I recently had an issue with a law firm regarding a $300 consultation deposit that never occurred. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I've only received the runaround. This experience raises serious concerns about their reliability and trustworthiness, particularly when considering the complexity and importance of legal proceedings. If a firm can't handle something as straightforward as returning a deposit, how can one trust them with more intricate legal matters? I would caution others to think twice before engaging with this firm for legal services. It's important to do your due diligence and perhaps ask if others have had similar experiences. Proceed with caution.

Roy Scott is the worst attorney, people do not hire him..yes him and his assistant Debbie will make promise over promise and they can be talking for so long on any questions you might have but as soon as you give them the payment they’re couple of millions they charge they won’t answer u again and if you call to the office the secretary just tells you he is not available and after calling so many times she just hangs up and if you call again she won’t answer cause they have caller ID the worst persons don’t ever think they will help on any type of case he is too old and can’t even hear what the judge or anybody present at court is saying he is not capable anymore he is a very old man

In my opinion, Alvardo Martinez Jr. was a outstanding attorney. He was courteous, knowledgeable about the law and always kept me informed. Anytime I had a question, I could call him or email him and I always got a response back. He worked in our best interest by dealing with the prosecution and court system. He also has a great support team working in his office. They are willing to assist when he is out of the office. I could never thank Alvaro Martinez Jr enough for everything.

Alvaro was an excellant choice for our circumstance. He lead us through a very difficult point in our married life! He even helped get us the education we needed to make an informed choice. When we were dealing with the investment company who held the deed on our home, he made every effort trying to help us remain in our home. We were just unable to keep it, one of us had taken a pay cut and the other couldn't work at all. It was not our lawyer's fault, we were just unable to keep the house due to the drastic financial strain we were under. He will definately will be on our recomended by us. Thank you, Alvaro for a job well done!

I hired Mr. Garza to help me with my auto accident after trying for days to get the insurance to help me. Mr. Garza was able to get the insurance to get me a rental car and pay for medical treatment. The office staff was not pushy, they explained the procedure to me, the length of time it would take. It only makes sense that I have to first stop treating before my case would be ready to settle. I was pleasantly surprised with my settlement offer and my net proceeds. Thank you Mr. Garza and staff.

Highly recommend Mr. Navarette for all legal issues. I was referred to him by another attorney who couldn't complete my case. Rick and his staff kept me up to date at all times. Gets on your case right a way, Knowledgeable, aggressive, knows his stuff. His partner Christine is just as good. He impressed me when he gave me his cell phone number. I don't know of any other attorney who would do that. Bottom line, don't waste your time with anyone else, go with Rick or Christine for all your legal needs.

It's been over 4 years and brodney has not done 1 thing for me he promised 1 year tops and i would be done what did he do other thank take my money not return calls e mails messages voicemails. I had court this last Monday 10/28/2024 with him did he show nope he won't answer calls or emails or messages. I have paid him and he done nothing at all for me NOTHING.
I EVEN GOT THE BAR TO HELP WITH THIS MATTER and he would soothe this over make me a court date and do this to me don't wate ur money with him
My mother also used him promised to get her divorce done 2 years into it when he said 6 months my step dad commented suicide she paid over 6000 and what did she get back 1500 after she had to pay for funeral expenses cause she was still married to him. Oh I can go on and have proof of all this worst lawyer I ever talked with so now I have to get another lawyer

He shouldn’t even get a star! Worst lawyer ever was good to get the payment and do the first meet up but didn’t do anything for us after! We would call or text like he asked and wouldn’t respond until weeks later we emailed him and told him we were requesting a refund because my partner was released with out him and we no longer needed his services. I let him know I was going to file a grievance with the bar amd he told he he would see what he would give me a refund when he was back from vacation and never did. So then a couple of weeks I asked him about it and he tried to send us a paper where he was charging outrageous fees for a text message and call so that it would add up to more than he initially charged.

I was very uneducated in how the system works. She helped be there for me and guide me through the steps. We had went all the way to trial. Sara pays close attention to details in the case and events. She can see things others do not see the big picture. She has charisma and charm. It was truly magical how she conveys things to the jury. I've been trying to get in touch with her for months. We paid half of our dues, and haven't the other half because she never answers her phone or is in her office. We still haven't been placed on the list for court, which should have been done 2 months ago! You would think hiring someone and giving them everything you have they would help. Now I'm short on time and money and need to find another lawyer! Not very happy! When something is said, you should follow through. She even stated she would give our money back if she can't go anywhere with this case. Not even possible when she doesn't communicate! I will not recommend her to anyone.

We just started my whole court process but so far she has been very helpful, usually in the office when I need to talk to her or have a question. She's very polite and not intimidating at all yet gets the job done. She seems to be very knowledgeable in her practice. She has always been very nice and welcoming. We'll see how the process goes!

Nick knows a lot about his field of practice and prides himself on learning and improving in others. This makes him extremely well rounded. If he does not have an answer, he will find it rather than claim to know it. He doesn’t make false or empty promises, he delivers! Mr. Todaro is an excellent attorney! He was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and very prepared to handle my case. Everything was handled in a very timely manner. I know legal issues take time and patience sometimes and can be a little frustrating. I never felt rushed or neglected when we had meetings about my case.

I was supper depression and cried what Nick did on my divorce case! especially on the court, when the other side lawyer so aggressive say something so so mean, but my lawyer he didn't do anything, also he playing iphone most time. Even when Judge ask him question, he playing phone didn’t hear Judge. I’m so sad, when your lawyer is not on my side, It's make me cry a lot, even now.
So hard to contact him, he didn’t give me his cell number, I emailed him, he hardly reply. every time when I asked him question, he always give me a vague answer, in the call he always listen me all the time, even I forgot what to say, he will wait when you remember, but he is charging all your Phone minutes fee.
I feel like he is not on my side, he keep telling me the other side's lawyer is a good men. and he convince me every deal from the other side, everyone can see It's a bad deal.
He charge me HUGE HUGE FEE for divorce, I payed a lot money, and still own him a lot. One day he finally called me, and said if I don't pay the rest fee, he will not do anything. He know only have money after my Ex pay me.
He maybe is a good men, but he absolutely did so so bad on my case!

In the process right now. Jeanne Morales office was the only attorney that actually listened, cared, as understood the severity of the case and that my child was in danger. Not only did she instantly get me in the same day to consult but has handled this matter very delicately, but when needed has been very firm and aggressive to make sure my child would be safe along with the rest of my family during this process. When I was first looking and considering other attorneys they made me feel like a joke, like the safety of my daughter was not a concern for them. The one I consulted wouldnt even give me more than 5 mins to inform them what the situation was and see what they could do. I feel like God blessed me by helping me find one of the only amazing attorneys to see this through by a referral. Our court date is pending but I am confident Justice will be served.

He refuses to give any personal attention and is very defensive to discuss the case with. He didn’t want to fight at all for the case just wanted to be done with it. Worst experience of my life and terrified if I had kept him as counsel since he seems to be against the client. That’s not how they’re suppose to treat any of they’re clients in this manner or shouldn’t handle criminal law. Not wanting him to sugar coat it but be in my side and willing to put in the work to fight for your case not throw you away. He won’t answer questions and impossible to get ahold by cell/text, email and office phone and he makes his own appointments not legal secretary so takes long time to see him.

I shouldn’t have gotten a breathalyzer, it wasn’t required by the judge as a bond condition because I blew below the required limit to install a breathalyzer in my car. At the very least I should get time served for wrongfully having to have a breathalyzer or at least be explained why I have it. I explained this to Paul he said he’d look into it. I never got a answer as to why I needed to install a breathalyzer in my car . Instead he gave me a offer no timed served for the year and a half of the breathalyzer first offense before getting a crappy offer. I declined the offer asked to get timed served he hasn’t answered in two months and I call several times a day. I’m not going to serve a felony sentence for a misdemeanor b. If he treats you this way call the Texas board of grievances on attorneys that’s what I’m doing next time he doesn’t answer

Worst experience!!
Wouldn’t take my phone calls for years, very unprofessional and unpleasant.
Didn’t even tell me about court and I got arrested again on the same charge on a $30k bond.
When we met at court he told me he knew I tried to contact him twice this year.
He didn’t care about my case and accept my not guilty plea at the hearing, saying that “I am guilty.”
I’m not going to plead guilty to something I didn’t do.
Better off asking for another attorney from the start.

Very unprofessional. You’re better off representing yourself. I don’t know what his problem is. He doesn’t return calls, his “office” is a locked empty building. He’s VERY disrespectful. He kept calling me “LADY”. Like “look, lady!”, “listen here, LADY”
He never returns calls. He never called me back until I threatened to write to the judge, then I got a call back in 2 minutes. He tried to convince me that I have to plead guilty even though I’m 100% INNOCENT. Its my life, I’ll go to jail before I ever plead guilty to something I didn’t do.
