Nancy made the most difficult time in my life manageable with a balance of empathy, care, and realistically walking me through tough decisions and situations along the way. As a young Mother going through a custody battle and coming out of the trauma of domestic abuse, Nancy held my hand every step of the way. I immediately felt safe and understood as soon as I met her. I hired Sally in April when my husband left me and my very small infant child. She has been nothing but professional, honest, easy to work with and now a friend. She was there for me during one of the hardest times of my life and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Instead of going to costly court, we were able to settle things in mediation and I am very pleased with the agreement we have in place. I can't say enough wonderful things about Suzanne and her paralegal Annie. Suzanne stood her ground about my pre-martial property, when my ex thought he was entitled to half. Long story short, my ex got nothing but a lot of wasted money spent on his attorney to fight for something she knew he wasn't entitled to. Suzanne never wasted a dime of the money I paid her and I will forever be grateful to her for the kindness she has shown me in the last 16 months. If you want a attorney who will fight for you and show you compassion throughout the whole ordeal, then Suzanne is who you should call!! She truly does CARE!!!

Suzann not only created an agreement that not only was fair but was also black and white with no gray areas. Took a good honest bad situation and made it hell for everyone. In a bizarre twist. My companies had to call Heather in for depositions she admitted to hitting her child and paying off her ex. . Her records are public and are worth reading. If you have a soul or care about children.
I won on every count and Heather caused my ex to get much less than I was willing to pay. She ruined every friendship in our family and was vengeful and awful person to work with. Her ex who seems to be a good honest woman does not paint a nice picture of Heather. I am currently in the process of filing multiple complaints against this law firm with the SC Bar Association and have retained a malpractice attorney to hold these horrible people accountable. Not only is Daryn Barker the most incompetent, unethical, lazy, and immoral “attorney” I could have ever fathomed in a thousand lifetimes but she is a truly horribly human being as well. She served me and my children up on a silver platter to our abusers and it cost us nothing less than everything.

I set up an appointment for a phone consultation. I had to wait a week for that consultation. I received a text at the appointment time. I called them and they said I would get a call back from the attorney. I called a second time and was told the attorney was getting my case file and would call me back. Never called. I called a third time and they hung up on me. The only person I would recommend this attorney to is my wife that I am separated from at this time.

Joe was absolutely the best. Obviously, a divorce is never a good time in someone's life but Joe was definitely a light through it. He kept my goals for the outcome realistic and really listened to what I wanted as opposed to just going through the motions.
