my wife took my kids and moved to Mississippi from Colorado and she was a drug addict she got into trouble a went to prison she gave my children to the state of Mississippi my kids were adopted out to a nice family when i found out were they were and what happened i fought like hell to get my kids back in the end i now have full custody jeffrey white saved my family and my boys are so happy being back with there father thank you jeff i owe you more the. My attorney ensured everything that was supposed to be with my child custody case. My case took a while due to opposing counsel, but in the end Mr. White sealed the deal with every concern that I had and what was supposed to be from the start. I highly recommend Mr. White. People kept asking if I had a good lawyer when I retained Mr.Andersen - as I never needed one I didn’t know how to answer it. I now have three new attorneys for a multistate custody and parental kidnapping, and hindsight 20/20 - he was not a good lawyer. He failed to meet me the day before my court date, called at 10 p.m. asking me questions he should have been briefed on by his paralegal. He showed up late the following day, allowing the other attorney to dismiss for jurisdiction. If Mr.Andersen cared at all, he would have been there to argue my stance - but he wasn’t. Complete disgrace.

Cassidy represented me in a child custody modification and visitations. I would not recommend Cassidy for any matters regarding child custody or child support. He disregarded over 150 pages of documented events for the past four years, evidence, he ignored our multiple statements of wanting to go to trial, under his advisement convinced us to settle, and left us in an even worst situation now than what is was previously. Afterwards, when contacted again regarding the agreement not working, he told us we need to “figure it out.” Since then, things have only gotten worst.

I went in her office and of corse every time she’s fighting with her secretaries. I went a couple of times. You cannot understand anything she says. In court they had to keep asking her to speak right. So she asked my children a couple of questions. Charged me $2500, and then called me a few weeks later yelling at me and telling me I was high and that I was high in court. My ex husband paid her off is what I’m thinking. She’s an alcoholic and I don’t have my kids. I can’t even speak to my kids. Not because of the judge but because my ex husband can pay anyone off.

Stan Smith represented me in a custody battle. On the the day of my court date Stan contacted me and told me that i would not need to appear, because he had a doctors appointment in Hattiesburg and had gotten a continuance.
However there was not a continuance and by me not showing my ex was given temporary full custody. I have tried contacting Stan many times and have spoken to his secretary Betty many times.
At first Betty assured me they would fix their mistake. After weeks of waiting for them to fix it i tried contactung Stan many times without an answer or return call. It has now been 8 months and Stan Smith still has yet to fix his mistake and i have went this entire time with no rights of my daughter.
I would hire another attorney if i could afford it. I would represent myself before hiring Stan Smith again!
