Leonard and his team worked with us from the beginning to the end of a very emotional custody issue. Mr. Leonard was always very competent and made me feel safe about a traffic accident. I'm an immigrant, and I've had a car accident that I've had to go to several times to court, and also I had some problems with insurance. I lost many nights of sleep until I found Mr. Leonard who from the beginning told me not to worry. He solved all the problems and did the best for me. I really recommend him! Courtney took my case and made it feel like it was her own. She took the time to fully understand the case history, what my goals were and why I was advocating for them. I can't begin to explain what an amazing attorney Courtney McConomy is. She responds quickly to emails and calls, explains all of the options clearly and is an absolute fighter for what you want in your divorce or child custody matter. For many people, this is one of the hardest and scariest things they have had to deal with in their lives, and Courtney (along with her amazing paralegal, Daniel) hold your hand along the way.
Courtney is so knowledgeable and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of Metro counties. She is on multiple boards and groups so she has lots of connections to draw from. What I also appreciate about Courtney is that if she doesn't know an answer (which is rare), she is not afraid to say that and get the answer from her awesome team at this firm. When you hire Courtney you are not just getting her, you are hiring a great firm.
Courtney is always there to listen, take notes and provide a calmness to the room. I have done multiple mediations with her and each time she provides creative solutions to a situation that seemed to be insurmountable.

Kevin D Murphy was my lawyer for my divorce which was very very complicated and multifaceted more so than your average divorce. He is very professional and is able to break down complicated legal jargon into a single comprehensible format. Mr. Murphy always showed up on time and professionally dressed. He always kept me updated me as soon as he got new information in the divorce. A divorce is a very long and stressful ordeal. Mr. Murphy took the stress out of the entire situation and had my back at every point in the divorce. I was able to call and or email him 24-7 365 with any questions comments or concerns always promptly replied to the phone call or email with all the information I needed and then some. Mr. Murphy was an advocate for me and my children and facilitated the best possible outcome of the divorce. Mr. Murphy sent me a well documented monthly invoice with all of the fees associated which always checked out. He was worth every penny, and also is a pleasure to be around he's very charismatic and very experienced. To list a few of the items that Mr Murphy did are as follows.
1. He sat down with me and took the time to establish my sworn financial statement that a corporate accountant could go through with a fine-tooth comb.
2. He set up a private investigator.
3. He helped triangulate between child support payments and the payment registry as well as triangulate with the child support enforcement office technician.
4. He recommended and gave excellent tax advice for the fiscal year of which we got divorced which was very complicated.
5. He triangulated with CPS caseworker and local sheriff's involved.
6. Here ran background checks on Associated individuals involved.
7. He was able to pull from all of the information I had given him and extract what he needed to write very professional legal documents.
These are just some of the skills that mr. Murph has. His attention to detail is amazing he caught things that I totally missed. If you are going through a divorce I would personally and only recommend Kevin D Murphy he is a multi-tasker extraordinaire and truly a subject matter expert at what he does. He has improved me and my children's quality of life significantly and alleviated the stress out of the whole entire situation.

I had the opportunity of working with Attorney Kevin Murphy for my parental allocation (custody) issues with my son's father. Mind you...I spoke with more then 8 other firms who all insisted that my specific case required a $10,000 retainer and would take at least a year in court because we live in 2 separate states. As a single mother, this was so discouraging. I worked with Kevin, and he was quick, responsive, and didn't waste any of my time or his time with filing, paperwork, advice, court dates, etc. His billing and invoicing was clear and concise and there were never any surprises. Very laid back, but professional. Never came across as a "pushy salesman" lawyer, and helped with everything I asked.

Kevin was an awesome attorney. He took my case when I was at the end of my rope, I couldn't figure out where to turn, what to do, and had a court date pending. Mr. Murphy exceeded every expectation I had of him, and of any lawyer. He always had time to talk to me, he was quick with response, and even after it was all over he went above and beyond with the final issues I had. I can't recommend him enough, I feel like he was able to handle all attorneys involved in the case and didn't take any of their posturing. After months of being told what to do, how to do it, when I can see my kids and when I can't all at the whim of my ex and her lawyer, someone stood up and fought for me, and kept fighting for me. Kevin is definitely the lawyer I want in my corner for any future issues that come up.

I hired Rachel to assist in a motion to restrict parenting time. She was most responsive and helpful. Showed a tremendous amount of patience as we worked through the issues with my ex-wife. We have worked with Miranda Bouchey and can highly highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about our family and works incredibly hard on our case. She can understand the pain and tension we feel as parents as we deal with an ex and can also understand how our situation impacts our kids. Miranda was amazing! I knew I had an uphill battle going into our case since I wasn’t the primary care taker and my ex wife wanted to relocate with our son. I knew that I also had a lot going for me since I have always been there and have provided for my son since his birth as well. Miranda took my case on short notice and short preparation, but got up to speed quicker than I anticipated. She gave me the best possible legal advice (the to-do’s and not to-do’s) the entire 5-6 months she worked with me. When it came down to actually going to court, she guided and prepared me on exactly what was going to happen before even getting into the courtroom, so all I had to do was remember and execute what she told me to do. She was already in the courthouse before I arrive at the courthouse (which I’m always early) and I really appreciated that. She was attentive in the courtroom and honed in on what was important to the judge’s decision making. She won my case for me because she’s an amazing attorney and knew what to say and what not to say. I will be forever grateful for Miranda and her talent as an attorney! Tanya is an absolutely excellent attorney who does not pull any punches. When a question is asked of her, a straight and easy to understand answer is given. I foolish had signed a postnuptial that could have ruined me financially. I had consulted with another lawyer and was told there was nothing that could be done. I was absolutely devastated!! I then met with Andy later that day. He looked over the postnuptial and found so many loop holes. I knew I had found the lawyer I needed for my divorce.
He is so incredibly knowledgeable, competent, trustworthy, takes the high road on issues. Even though he has been a lawyer for 23 years, he still has that intense drive and dedication to make things right for his clients.
Andy didn't make me feel like a fool for signing this awful postnuptial. There was a lot of intense emotions I had and he was kind and thoughtful in his responses to me. His goal was to save me financially and that's exactly what he did.

I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Olivia Larson and all she has done for my family. My case was extremely complicated as it had both civil and criminal accusations. I knew I was innocent and the accusations against me were an attempt to muddy the water and gain an advantage in the civil case. With Olivia's help, I was able to win against the criminal accusations and hold my accusers accountable. The civil case lasted over a year due to Covid and court procedure. When I first hired Olivia she was with a firm that I won't name, but after a few months she chose to leave that firm and start her own. I asked her to stay on as my lawyer and she thankfully agreed. Laurie is an excellent attorney! I did a great deal of research weighing who/what kind of attorney I hoped to work with on my divorce/modification case. I can honestly and emphatically say that I *cannot say enough wonderful things about Laurie Joe*. She (and her team) worked tirelessly on my case even in instances that she had other cases to attend to. There were even a few times where she was out of the office around the Holiday season and she still replied/called me in response to any emails during that time out. She answered all questions completely and if I still needed more information beyond the detail she provided, she willingly consulted others in order to get that information. She was an excellent sounding board for anything I needed and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. You can never get ahold of these people they do not even keep in contact to inform you what’s going on and how things are going. I would call and have to leave messages and still will get no calls back I had to let them know how frustrating it was dealing with them. The ladies at the front desk make you feel uncomfortable or like your doing something wrong just calling in to check on your case with your lawyers their so rude. Then towards the end of my case I feel I was then being rushed to settle or agree because we agreed on a certain amount to go for at the beginning but then the other company was taking forever to appeal our law suit and Anderson Hemmat just let them get away with whatever they wanted to do and then turned around and said we should accept a deal that was way lower than what we were going for because I am getting more than I should anyway. Do not do it find another lawyer. I had more emails for proof I have to find them.

Lorna assisted me with cleaning up a parenting plan that my ex and I did ourselves and responding to several motions that my ex wife brought against me. I originally hired her to consult, but hired her fully when I knew it would be going to trial. Lorna is so organized and knew my case inside and out. Greg represented me. I had the worst experience with Greg. He treated me as if I was in the military when I was hurting and in need.
I would not recommend him to anyone. He charged me a lot of money with horrible results and my experience was horrible.

One thing I was glad about during my divorce mediation was that I had some advanced education, and knowledge of law and finance, because I was not getting any help from my lawyers. Imagine sitting in a mediation and observing the folks, to whom you paid thousands of dollars to support you, sit quietly with their jaws kinda open, observing the process as though it's their first time there. Dymond Reagor folks also do not seem to have much of an idea how interest on loans works.
If you want to pay lawyers a bunch of money so you can have the opportunity of being your only advocate in one of the most important meetings of your life, while your ex-wife, who makes a lot more money gets a great deal, I highly recommend Dymond Reagor.
