We are grandparents. Our son died in 2018. Our daughter-in-law was arrested for DUI and endangerment. We had to seek emergency custody. We needed to fight for joint custody to ensure our grandson was safe, well educated, and properly cared for. Pete was responsive, fought hard, and guided us through a very messy court case. We were successful and now have a joint custoday agreement with residential custody. We are very grateful we found Pete. He was always assessable and responded incredibly quickly. He even returned emails on weekends and at night. His office staff in very supportive, kind, and responsive. We have no doubt our journey with our daughter-in-law is not over. Mr. Stein along with his paralegal Ms. D are excellent. Both are diligent, very empathetic, and go above and beyond to thoroughly prepare. It’s a good feelingto know that individuals as knowledgeable as the aforementioned actually have your back and are confident in speaking up for you. I highly recommend Matthew Podolnick for any divorce/custody battle. He spent four years fighting for my son and I. He is highly educated, very well spoken and written. He consistently knew the right moves to make and his judgement and character are inspiring. He is honest and very trustworthy. He looks at every piece of the picture and will tell you the truth…even if you don’t want to hear it. Thats a rarity in many people but imperative in a divorce trial. I had a fraudulent TRO against me to gain an advantage in a divorce proceeding. Ted successfully won the case. His office staff was diligent an always polite. Although this was an extremely trying time and I was removed from the matrimonial home in the peak of Covid, the Rosenberg staff held me down tremendously. My only regret is that I didn't hire him initially to be my divorce lawyer. If you want a no non-sense , take no stuff from the opposing counsel and a successful ending to your case, this is the man to hire in Burlington County.💯🙏🏽⭐️

Katie was not prepared for any hearing. She did not prepare for the divorce hearing at all. I lost everything I put into my marriage.
