Ms. Pollina was very quick to respond to emails and questions. Our case was handled quickly and there were no complications. She makes you feel very at ease and it is very easy to talk to her. She shows you the same respect as you give her. Some attorneys have a “I’m the smartest one in the room” attitude, but not Ms Pollina. She never talks down to you or treats your concerns as insignificant. If we ever need an attorney again, and I hope we don’t, we will call Ms.Pollina. We had an on-going issue with a neighbor that worked for the county and other lawyers did not want to take our case due to the office he held. We explained to Nathan about the bullying of our neighbor over a real estate easement and he took care of the issue without going to court even though our neighbor had obtained a lawyer. Unfortunately, l Inadvertently got myself into trouble. Finding an attorney was a difficult task especially due to the nature of my background. Stumbled upon Mr.Judkins to which l am VERY glad l did. Mr.Judkins, took on my case & shortly l was to be in court. Mr.Judkins, went to bat for me. The charge went from a felony to a Misdemeanor with community service/ court cost. I was served with a frivolous Order of Protection by my sister, which risked fracturing my entire family. These actions are difficult to defend and judges rarely dismiss such orders. Trouble came knocking on a Saturday afternoon. I was scared and needed advice. But it was Saturday. I used Avvo to locate a lawyer in my area. I selected David based on his breadth of practice and sent a contact request. I figured it would be Tuesday before I received a response, since Monday was the MLK holiday. My mind was racing and I was preparing to take action on my own. David returned my contact request on a Sunday in the middle of a holiday weekend. We consulted and he put my mind at rest. I now had an expert opinion as to the severity of the issue and what action I needed to take. I am now planning to discuss our entire family's legal needs with David.

Mr. Terral has handled both of my divorces and both were done in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about the law and kept me well informed on each step taken and an approximate time line of completion throughout the process. He was always willing to answer questions to make sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on at all times. He made me feel at ease and confident in his ability. Lisa handled a complicated divorce for me with excellent results. When we initially went to court after being sued Lisa Eischeid was very well prepared, identified the key issues in dispute, the evidence and the weaknesses in the plaintiff's case. In a venue which almost always favors the plaintiff, she was great for the defense and the results were extremely favorable. The plaintiff fired her lawyer finally and her new lawyer apparently knew better than to face Lisa Eischeid in court. Because getting results in the court room, in the end this resulted in a fair and very reasonable settlement for the defense.
It was a very stressful life event that took almost a year to resolve but Lisa Eischeid is all business, she took care of all the details for me. I was very pleased with the results. A very competent attorney. Highly recommended.

I went to there office, met with the gentleman explaining my situation, asked how much to start the process, got the money and hired them within a couple days and the process was on. I met Alex and Missy, they worked around every one of my health issues, they were kind and courteous and showed me nothing but respect, Alex was a straight shooter right from the start. After my husband was involved in a car accident, we initially began dealing with the auto insurance company on our own.
