Justin took over in the middle of my very messy years long divorce. I wish I had had him from the beginning as my lawyer. He was very professional and able to be firm and direct. I finally felt like I was finally being heard by my attorney and he was able to have more awarded to myself and my daughters then I would have had I stayed with my first attorney. First and foremost, the Magnell Office is a cut above the rest. They were not only cordial and attentive but displayed a strong sense of trust, integrity, and reliability when taking on my case. Back in 2020, I got a speeding ticket for driving a 53 in a 30. As an out-of-state driver, I was unaware of New York's point system. Not to mention the fact that this was my first-time offense. Long story short, I would have gotten 6 pts; however, the Magnell Office brought it down to 0 pts and a fine for littering on the highway. I highly recommend this law firm. If I could, I would give them a 6 out of 5.

I would like to thank Rory Kennedy Brady for such quick and professional help with a speeding traffic ticket. I was concerned that my license was going to be suspended and/or a high fine. Mr. Rory not only got the points dropped from 6 to 2, the fine was significantly less and my license was not suspended. That was a big load off my mind. My situation was handled as well and professionally as possible.
Tara was extremely friendly, encouraging, responsive, generous with her time, and had great customer service.

I had Nichole as my lawyer requested from the courts ..nichole doesnt answer my questions ,when call her and ask her about my situation im told she didnt receive anything yet is unsure if she be at my next court date. I still haven't received any copies of my last court date showing i have physical custody of my son .Im truly at my point where i am about to request a new lawyer as well..a Lawyer is supposed to help you threw a situation not guided you to the wrong situation..

Ineffectiveness aside, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone due to the severe lack of communication. At times it took 3 weeks to get a response to emails, even while dealing with issues that were extremely time critical. I never felt that my concerns were properly addressed and it became apparent to me that this attorney lost interest and motivation to help halfway through my case. Unprofessional at best.
