am a C-level executive, who was married to my stay-at-home ex-wife for 23 years, with a lot to lose. Kylie represented me in my divorce case and helped me negotiate a settlement that was well more to my advantage than I had expected and been told by others.

I came to Debby with a mound of mistakes through my divorce. She had to undo so many of my mishaps and explained everything in plain English. She let me know all my options, both good and bad, and all she asked of me was to be prepared.
The preparation before trial made me feel confident (although horribly nervous and scared) and I was able to answer the cross examanitation without any surprises at all.

The best kind of lawyer is a busy lawyer and Kelly is certainly that. Kelly only spends time on things she knows helps to successfully resolve your case. Here's how she worked with me.
Kelly did an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G job of digging me out of a deep legal hole I and a previous lawyer had dug into. BEFORE Kelly I spent a year paying money wrangling through a child support lawsuit, counter lawsuit, the discovery, all the way up to an actual trial, testimony and very contentious settlement agreement was reached and then thrown out the next day. The situation was nothing short of "nuclear."
I changed counsel to Kelly. She kept me informed, left out the emotion and carefully worked with opposing counsel to successfully resolve the case within 3 months. I was amazed.
THEN, she helped me through a difficult separation AND reconcilliation with my current spouse. That separation helped save our marriage and Kelly played an important part in getting us apart and ensuring we came back together in a legally responsible way.
