Scott Hamblin is simply put - the best! Scott deserves 10 Stars! He has all the qualities a person could ask for with legal representation and more. I even had a lawyer from another county tell me, Mr. Hamblin is an excellent lawyer. That remark alone told me how respected he is, by his peers.
He's highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, respectful and courteous, does his due diligence to understand and know his case, has excellent communication skills with his staff and client. His performance in the court room arena was exciting to watch. Dynamic!
I knew when I walked into his office, it was different. Some offices are "'eh, another person". Not the case with Mr. Hamblin. I never felt left out of the case, going back to communication. His legal staff, is also to be commended for their excellence and knowledge with assistance throughout the case. All my questions were important to the whole "team", not brushed off.
I can't say enough about Mr. Hamblin, other than if you need a most excellent lawyer, choose him.

I would also recommend anyone else except this place, the secretary is grest, but, Sarah was my first divorce council and led me down a wrong path which ended up costing me hundreds of thousands over the life of my kids. My advice is Don't just agree and go with something if your not comfortable with it despite what your council says, this is your life not theirs. These are your kids not theirs and as they're gonna tell you they do this everyday with a different person, they don't care about you or your kids, they want the money. I now see my kids less than my wife and do not get to claim them for taxes anytime because of this fact and Sarah Michael advised me to just go with it.

Paul has worked in various issues for me ranging from consultation and assistance with social security, a motor vehicle claim where the other party lacked auto insurance and was driving with a suspended license, health insurance coverage and claims for treatment authorization and a case where Paul was consulted regarding employment. Paul has always acted swiftly and efficiently, explaining to me what is possible and best given various legal matters. Scott has been an amazing attorney for me. This is the second time I have gone through him. He is very great at communicating details of cases and very respectful of the decisions that I have made. He is great at explaining situations out and the direction that will be taken. He will work with you on your case. I didn't want to have a lawyer but didn't have a choice, but I'm so grateful that I choose the best. They were amazing throughout a highly stressful and emotionally painful time for me. But it helped to have sometime in your corner that kept me aware of any and all of the interactions going on in my case. I hired Mr. Hernandez to help me with a parenting plan so I could get a fair child support and custody arrangement. I had no lawyer for my divorce and was eager to have support. I paid a retainer in SEPTEMBER got one confusing message in October and then NOTHING!!. I too have spent months trying to reach him. Even drove to his office to find a real estate sign and a locked building full of boxes. His number is disconnected. Now I have no money and no advocate. Worst choice ever and for me that is saying something!!

I hired Arturo Hernandez less than a year ago as our immigration lawyer. I'll keep this simple and to the point. The last 6 months have been focused on just trying to get in contact with him. Not one call back. Not one email. I paid him; my very life altering situation he was hired for; unchanged. No itemized bill upon written request. Non existent communication, empty promises, and lies are what he felt was appropriate for me and I'm left with the mess of significant money loss and broken hearts throughout our family. What he has done or lack thereof should be illegal if it isn't already. I was impressed upon first meeting him; what I would give to go back and not make that huge mistake.

I had a son who was charged with a drug case, which led to a parole violation. Art worked hard to keep him out of jail. Convinced everyone but the probation officer that he should be release. The parole board agreed and let him out. The prosecutor then tried to give him 13 years on the drug case. Art got him probation and is on drug court. He has been clean for over a year now and is a star in the drug court program. Art never let down that he was fighting for our son. He fought against the probation office, the prosecutor and the court. Art was honest and didn't lie to us about what might happen. Art is the best attorney our son has ever had. I was going through a divorce from a lawyer and I'd heard that she was very persistant; which I believed I needed at the time. She wasted no time getting to the heart of my suffering in the marriage, but offered little information for when the divorce would be final or what was to gain by focasing so much on his character flaws. I eventually fired her for lack of communication and had to call dozens of times to find out what I still owed her. Finally I was sent a bill for over $6000, including fees for writing up the bill. My current lawyer advised me to call her bluff and not pay the bill; thinking she would not want a complaint against her. She took me to court and did her best to trash me in the process by discussing private information about our marriage- though that had nothing to do with the bill. The judge ruled that I was still responsible for about half the amount, which I have paid. I am also filing a complaint against her through the bar.
