What a waste of time , this place is absolutely a joke but not funny, over a year since my accident at speedway , literally no communication from Michelle Teran, I called once a month and only spoke to her twice, now they dropped my claim, said I wasn't worth it basically if we had to file suit, Michelle said she worked my claim and not going to be compensated for the time, what I believe is they got paid from the other insurance company to not proceed with my case, don't waste your time with this law firm, stay away. Absolutely no communication, very unhappy, will be proceeding this claim either my self or with another hopefully qualified law firm.

I paid $500 one time consultation fee on 13th of September, and they received my case on 16th of Sep. However, one month has passed, until now I have not heard back from the lawyer ! It’s seems like I have been totally ignored. I have sent emails to paralegal asking about the situation. She just say the lawyer will contact you soon, then another 2 weeks past, still nothing. I don’t know if I am the only one facing this issue or not . Seems like he has many good reviews and that’s why I choose him. But I got disappointed seriously.

I hired Loveleen for two cases. She took her entire fees in advance, including a Cashier's check for court filing fees and it's been over 2 years and she has not done a thing.
Won't return calls, and let alone returning the money, she won't even return the original documents I handed her.
Aside from the family case, she also claims she's an immigration lawyer. She has no clue about immigration issues.
Even 1 Star is one too many.. too bad there is no option for 0 or Negative stars.
Stay away from this crook. She is a disgrace to the law profession.

I was charged with a DUI offense. Loveleen walked it, had me driving privileges the first appearance, although I refused to blow, and had my case dismissed in two appearances. When she walks in the court room, everyone knows who she is. She gets whatever you need done, and if she can't, she'll tell you.

Was a GAl for a child custody case. He got mislead by ex wifes husband. Didn't fall the law. especially childs best intrest law. The father dosen't work and took them to day care.The father didn't care about the kids. Finally it took a judge to tell him what the law was. also funny he and the ex husband both go to miami unversity. ALso in his report he thought that a bit from a step brother is normal and has no problem having 3 kids, one having autism. He also didn't follow the wishes of the childern which the judge said they made it clear. so if you are looking for one from hamilton ohio then i guess you should use him. FYI we Won the case and the ex was found in compempt.

Attorney Jim Harden lied to me multiple times. Said he would have a wresting coach at my trial to defend my case as self defense and ended up grabbing a cop from the same court house as my trial and Judge is being held. I think that’s a bit suspicious. He lied through his teeth from the moment he met me until the moment the trial was over. Offered me a price for the trial and then the day before told me that was the price for each day. The day before trial literally leaving me with no choice. This company is a scam and they work with the prosecutors bc he used to be a prosecutor himself. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Especially “attorney” Jim Harden. He even saw me at the court house after my trial and told me he had talked the opposition after the case telling them that I would have apologized but it wasn’t the right time at court because we were trying to win.
