I’ve been working with this law firm for over a year now. I definitely would recommend Casey Johnson-Welsh. If you need a lawyer for custody or divorce, she is the one to work with. Do not go to Jason R Carpenter (also known as Statt Law).
Military friendly! My old lawyer took advantage and charged me for all the emails and calls that he never responded to. Since I was in another state it was hard to get a hold of him.
As for this location if I needed to leave a voicemail or sent an email, they responded in a timely manner. They worked with my schedule since there is a time difference where I am stationed at.
Thank you again Daley Zucker for taken on my case. Custody and divorce battles are stressful but thanks to Casey she helped me get through it.

Tina helped me with a messy custody agreement and gave me umpteen emails and hours of energy off the record before paternity was determined around 2010-2011. Her emails were amazingly reassuring and spoke at length to explain the process to a laymen. In person she was my advocate and helped me save a lot of money when the person determining the child support mistyped in figures I would have been oblivious to. My ex even liked her. As you will to.

Compassion should be Casey’s middle name. All she cared about from our first conversation was the well being of my children as if they were her own. She was extremely responsive and helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She handled my case with such grace and dignity at a time when I needed her the most. My previous lawyer steered me so wrong so it was a blessing I found her. She was very honest about outcomes and I’m glad to say I thought of her as a friend. She is amazing and she puts her heart into her cases and gets results. I was dealing with a narcissist and someone who lied compulsively and she was able to get the judge to see through all of it and get to the truth. I would recommend her to anyone, I’m in NY now and wish I could take her with me to fight the big fight here but she has gotten me so far in this fight and I’m forever grateful to her and her team. Attorney Villanella is working my divorce, custody, and support case. She is extremely knowledgeable of the law and provides, in my experience, very accurate predictions of what to expect. Very friendly and views the case in a personal manner. I have never felt that I am "just a client." Her counsel is very affordable and well worth the cost. Sandy's guidance through the process of my custody battle resulted in the positive outcome I was hoping for. She organized all the facts and identified what was most important. She was extremely well prepared and focused. Her staff was professional and responsive. I highly recommend Sandy. The only negative is cost. However, you will get results so my advice is to hire Sandy and sit down before opening the bill.

Attorney Meilton was flexible and accommodating with my scheduling. Her staff from front office to whole team made me feel supported and prepared. Where to start...2008 my friend referred Melissa to me regarding my custody fight. Melissa Greevy represented me for multiple child custody hearings. Lets face it Divorce is a less then ideal thing to go through. Add in figuring out child custody and its just down right miserable. As a father it was very important to me to to share physical and legal custody of my child. As a man I thought this was going to be a challenging battle, because I bought into a common misconception that fathers were not treated as equals to mothers in custody court. The court process was lengthy and complicated I do admit, but not overwhelming with excellent advice and legal counsel from Melissa. I would recommend Melissa and Johnson Duffie to anyone looking for excellent legal representation during a challenging time. I reached out to attorney Greevy at the advice of a friend who has used her in the past. She’s very passionate and aggressive; that’s what I needed. I paid her 300$ consultation fee.... we talked for about an hour and I didn’t catch her “vicious” vibe that I was told about; she reviewed my legal documents and discussed our potential plan of action.... following our phone call; I received an email from Melissa stating that she would be handing my case over to another attorney in her office..... confused; I asked her why- I wanted HER to fight for me and my child..... she OFFERED for me to interview this attorney before making any decisions and paying the retainer. I spoke with the other attorney and did not in any way feel that attorney was the one for my case. So, I backed out- and hired another attorney(s) with a different firm- won the case... life is back to normal....
I randomly get a bill, in the mail from Melissa’s law office- billing me for a review of the legal documents (isn’t that covered in a consultation) - also for my interview with the other attorney that Melissa OFFERED me to do..... so- this firm wants me to pay 500$ for ..... nothing. For a 1 hr consultation.... after being blown off by Melissa and just thrown onto someone who was completely not fit to handle the emergency petition thrown our way.

I based my decision to hire Mr. Norfleet to handle my SSD application on the reviews posted. I was most attracted to the customer service part of the reviews.
From the begining of the application process to the end of the award of the appeal hearing, the entire staff was so friendly, caring, accommedating and sincere. Several times they would even meet me in the parking lot to get papers i was dropping off. It was difficult for me to walk the distance to get inside the office and all i had to do is call them and someone would come to my car to get the papers. Who does that anymore?!
Mr. Norfleet was so thorough and detailed throughout the entire 18 month appeal process. He made the process as easy as it could be during the appeal. At the appeal hearing, he was completely prepared and confident. He certainly eased my fears of the hearing. He advised me what to expect at the hearing and he was right on every count!
My case was settled very quickly (less than three weeks) which is very unsual. I attribute the quick resolution to Mr. Norfleet's thoroughness, preparedness, professionalism, and respect for the court.
I highly recommend Mr. Norfleet to anyone who needs assistance with their social security disability filing!
