If you're looking for someone who will serve you with honest guidance all the while providing you with options to find creative solutions for your case - I highly recommend you give Costa & Associates the chance to show you what they can do. Ms. Costa was my attorney through an extremely tumultuous case. I walked in a complete novice to the legal field and rather than take advantage of someone's pockets, Ms. Costa walked me through what to expect from beginning to end - she did not disappoint! Oftentimes, during holidays and after hours, Ms. Costa was available to support in urgencies - very rare to see now-a-days but an example to me of how committed she was to seeing me through. I needed some help to see my son he was just born and my friend Zeke told me that word on the road is that this lawyer was a good one for stuff like that so I set up an appoitment. Im a trucker so its not so easy for me like for other folks to make it to any time but she was pretty good at putting mine at times that were good for me. I will be telling other truckers about her for sure because lots of us are going through the same darn thing with our wives not letting us see our kids and sayin how we are not the real pop..it really sucks but im glad she helped..

Laline has been my attorney for two years on my long-running and very contentious family-law case. Prior to Laline (the first two years of my case), I went through a handful of attorneys (who, like Laline, are also considered 'A-list' - one of whom even represented NBA Star Dwane Wade). Well, I can safely say that NONE measured up to Laline, or comes close. She is not only a BRILLIANT legal mind but a tremendously kind and warm person, which is something you definitely NEED in a family law attorney. For instance, when a filing comes in, some attorneys will just email it to you (or have their assistant email it to you) and say, "The other side filed this, we'll talk about it next week!" Not Laline. She will get on the phone and walk you through it, discuss strategy, explain it to you in full, etc. She is THERE and fully accessible throughout the entire process. And.... let's go back to the brilliant part - Laline is so intelligent that she won two appeals in my case, back-to-back, without even breaking a sweat, against an attorney who SPECIALIZES in appeals.
Most importantly, Laline truly FIGHTS for you. Yes, I know -- ALL attorneys (especially family-law attorneys) say so (most even have it on their website in big letters). But the truth is, most give it about 60% and they certainly will not fight for you even if it is a headache for them or inconveniences them. Laline fights for her clients 110% and is truly passionate and invested in her client's outcome.

Ms Barbara is a very "no nonsense", efficient professional while still being a caring and concerned individual.I was recommended to Barbara by another attorney, and I cant express how glad I was to hire Barbara. From our first meeting I knew she was who I wanted to represent me! She was very patient with me and was very helpful through everything. I don't think anyone else would of been so patient with a 22 year old as a client. She was able to help me gain 50/50 custody of my daughter in less than 5 months. I hired Anthony for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy after a wage garnishment had commenced. Anthony quickly took matters into his hands and filed my case just several days after I had hired him. I have MetLife Legal Plans insurance and called his office on August 21st. 2024 to request a service. I left 3 messages and they assured me that I would get a call back. Today September 9th. 2024 I'm still waiting for this call. I would not recommend such unprofessional law office that doesn't even have the time for a courtesy call back.

Attorney Rodriguez Basulto took thousands of dollars of my money and then dropped me without reason the day before my final hearing. She is a terrible, terrible attorney who is only interested in herself. If I could give her zero stars I would, but it made me select at least one star before I could write this review. This firm will take your money and not do their job according to their promises. When you call to inquire about your case, they will get very nasty on the phone. I had strange feeling about them from the get go but since I was referred by another lawyer with good reputation who assured me that I would be in good hands, I went with them. I am regretting this decision and after 3 months, my divorce is still not finalized. And somehow they seem to forget about your case then tell you there are too many other cases for them to handle to keep up with each clients. Once this lawyer gets her money, forget about hearing from her.

she is excellent as a criminal defense attorney. My ex-wife thought she was going to get away with her injunction of putting a restraining order indefinitely, in order to make it difficult to ever see my kids. This lawyer is a gladiator in a suit!!!she didn't let the defense attorney get two words in, hitting her with the law and facts, (defense lawyer dropped her client (my ex wife) the next day)...

Silvia 4 clients that are in Miami dade corrections facilities. Since 2015 she has had an opportunity to present her case on my behalf. She has reset every court meeting I have ever had. She always tells the judge she needs more time to prepare. This is because her and her team have not met with prosecutors to have the litigation package put together. My co-defendant has already been sentenced and I been waiting 5 years to hear the outcome of my case. Silvia has an investigator that reached out to my family and spoke to them about my adolescence. This is to help out my case. I’ve also spoke to psychologist to see if I was going through some type of mental struggle. I’m now in year 5 and I have no clue when I will be resentenced of a crime I did as a minor. I am writing this review to let you if you have an opportunity for Silvia Gonzalez to represent you do not take it. Silvia will leave you sitting in jail!
