Orlando Family Team and Attorney Andrew Nickolaou have been so great to work with! The office staff is pleasant and responsive and the attention to my case has been very well handled with great detail. Where do I start? I hired Andrew 2 years ago for a divorce and he's been a godsend. I don't think I would've been able to get through my divorce without him. He was always available to speak with me and answer my questions even if they were silly. He is very sharp and on top of his career. He knows his stuff. I had a rather complicated divorce and a difficult ex and he handled it like a champ every step of the way.
Im very grateful to have found Andrew and his firm. I really do think that you can't go wrong with hiring him. And even better he's not like many attorneys he's very personable and easy to talk to.

Attorney Nickolaou represented me on a gender name change. He was so down to earth and understanding and knew his stuff about name changes and the gender marker change process. He also was not judgmental at all like a couple other attorneys I spoke too were when they realized I was transgender. This was my second experience with a family law attorney for my custody case. I was represented my Ophelia Bernal-Mora. Unlike the first time I had an attorney, I walked away from the case feeling like I was represented by someone who clearly was representing my interests, knew what she was doing, and moreover, cared! She is extremely knowledgeable (heck she is board certified and worth every penny!) and when there is another modification or contempt issue filed in my case, she will be the attorney I go to without hesitation. She is very up to date on case law and the laws and I think knew more than the judge we had did. She does not overbill or nickel and dime on her billing like I experienced with my first attorney. It can get expensive, but I think you get what you pay for and for a board certified family law attorney which there are not many from what I could find, her prices are pretty reasonable. Her firm also no charged many many items throughout my case to my surprise and satisfaction. She is clearly not in it just for the money and wants to help people. I cannot thank her enough! Save yourself the trouble and don't let your ex hire her first! You will not be disappointed! She is very professional and does not get bullied by other attorneys.

There are not enough words to describe the work Andrew did for me! I WILL ETERNALLY BE GRATEFUL for the precise and over the top work him and his team performed. Andrew was the third (3rd) lawyer in my case, which was extended for years due to incompetent lawyers on both ends (my ex-wife and mine). If you're reading this review, you are considering calling or using Alec Weber as your attorney. Chances are, it's because you are looking to hire someone to resolve a personal, family issue. You HAVE to call Alec immediately. Most of the time, this stuff is emotionally and financially stressful and it physically effects you. The first time I spoke with Alec, I got off the phone and felt 100 times better. That night I was actually able to sleep. The reason is because he was honest and educating, but allowed me to make the ultimate decision on how we were going to proceed. For the most part, we followed his exact guidance but when I was adamant on taking a slightly different route for one of the issues, he never judged and simply advised on a new way to proceed to protect me. He is incredibly down to earth and understanding. As busy as he is, he ALWAYS returned e-mails within a reasonable time and took phone calls when it was timely or important. For an emergency I had, he was able to resolve the urgent issue before it became a bigger problem.
The other thing is lawyers can be expensive. And depending on what you need done, your bill can skyrocket. The thing I liked most about Alec is he always offered timely solutions. He NEVER did useless work and overcharged me and was always up front with the time that was going to be needed to resolve my issues.
The office is beautiful, the service was great, and the advice and execution on his end was flawless. As I have used different family attorneys for different issues, I wish I found Alec first. I cannot stress enough how one phone call to him took away all of my anxiety. He is truly the best all around lawyer out there and successfully helped solve all of my problems. I sleep easy knowing that if I ever run into a future issue, he will be on hand with my absolute best interest.

I wish I had the option of giving her 10 stars. I highly recommend attorney Katiria Rodriguez-Toro because of the following reasons:
-She took the time to meet with me to discuss every single detail of the case;
-She truly knows how to listen;

-She went through and analyzed thousands of pages of discovery documents in order to create successful defenses;

Sam was a relief from my crazy, stressful case. I went through a tough divorce, and things got really contentious. We thought things would be easy and amicable and then out of no where my ex started shutting down accounts, hiding money, and accusing me of everything he could think of.
She had just the right touch of when to be aggressive and when to negotiate. She was so knowledgeable and great in court. She was clearly more prepared than the other lawyer and had all the evidence ready to go!
What really stuck out to me is that she remembered my kids names, even when I called out of the blue. She was so open with me and transparent about what my options were and what it would cost. I couldn’t be happier with her, and I will definitely hire her again or recommend her to anyone getting divorced.

Mr. Wallsh handled both a criminal and civil domestic case for me. It was a long drawn out process because of the dishonesty of the opposing party, but Mr. Wallsh was alway patient and honest and gave me exceptional advice. Jennifer placed me in the best job I’ve ever had. My worst day at my current job is 100 times better than the best day at my last job. Terrible service. The "manager" hated that I needed multiple options for dates (I'm sorry I have to work and don't have endless availability). As soon as I was able to pick a date and time where the lawyer and I were available, I booked it however due to an emergency, I asked to be rescheduled after I sort out the emergency. Reschedule, not cancel. You would've thought I insulted her. She then told me to use another attorney because of so much back and forth on the dates among other things. When you have more than 1 person with busy schedules, it comes with the territory that back and forth. Needless to say, I will not be using them for anything at all.

Mr. Dorst assisted me with a lease I was forced to break due to my concern for my safety as many of my belongings were beig broken and stolen and I felt very threatened. The leases was with student housing near UCF. He wrote a detailed letter of my concerns and reasons for breaking the lease along with an explanation of their lack of enforcing rules necessary to maintain my feeling of safety and security at the complex.
They still sent me a letter for the debt but that debt has not reported negatively on my credit report which I am very thankful for. Mr. Dorst was recommended to me by a friend and was very attentive and compassionate. He didn't care that this was not a big money making case and took care of my issues, making me feel like a very appreciated client.

I hired Gary Dorst to get custody of my son. I was granted the custody of my son and for the former wife she was to start paying child support and work out visitation and all other custody matters.Attorney Dorst never filed this order untill years of me investigating and calling State attorney and years of going back and forth to court. After over ten years of trying to find out why I never got my rights as a Father back,I found out that Dorst never filed the court order till sept of 2008 ten years after the order was given to the attorney and I brought this to his atention he filed the order but it was to late for me to ever have any of my rights as a Father.

I used Tark for my business formation and intellectual property protections. He got my company a copyright, and a trade mark, and did most of the research to get us a patent. He has a large network of associates that he uses to refer clients to when he can not do the job himself. He put us in contact with a great patent lawyer and was there during every step of the process. We are now patent pending and will be using Tark as our own in house counsel of sorts. He has a program that gives small businesses a lawyer on their team for a lot less than what other lawyers charge. My only problem with Tark is that he takes his time to complete tasks like patent research. It took him almost three weeks to put together research on the prior art and put together a draft description of our product for review and filing by the patent attorney. It did take along time but I suppose that is the norm because even the patent lawyer took about 4 weeks to get the finalized designs and description and he had a draft to work with. It was a detailed task so I am glad he took his time to make sure it was right now, but when I was waiting I ended up calling him a lot and complaining. He still took my calls and made sure that I was comfortable at every stage of the process.

Amy was tenacious during my entire divorce process. She avoided needless costs and litigation, but at the same time, fought like hell when we (my kids and I needed) it. the last case we hired this lawyer for was not completed .
she agreed upon an amount and she was paid that amount then she kept billing us more and more money.
we wrote her and explained we wanted her to complete the case or at least give us the final orders the judge ordered her to complete before she withdrew. she refuses to give me a copy of the final order or anything else . she is demanding another 2900.00 on top of the amount we have already paid her please beware . she never finished the final order so now the judge ruled and no orders were drawn up and the judge has retired and we now have to go before another judge yet again for a case we were told was finished ! this has been a nightmare please be careful hiring a lawyer .

Holly doesn't reply to emails she doesn't keep you in the loop about your case until the day before the due date. If you hear from her its to ask for documents you gave her weeks ago. She charges for the same services over and over again. Holly is always scrambling at the last minute. She seems to be afraid of trial and scared to upset the opposing lawyer. I should have done my home work before I hired her. She has really bad reviews and a lack of experience. How can you be an attorney when you don't like conflict. Holly would always threatened to pull out if you asked her about the case - she would tell you "if your not happy you can get another lawyer" hmmm after you have taken thousands of dollars. What a great way to make money!!

Where to start, I hired Damon after my previous attorney was fired from her firm. Damon stated he was a bulldog and for the most part he was, what he was not is prepared. Damon waited till the last before everything and filled paperwork without reading over it. Damon stated we had to have a GAL come in, and recommend one and I signed a 2 paragraph order, several days went by and I was able to see the judges order of appointment and it was over 3 pages long. I asked Damon to fix this immediately and he refused. His refusal has cost me over 30k. Damon was never prepared for any hearing and even missed one because he double booked. Damon even went on to grant apposing councils request without even asking me. Damon even allowed an appraisal of my home even after I told him over 10 times, No! While getting ready for hearing he waited till the day before to file paperwork because he was “too busy” and once I saw what was filed I immediately called and emailed him. Nothing he filled was correct and he used opposing counsels number and evaluations, even splitting my premarital retirements. I asked him to fix this and he refused. He then fired me after I threatened o go to the Florida BAR about what happened and changed me for his mistakes. Do not hire Damon!!! Run!!!
