I am so blessed to have worked with Samantha and Leslie. I was involved in a case requesting grandparents rights for my two minor children. Samantha and Leslie worked so hard to make sure that my kids had a voice and that what was in their best interest was the most important aspect of the case. I hired my attorney Yolanda Castro-Dominguez and could not be more satisfied with the results from my divorce. Dennis Croman handled my high conflict case and I'm certain I could not have selected a better attorney. Dennis listened to my concerns, and the whys and was prompt in answering every question I had. He was there to reassure when necessary through being informative with his knowledge of current state laws, and also reminded me to be realistic where needing to be which is great because the unknown of the outcome can be very fearful so this made me feel I was not completely in the blind towards the outcome. He instilled humor where only most appropriate and also gave his personal opinions which reminds you he is also human and able to empathize with you. I was referred to Justin by EAP. I did an initial consult with him and hired him for my divorce case. He started ghosting me and would give lame excuses if and when he answered the phone. He screwed my case in all possible ways. Never spent time preparing for a hearing, never discussed what ramifications are needed. He is very unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. He will make you and your case look like a joke in front of the Judge and am sure any NCG attorney can beat him.

My experience with Mr. Day was good.. I filed chapter 7, and everything went just fine. He didn't want all the money up front, and I always had a pleasant visit with him. Granted there could have been a bit more professionalism within the office staff, but other than that, I had no problems. I have actually referred a couple of friends to him, and they havent had any issues with him either.

Not dependable and will not return phone calls! Mr. Day wants his money up front, then he disappears. He cannot be reached no matter how many times you leave a message on his office phone or his cell phone. Misses important court dates. I used him years ago, and although I finally got my bankruptcy taken care of, it took him more than 5 months to do anything. Now my daughter is using him for the same thing, and he hasn't represented her in court, won't return phone calls, took her money and haven't heard from him in two weeks. She had to take care of everything herself, in other words, she has done all the legwork that Mr. Day was paid to do.

I ended up with JD as a result of my orginal lawyer leaving the firm he was partner with JD. That should have been a big red flag! I didn't have time or the money to search for another lawyer and figured since JD was at the same firm as my original lawyer, he would be just as prepared as good. BIG MISTAKE! JD sold me a fairytale during my consult with him and wheeled me in by stating he would review all my previous lawyers ,ie his former partner's notes, but did not! I noticed as the months went by that it go harder and harder to get in touch with his office and found out his paralegal had quit too! Another red flag! I couldn't get legal advise or a status update on my case. When I finally did get in touch with JD, he would brush it off and say they are short help and phone lines are messed up! How professional! I ended up having to hire another attorney and thankfully they were able to save my case at the last minute. My advise is, if an attorney's partner and paralegal leaves...RUN and save yourself the headache of being ignored and taken advanced of.

Very unprofessional, horrible experience, late to court dates, pissed off other lawyers, unable to contact, was so busy she couldn't keep up with her case load, had to give her all information again that I gave her, didn't look at my case until a week prior to court, secretary never answered, barely in office (M-F 8-5pm), at lunch at 3pm, barely called back. Julie's cell: never answered or returned calls on purpose, said she was out of state & vacation, finally returned call once threatened to find another attorney, neglected case evidence, didn't offer solutions, or fight for my cause. Biggest things: passed judgment & made value judgments. Seemed as if she was representing the other side, basically told me to go talk to the judge if I didn't like the offer. Didn't explain important details to me and I was left confused and with final decision that she decided was best. Felt hurt after and unprotected through entire proceeding: lasted 3 months. Even began filing my own litigation because she nearly missed the deadline. I refused to pay her the full amount. Professional relationship ended badly.
