When I say this was an amazing experience with Mr. Gold. I was in an accident were I was stuck by vehicle while crossing the street vat a crosswalk downtown. The insurance company tried to make it difficult but Mr. Gold was not allowing it! He fault for. He also keeps me up to part with everything that was going on in my case from start to finish! I would say he is one of the best you can't get in Memphis.

My case was just finalized yesterday Dec.5,2018. It was custody based. Anyway, Mrs. Walls truly fulfilled every promise advertised and more. She was available when I needed and I know I was probably very worrisome at times she but remained a comfortable level of professionalism. Just to be clear, she wasn't overly professional or just telling what I want to hear either. Her knowledge of the law was motivation for me to read and get my own understanding. My daughter was involved in a two-car head on collision accident. After the initial scare about her health, I was not too concerned about the legal aspects until I found out that the other driver's family was planning to sue even though the police report supported that the other driver was at fault. I decided that we needed a good lawyer on our side. My friend recommended Steve Black who represented her in a divorce settlement and I thought that he could recommend a personal injury lawyer. It turns out that Steve has done a lot of personal injury cases but does not advertise this component of his expertise. He was very impressive during our first interview, asking pertinent questions, providing thoughtful analysis of the circumstances, and recommending various plans of actions. I hired him on the spot even after he recommended talking to other lawyers before making a decision (a big plus for hiring in my mind). We have been extremely happy with his thorough preparation, accurate predictions of the likely responses and ultimate outcomes of the participants, amazing patience (my daughter is not well organized), and the successful conclusion of our case - maximum settlement in our favor. I give my strongest recommendation for hiring Steve Black in a personal injury case.

I hired Steve for my complicated, post divorce matter that has persisted for years. Steve is highly intelligent, and while I had been previously represented, Steve is the only attorney that was able to discover my ex husband's true income which was exponentially more than claimed. Suzanne and her team were wonderful. If you need an attorney you need to contact her. The response to my questions or concerns were always quick. Since I've never gone through something like this before it's exactly what I needed. I didn't want to sit and wait for answers. There was so much to deal with Suzanne and her team were on top of everything. She would let me know if she was going to be out of town but that didn't slow down her replying to my emails. Just outstanding service and respect from the entire staff. She was also a calming influence when the other attorney was slow to move things forward. She could tell I was getting anxious. Suzanne and her firm quickly become like family. They do their best to keep fees down (she's not a magician, and it can be expensive, but that depends on how the opposing team acts and how much work you're willing to do on your own, how organized you are-and how well you LISTEN). She'll be upfront and honest about what can happen, even if it's not what you want to hear. She won't promise something if she's not certain she can deliver. She and her firm are some of the few attorneys in the Memphis area who understand what to expect and what to do in a domestic violence situation.
My case was both contentious and complicated (involving 2 states), but she took charge after being hired mid-case and worked at warp speed (as far as courts are concerned). I never once set foot in a court room until the final hearing where my divorce was granted. I still consult with her and her associate as things come up, as I still have a little guy to protect.
Landers Firm is the ONLY family law firm in Memphis that I would personally recommend. My only regret was that I didn't find her until after I had already filed.

When deciding to advertise that I had a small house ready for renters, many friends advised me to have a legal arrangement. They told me horror stories of how their renters destroyed their property and how renters collected damages when various unforeseen events damaged their property. I heard that it was hard to evict a renter if a legal agreement was not made. Jake was a life saver. I had no idea where to begin. He covered all the basics and things I would never have thought about but could become a big problem if Jake had not included the possibilities. My friends wished they had made a legal agreement when deciding to have renters on their property. Jake was knowledgeable and had my best interest his top priority. Drew was very helpful in processing my case. I had been charged with a DUI, substance, and reckless driving. He was very informative on the possible outcomes and predictions of where the case would go. After receiving the results Drew quickly knew the best method for a beneficial result. He got them initially to drop all charges except for reckless driving. He recommended we not plead on that charge. Within an hour of the initial deal Drew returned with a full dismissal. I was charged with a DUI last year. I was referred to James Greene by a friend. I wasn't sure about attorneys because I never once had to have one. I called James and he answered on the third ring. This was one of the best decisions I made throughout my case. Even though I decided to plead guilty to my charge, James was there every step of the way. He aided me through the entire process.
