Where do I start? I wish I could give Mr Dan Cavanaugh a 20 stars review. I've never been so nervous in my life but walking in the Cavanaugh and Cavanaugh office , the atmosphere and greeting from the entire staff , I was relaxed and relieved by their welcome. Mr Dan Cavanaugh took my case and the best part of it, I didn't have to show up to court. He handles my misdemeanor situation the best way possible and I recieved a positive outcome. I would definitely recommend Mr Cavanaugh to anyone that ever get in a inconvenient situation , this man will be the best solution to your problems. I was referred to a few firms that has sky rocket prices and some that wouldn't even take my case . He was referred to me by my company's attorney in a different state and upon reading the reviews I know I was in good hands. Mr.Cavanaugh was very helpful with my case. A lot of times people like me just want a lawyer to beat a case and that’s not always going to happen. He gave me the best advice possible for my case. I wanted to go to trial and he assured it wasn’t safe to do so. I was looking at 5years in prison for my charge and being an ex-convict does not make things better. I’m grateful for Mr.Cavanaugh and his associates for keeping me out of prison and home with my family. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was rear ended by a distracted driver while at a complete stop. This was my first serious car accident and first injury so I did not know what to do. Christopher Lombardo is a good man and his reputation proceeds him as such. I have had the privilege of working with him on behalf of local charities in Naples, FL. I wanted to articulate my experience with Christopher Lombardo who has literally been my savior thanks to his skill sets which are second to none. I first hired a female attorney who I believed would be able to relate to me as another woman and exude compassion and empathy with respect to my situation which was as bad as it gets. As I was going through the divorce, I discovered that she did not have the requisite financial skills to protect me financially. Her discovery was inadequate and hurt me significantly for my financial future. I was being harassed by my ex and my attorney advised me to do nothing about it. I made the decision to leave the first attorney because I felt that she was not adequately representing me. I then secured another female attorney with the primary charge of selling my home and ensuring that I be reimbursed for my legal fees as per a court stipulation. My ex refused to reimburse the legal fees. The second attorney was working on going back to court to get my legal fees and in the process, my ex filed a Motion for a Special Magistrate to sell the marital home. Her legal representation was so inferior that she ended up getting sued personally. She was incompetent and had a chip on her shoulder in regards to me. And to make matters worse, she made derogatory comments to me. In addition, the legal fees she charged me were excessive. I knew that I had to change course because nothing positive was being accomplished. So, I had a friend help me research other attorneys. Our selection made was Christopher Lombardo. I am pleased to say that Mr. Lombardo competently, and rigorously took on my matters with a sense of urgency. The marital house was finally sold after he was able to talk sense to my ex's attorney. Chris is as savvy as they come, has many years of experience and knows how to negotiate with other attorneys without running up huge bills. He has always treated me with the utmost of kindness and respect. Without his expertise, I know that I would still be trying to navigate a deal and would have been forced to frivolously spend another $40,000. Quite simply, he is the best attorney I have ever used. In addition his team members including Rebecca Wade and Scott Pauzer were extremely helpful and prompt when dealing with my issues.
I would strongly recommend Mr. Lombardo to anyone who is dealing with divorce matters.

We recently had a will & living will done by Attorney Brian McNamara . Something we have been putting off for years as we assumed it would be complicated & just didn’t want to take the time , even though it’s something you only do once , unless you have it revised later . I gave Brian all the information over the phone & a few days later we went & signed everything. It was much easier & less confusing than we anticipated. I didn’t have to make a list of our assets or anything complicated at all .
The meeting in his office was very professional & social distancing was practiced very carefully & everyone including the witnesses at signing wore masks . Brian is very relaxed & doesn’t have the egotistical halo that most attorneys have. Also his fees were very fair . I checked around before & he was the least expensive . That wasn’t the factor why we chose him . When I initially called his office I got to talked to him & he took the time over the phone to explain all the details of a will and/or trust. As a family law attorney, I have used Ms. Chernoff many times as a mediator. I highly recommend her as a family law mediator. She is prompt, knowledgeable of the law and effective. Family law matters are always contentious and no one is happy but as a professional I see her working hard to settle difficult matters. I do not live in Florida and that made choosing a Florida attorney a little more difficult. A Florida family member had passed passed away late in 2014 and we needed to probate the Florida estate. We ended up retaining Mr. Mast after speaking to a number of attorneys. He was by far the most candid and most reasonable. The estate was not particularly complicated and Mr. Mast did not try to embellish or justify why he needed to charge an inflated fee. His fee was most reasonable and his final bill was exactly where he projected it would be. It was refreshing not to hear an attorney "sales pitch" - a tactic that other florida attorneys used to try to justify why their fees should be higher.
He was knowledgeable and always promptly responded to our questions. He filed all papers in a timely manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending him and I am very glad we retained his services.
