Abby Foster is an excellent attorney. Helped me get my daughter back. My ex husband did everything he could to manipulate the system but I got justice. Terri Daniel is an awesome attorney. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She pretty much saved my life today helping me get what I thought was out of reach. I had a first degree felony probation revocation with three new third degree felonies and she helped me get probation again for all of it even though I was being revoked. I finally cleaned up and did what the courts were asking though so I'm sure that helped too but Terri's knowledge for the law and graciousness towards someone who is trying achieved the unthinkable today. I am forever grateful to her and anyone thinking of using her should. She is the best of the best and the top criminal attorney I have ever had. Recently I reached out to Daniel for advice on a legal matter. We spoke less than 5 mins but he was able to locate a record number that I couldn’t previously locate ANYWHERE. He gave me clear instructions to follow, which I did, and it led to the results I needed the same day! I never obtained him as my legal counsel officially and his help took me further than I’d gotten in 8 months of trying alone. FREE OF CHARGE. When I called him I was ready to spend however much necessary to handle my situation, but he saved me God knows how much money. My daughter and her husband just signed for this law office to take their case. So far its not going well. Enterprise called to tell my daughter to bring in the rental by 5 p.m but they have not provided her with any money to purchase a new car after stating her car was totaled. How the heck do they expect her to go back and forth to work? Not to mention, she was hit from the back at no fault of her on. I feel with an Attorney, they should take care of this for my daughter and she should not have stress about this.
I will send an update soon but so far, customer service is not looking good. This should never be an issue when both parties have full coverage insurance. I will update the stars to 5 if they handle business for my babies. Will update soon.
Update- 8.25.24 They did finally pay off my daughters car. My daughter had to continually call the office ,all in all I will upgrade them to a 4 star but they need to reach out to the clients more often and communicate better.

Daniel is amazing at what he does. Used him for my case with child custody and he is very knowledgeable and sets realistic expectations. He was there to answer all of my questions and guide me along what can be a painful process. Knowing that I had Daniel on my side made this process so much easier. Anytime I was unsure, Daniel was sure to lay out the options and allowed me to make decisions on what I wanted to do. Went in for a consultation with Palmer Law Group after having to terminate my previous lawyer due to communication barriers. I got ahold of someone as soon as I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. I called back later because I forgot my appointment time and got a phone call back AFTER HOURS from Emily who was able to confirm the time. I have never seen a law office that is willing to go above and beyond working around the clock to ensure clients needs are addressed. They also seem to have implemented some excellent software to keep the entire team on the same page regarding cases. I left the consultation knowing that Dana already knew what approach was necessary in order to get the results I wanted. He didnt sugar coat anything and was up front about potential costs for each step.

Mr. Bohmer came in to assist on the tail end of our case, a little before we went to trial for a 2 1/2 year long, messy, nerve-wracking, visitation modification case for my husband. He was an amazing asset and kept us in the right frame of mind. I started with an online consultation via zoom, I was assured that I wasn’t alone from start to finish. I wasn’t sure if I needed a lawyer to help my immigration process but she proved me wrong. Our practice hired Daniel Jones to help with multiple complex issues involving contracts that were detrimental to our practice. I thought we would lose our business and our home. I had a legal disagreement with another party involving non payment and a contract dispute. I wanted to see if I could resolve the issue on my own but after months of failed attempts it was clear the other party wouldn’t budge. I contacted Dan as it was clear I needed legal help collecting the money. After consulting with Dan and providing my records, he was able to find additional money I was owed. Over the course of a couple weeks Dan made full payment demand on my behalf and corresponded with the other party citing several legal case decisions in my favor. Eventually after some back-and-forth, the other party caved providing the entire full payment to me plus my attorney costs. Luckily, I was unable to resolve the matter on my own and hired Dan. Otherwise, I would’ve received much less than I was owed.
