Mr. Tilley was hired by my family to represent my son in a complicated criminal/divorce case. My son was going through a very difficult divorce and was falsely accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife to gain an advantage in the custody/divorce case. Mr. Tilley took the criminal matter to jury trial and got an acquittal. Then he was able to get a fair equal split of custody of my grandson. Mr. Tilley helped my son have the courage to fight against the false accusations when my son felt like giving up. I cannot recommend Mr. Tilley enough for this type of case.

I hired dena Moore Law group for my divorce thinking I would be getting dena as my attorney.
Instead I ended up with Amanda and Garrett but mostly Amanda.
They both were HORRIBLE I was never able to talk to dena I was only "told" she was involved in my case.
During this time I was very concerned about my kids they asked me to send documentation on visits with there dad so I sent it plus put together texts messages stating the fear my kids had and other things my ex wasn't following, with the purpose of using it in court. Or so they said. Which later they told me was worthless and they couldn't use it. $30 email and it's worthless!!!
Note: At the time we had a house forsale. Which we had equity in.
I told them on nurmorus occasion I need this divorce to end. I can't afford this can you please do this or that. Which they never did.
They never would speak at hearings not once faught for my kids. I don't even think they gave the judge half the stuff they said they did. About the real issues with my kids.
All they cared about was money, even though I was poor the majority of the time while with them.
$13,500 and only 5 months later I was no where close to my divorce ending, they did nothing for my kids.
The house sold so they took there money(money I didn't have to give them), that I needed for my family. then dropped me. Saying I didn't communicate with them...when I did nothing but communicate.
At one point Garrett talk down to me treating me like I was another attorney in a courtroom. No respect what so ever definitely no empathy for my situation.
Do not use this office, if they see $$$ in anything you have they will take it.
They will treat you like dirt. They don't care about kids at all. And I found out after hiring another attorney some of the things they told me were not true.
Dena might be a fine lawyer herself but DO NOT do business with any other attorneys in that office.

I feel as if the people leaving bad reviews are the opposing parties or people that couldn’t afford her.
She is amazing. A family member had a lot of false accusations (very serious ones) and Kim was able to shut it down in court immediately. My family member that had a lot of cards stacked against them got everything they wanted out of the deal and that was because of this office and team.
She is expensive, but worth it when you are fighting for your livelihood and family. I would recommend her a thousand times over for anyone facing a tough court battle.

I hired Miss Martin for a very simple case even the appellate lawyer whose appealing my case because she lost a "give me case" that should have been not guilty even the Illinois appellate Court said "she failed to do her job correctly" and that is actually written in the appeal so I would use high caution extreme caution if you plan on hiring this so called attorney or plan on losing.....

I hired Miss Martin for several cases the one should have better given since I had the order protection to begin with she wouldn't even file perjury charges which was evident there was massive perjury going on not to mention she up and moved in the middle of the court case leaving me stranded after being paid her full amount, which she agreed on one dollar amount for representation but when it took longer she demanded another $500 she wasn't even worth the first 500 I highly suggest if you're looking for a good attorney you look somewhere else. And yes I have every intention of filing a complaint with the bar and hopefully her license will be pulled because she has no business practicing law for anyone, I did better on my own and it didn't cost me $2,000 I would keep on walking or looking but I would not hire this so-called attorney not unless you definitely want to lose and lose you will with her!!!!!
