My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

he backstory is that my daughter's mother decided to move away and tried to take my daughter across the country away from me for no reason other than she wanted to move. I've been active and in my daughter's life since birth but due to my previous choice of attorney, almost lost this case. I was involved in a long-term mess with my ex-spouse. Making matters worse, my ex-spouse’s attorney was non-responsive and extremely slow to do anything. I hired Bruce and the change was immediate. The day after I retained him, he sent letters and started the process of getting the case moving along. He also let me know the realistic outcomes that we may face along the way. Even more telling, he went above and beyond to let me know the best way to handle the matter so I was not spending too much money. His honesty, knowledge, and preparation was beyond my expectations. We had one court appearance and we achieved all of what we were going for. You could even tell Bruce has a great reputation as it seemed the judge was more inclined to listen to his position. When opposing counsel became desperate and began threatening us, Bruce responded immediately and let me know if it was anything we had to worry about. I can’t recommend him and his firm enough. They ended a 15-month nightmare and did so in a fair manner.

Ms. Jacobson became involved in my case within 4 days of a serious car accident. She immediately handled the issue of my totaled car on which I still had a loan. After realizing how difficult child custody trials are, I was referred to Lorien for help with my case. My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Lorien answered all of my questions for me, and offered me direction, before she even agreed to represent me. She represented and stood by me during my almost three years long, High Conflict Divorce & Custody battle that included numerous false allegations, false accusations, multiple false CPS cases, Extreme Parental Alienation, and multiple Smear Campaigns by my ex. Lorien always knew what to do each time something new was hurled at me, and she helped me prove everything to be false, so that my children were returned to me, while helping navigate me through the most difficult, heart wrenching, and stressful time of my life; as well as restoring my character and reputation, in court. We had 7 full days of trial, as well as many, many Hearings. She had many witnesses and expert witnesses testify, always on pointe when questioning witnesses, and never backing down to opposing counsel and all their shenanigans. I would highly recommend Miriam's services. She does a great job presenting your case and perspective, while also highlighting every flaw in the opposing parties side also. She also does a great job making sure all of your required paperwork is filed properly and timely while also being able to highlight any errors in the opposing parties filing process during court proceedings. By time I found Steve Ari had already been through two different lawyers. It seemed as if every lawyer will tell you exactly what you wanted to hear and then after you gave them their retainer they instantly already stopped fighting for you. He is the most down to earth attorney I have ever and believe I will ever come across. I honestly can tell you he truly cares and he will fight for you. I was referred to Mrs. Dawson by a separate party as a good fit to my child custody/ relocation case so I hired her on the spot and I’m glad I did. Even though Radford was a distant friend of the family I still interviewed with 4 other divorce attorneys. One never showed for the appointment, another never returned my calls, and the other did not sound confident I could get what I wanted. My meeting with Radford was professional and to the point. After our in-person meeting, we were all on the same page and the bulk of the work was assigned to Garima Varshney, Esq. Garima was very professional, returned emails quickly, and pushed through the settlement hearing to get a fair outcome. My main objective was to keep my home which was paid for with medical settlement funds and she made that happen. It would have been nice not to involve lawyers but sometimes that's just not possible. So if you need a good attorney that is going to walk you through the process, this is the firm to hire.
