I can’t recommend Bill enough. From the very start, he guided me through the entire process step by step, ensuring I understood everything clearly. Divorce is complicated, but Bill made it manageable by explaining all my options and helping me make solid decisions along the way.

Maybe good at other law. Didnt see that with this criminal case. It was gonna a challenge but....$50,000 for taking the case and $27,000 for trial with just a 1/3 of the $27,000 returned after being convinced the Trial may not be the best route.
Chewing gum & rocking in his chair at sentencing. Barely spoke to the Judge, his assistant. Sam did his work for him.
( She needs her own practice, having her own legal firm would be successful.)
I don't understand the 4 stars either.
And yes....still got the 10yr sentence.
Hhhmmmm.
Don't believe all the hype. Do ur homework because you will be doing his work for him.
Don't sign anything his request without someone else reading it also. Clarity was a huge issue here.

Never being in a situation like I was in, Mr Fisher was very patient in explaining the process forward and every step in resolving my case. After the first the conversation with him I actually felt calm and believed I was going to be okay, which I didn’t think was possible. Hired him to assist in very small matter, however, he never showed up and forgot to respond to court on timely manner, as a result, when I contacted him, he told me that he is in Brazil or some other south American country and he was not able to make it, so I had to settle with other party before I get a default judgment. He was unreliable and cost us few thousand dollars, on a case we could easily win. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON.

I've had the occasion to utilize Mr. Silver's services several times, both regarding issues related to a divorce. He helped me with my divorce for a fair retainer fee and assisted in making sure my mediation went smoothly and equitably. Additionally, he provided wonderful representation when I was served with a baseless Contempt of Court notice that had no merit, again, for a reasonable and fair retainer.
Stanley tells it like it is to you, doesn't beat around the bush, and I always felt like he was in my corner- all things you want out of an attorney. Definitely would utilize his services again (though hopefully I won't need them) and highly recommend him to anyone looking to retain legal counsel!

Mr. Anderson promptly responded to my inquiry regarding a tenant issue. He quickly cited applicable Florida statutes that may apply to my situation. He provided the most likely defense that the tenant may attempt to deploy and the most effective measures to counteract such a defense. His fees for his services were incredibly reasonable. Mitchel Krause is a phenomenal attorney. Mitchel Krause DOMINANTED the court room! My ex-wife took me to court to dispute the divorce decree from over ten years ago. She did not have documentation and wanted me to produce something (the same documents) that did not exist. I received a court subpoena from her attorney. They sought attorney's and court fees and wanted to hold me in "contempt of court" (Not her right). Mitchel Krause tried to settle out of court, but she refused - it cost her. Mitchel Krause found many problems with the case/procedural filings. We had a hearing about three weeks ago and the judge denied the motion for attorney's and court fees from her attorney and the charge of "contempt of court" was thrown out. Mitchel Krause is extremely thorough (he even hit the most minute details - such as when my ex-wife's attorney want to use or submit a document to the court, if it had been highlight or underlined, he called it out and the judge would not accept it!) and quite professional. He was in constant contact with me and did everything to protect me. I will definitely utilize his services next time if needed. I highly recommend using Mitchel Krause if you need his services.
