I hired Heidi last minute a week before my trial. I had a previous attorney and she was not a good fit. I was recommend Heidi through a women’s event. She worked fast for my case and last minute. She was professional to the point and compassionate. I did not feel judge and she was honest & direct. She put my case and story so well for trial I was very amazed of her calmness and confidence for trial. She was professional and I got more then what I asked for. She really fights for you and is just so amazing I was impressed. The judge made a ruling right from the bench in my favor!

First of all I would like to thank Miss Ramsay. About a year ago I lost everything. My home my children everything. I did a consultation with Miss Ramsey the day after everything happened. There was no sugar coating she didn't try to fill me with hopes and dreams she told me the facts and laid down the realistic possibilities of fighting in family court.
Miss Ramsay and her paralegal never ignored me or made me feel like my case wasn't important to them. There were several Court hearings never-was Miss Ramsey late or unwilling to talk to me before the hearings.
She constantly kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on in my case. I did not feel that there was anything she did that I did not know.
I would suggest Miss Ramsay to anyone that is having any kind of legal family issues. She help me fight my OOP and was there with me through the entire process. Because of what happened I had not seen my children in a year. And because of Miss Ramsay I ended up getting 50/50 custody as well as joint decision making of my children.
Going through family court with an attorney as an extremely expensive proposition. But I say this with all honesty if you want a family attorney that is honest and will be there and listen I would suggest no one else than Miss Ramsay. And that every single penny you spend with her will be worth it.

I've had a few some do nothing some bill like crazy. For having a difficult job, Brandy will actually argue or fight for you...i wish she gave me more advice but she does her job well...an attorney is suppose to fight for you and give you advice and i've had a few that have done neither...I dont know what they did really.....she did a good job, is funny and not serious or jaded by this profession and doesn't try to bill you excessively....hire her because if I did my first time I would ahve saved 20k +

Hiring an attorney is incredibly stressful and takes you out of your comfort zone. I worked with Alyssa Oubre and it was a positive experience. She has a very calm and empathetic demeanor. She is very insightful and extremely knowledgeable in family law. I honestly have no words for what it was like to work with Lisa. During our adoption experience we hit many bumps and road blocks along the way. I think we experienced everything one could go through while doing an adoption. Lisa was there with us through everything. She would call and check in, even if she had no news to report, and she always kept us informed of the latest news. She would call until we answered and if we didn't answer she would email. There was never a point when I felt she was too busy to deal with our concerns or questions. She is helpful and kind and supportive. After while we no longer saw Lisa as just our lawyer but also our friend. We are so happy to have worked with her and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

I can't tell you enough about Lisa. She's wonderful. She's competent. She's compassionate, more than reasonably priced, and does her clients good. Lisa handled an adoption case for me which required obtaining consent from the biological parents. One was willing, the other was not. Lisa's patience in working with the not-so-willing parent was at tremendous help over the months it took to get the consent. In the end, however, the adoption case went without a hitch, finalizing about 14 months after starting the whole process. I will be forever grateful for all the work and efforts Lisa did on our behalf.

I cannot describe how grateful I am that I found Lynda! Facing a truly daunting court case, I knew I needed a truly competent attorney. I interviewed several attorneys in the Phoenix area, and after only a few minutes I knew Lynda Vescio was the representation I needed. Due to Lynda's ability, the legal case was settled months ahead of what I was told to expect by the other attorneys, and in my favor! Not only that, but she traveled to meet us for the original consult, unlike the others, and in the end the fees for the entire case ended up being very nearly what she predicted. The billing was succinct and very fair. When we spoke with other attorneys about who we chose for representation, they were unanimous in praising her, and assuring us we chose well indeed.
My husband and I find it strange singing the praises of an attorney, but if this will help someone else gain competent representation, so much the better!

Dean is the perfect lawyer. When my husband was dragging me through the dirt and telling me his lawyer was doing all kids of things and emailing Dean. Dean showed me every record and every email that was sent and recorded between the two. My ex's lawyer was lying. Dean is a trustworthy lawyer and will definitely do everything in his power to fight for you especially if you have a child involved. To him, that child is the only thing that matters. As long as you are the one who gathers up the evidence and play a little detective work he is very fair in pricing. He's definitely worth the money. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have an ongoing high conflict co-parenting case. Angela has been an amazing attorney for my case. Angela has been nothing short of amazing. Her communication is more than I have had from any other attorney for starters. She is ALWAYS putting what is best for my child first. She is honest with me and gives feedback (which I personally love since I am not perfect) even if I may not entirely agree with it, but she sees the bigger picture and knows the right steps to take. We just had a HUGE win in December after years of pushing for some positive changes for my kiddo. I went to this lawyer to seek advice for a divorce from my abusive husband who threatened to kill me if I tried to divorce him. I have audio recordings of him being violent aggressive and threatening my well-being. I explained this is the reason I am afraid to file for divorce and would need a civil order of protection before I could file. I have years of evidence of abuse and Bellah told me it doesn’t matter if my husband beat me and threatened me a year ago, a judge will ask what is he doing right now that puts your life in imminent physical danger ? I excused myself after 15 min. Silly me. I should have waited till he actually kills me before seeking an order of protection.

He kept getting my case confused with a will which didn’t make any sense. His assistant also seemed disorganized. I felt very uncomfortable dealing with him.

I retained Mr. Lenaburg (Sampair Group) at the end of December 2015 to represent me in a child support case. After failing to provide the proper documentation at court, submitting incorrect documentation and incomplete exhibits, and not being able to communicate with me during court proceedings, due to his hearing loss (which can be verified through video of the proceedings and court records), Mr. Lenaburg took $14,000, never contacted me, and was gone from the firm.
While I completed most of the footwork and research on the case (only asking him to complete the legal requirements), he refused complete the requests and paperwork he had promised.
His lack of organization, loss/misplacement of documents, failure to respond to email and calls, never made it to court.
It went beyond personal misconduct. I am also concerned that his physical and mental capacities should be investigated before soliciting his services.
As well, Sampair Group never contacted me or completed my case. But managed to withdraw.
I would be very cautious if electing to retain Mr. Harry Lenaburg or Sampair Group.

Joshua turner used our information provided during the consult and used it against us by calling the people whom we were suing and warned them of the lawsuit in addition to threatening to “find” and “sue” me if my review was not taken down. I wouldn’t use this attorney to throw a birthday party let alone a case. RUN!!! Horrible Person and very sketchy work ethics. Joshua is headed to prison for what he’s done very soon. He works very hard at removing any negative reviews could believe that’s why he’s always dressed so unwell and completely unkept with mustard down the front of his shirt. This guy is bad business

He takes advantage of the homeless, and if you have mail going to the Glendale Justice Center . Believe they with hold your mail. Joe Charles is a fake and he will play both ends of your case and he has a Judge Richard Blair. If you have a case with him, ask for change of venue.
