I was a victim of domestic violence. Della helped me to file charges against my husband with the local police department. I had tried many times to file charges with the McAllen Police Department. They never listened to me until Della came to speak to them on my behalf. She educated me as to what my rights were and as to what I needed to do to get a protective order and go through with the criminal charges against my husband. She got a protective order for me and went with me to all of the criminal court hearings for the case against my husband. She also helped me divorce my abuser and find a job.

Please if you have a custody case DO NOT use this lawyer. The office staff is who you talk to, you don't meet the lawyer until the day of court, he shows up UNPREPARED not really having a clue of what's happening. Does not speak up to the judge just nods and agrees! We were promised we are the best of the best which is so very untrue. Run VERY FAR away from this attorney and his office. They are a bad joke at best. I paid for this lawyer for my child to help with her custody case, what a waste of $3000. Professional scam artists!!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with your services as my attorney. I hired you to represent me in a criminal case. I paid you $5,000 in advance, and you assured me you would do everything possible to get me a favorable outcome.

You also failed to return my calls or emails, and I could not reach for months. a result of your negligence, I was forced to continue on probation way after six months, and mind you I had already paid all my fines and completed everything early.
