Where do i even begin! Dave and Molly are becoming my besties! Dave has represented myself twice and my daughter once. With every case they have been there for me every step of the way. I never felt lost or in the dark about anything. When i was incarcerated and no bail was set and public defenders couldnt even get me out. As soon as i hired Dave i was out of jail. Dave has done outstanding work on the cases ive brought to him. My first case i was facing arson and a dui at the same time he took both on at a fair price and all felonies were dismissed with the option of having the other charges cleared from my record after completing my probation. However i almost finished my 3 year probation and a month before it was over the person who i was dating became vindictive and filed atleast 20 false charges on me and it violated my probation so back to jail i go. My dad hired Dave for me and back out of jail i came. My court hearing was heard infront of the judge and my vop was completed as satisfactory. Once my probation is up he also got it to where i can have those charges exspunged off my record and will be taking care of it as soon as my probation is up. I do believe dave has been chosen by god and any dealings i have with him he shows me that each and every time. Dave isnt just about the money he can collect from you i just believe he puts his trust and faith in god and gets his strength from him each and every day. So with all that being said if you are ever facing any difficulties in life and need legal representation please dont hesitate to hire Dave, with him you get great representation, a friend, respect, and that god empowers him. I promise you wont be dissapointed.

I was served with custody paperwork regarding my child and I was at a complete loss, I was very emotional regarding this case and I am so grateful to have found Eric to represent me. She wasn't at all what I expected. She was warm and welcoming. Went out of her way to explain every detail of what I needed as I am starting to work through a custody agreement. Referred me to a mediator, and got me started in the right direction. She was caring toward my child, and went out of her way to be kind. I look forward to working with her again.

My Fiance' hired Erika back in January to represent him in a very complicated and long custody case. She was wonderful thru all of it. She took her time and reviewed everything we had. She answered any and all questions. She didn't make us feel like she was just our attorney but our friend too. She went head to head with two other attorneys who were against my fiance' all together. End of the story is Erika fought and my fiance has sole physical and legal custody of his son. Without her, it just would not have been possible. We also hired her for a driving related charge that my fiance' had and once again she fought and made sure the judge knew what changes he had made in his life and the outcome was better than any of us had ever expected. She is a top rate attorney and I would take her any day of a big city one. Since we have hired her, 3 of our friends also have just based off our experience.

I am so thankful we came across Loren for our Legal matter!! We had originally had another lawyer (some hot shot lawyer from baltimore, who promised us the moon!) who last minute had to pull out of our case, less than a week before our hearing and Loren truly saved us! She jumped right in, even with the last minute notice, and was able to defend us FAR BETTER than what our other attorney would have. We were looking at potentally 2 years of jail time for something that was wrongfully charged, and Loren was able to basically get it all dismissed! Amazing! My family and I are so thankful God put her in our Path! Hiring Mr. Palmer to represent me in my case was the best decision I could have made. On my first appearance in court, I had 3 different people tell me what a good attorney he was. It’s been a long time; years later and I’m looking back to the way I was treated as a young man seeking help from out of state, and still hurts to think about the situation I faced feeling scared and alone. I was burglarized several times and they caught the individuals who did it. Red-handed with my property and dropped the charges and treated me like a child! Telling me there are here to listen and I would never be able to recoup the money (7900$ in products and damages)then it took over 2 weeks to file a piece of paper to release the stuff they caught them with. Horrible person and disgrace to the state,country!

Mr. Bailey represented my daughter in her criminal defense trial. He told her throughout trial prep that prosecution had nothing and trial was going to go well for her. Date of trial, another defendant made accusation against her and Mr. Bailey was totally unprepared. I asked if he'd interviewed the prosecution witnesses as prep for her trial and he said no. He talked her into taking a plea deal. Very disappointed in Mr. Bailey's effort and lack of preparation. Can not recommend his services.

Be warned that this place DOES NOT offer a free 30 min consultation. When speaking with a paralegal, she was incredibly short and rude about the process and the fact that “Andrea hasn’t used Avvo since before the pandemic and they have no control over the info there”. Also, they expect you to pay $100 for a consultation and be on standby from 1-5pm for the call. What?! You want $100 and can’t even schedule a time for the call. Spend your time finding a law firm that speaks to potential clients in a professional manner- this is NOT the firm for that. I don’t need representation from a firm that can’t even be professional on a call intended to decide if I want to use them.

Would not mail me documents after divorce was final. Wanted me to drive to her office to pick up papers. I offered to pay for the postage since I work 8-5 and the firm is open 9-4. She Sent documents which I had to sign for, but unfortunately they were addressed to my married name, not my newly changed name, which she was aware of. Invoice says correct name, address label is wrong. Need to go back on a saturday with divorce decree to prove who I am. Once divorce was final, she was impossible to get a hold of regarding FERS, never received anything from ex regarding COBRA so I went without insurance for five months; people she hired to handle my ex's retirement disbursement were a nightmare, filling out wrong forms. I finally had to contact all agencies on my own. When I contacted her because my "ex" had not followed the Judge's order about taking his name off the title of my car; no reply; When emailed regarding my ex ignored the judge's order for my ex to take my name off a loan for land that my husband got in the settlement, no reply. I had to handle all of this myself. I did get an email reprimanding me for "upsetting" her staff by a voicemail I left, I had to remind her that I DID NOT WORK FOR HER. I trusted her to help me. Big mistake on my part.
