Couldn't ask for a better outcome. I felt like he fought for me and fought for what was best for my daughter. Went from nothing to full custody. It cost allot of money but you get what you pay for and more I would do it all over again even if he didn't get me the outcome he did. I really felt like he did everything possible.

I was recently involved in a hit and roll over auto accident in which I was charged and a citation was issued. I contacted Noah Weisberg to represent matter the matter. His professional skill and research provided information that proved that I should have never been charged as the law was vague and actually not understood by the officer. i used merna law for chapter 7, I was very embarrassed and felt like a failure, he explained everything well, and really fought for me. my credit was terrible i could not even get a car loan. he got my case discharged, explained how to build credit. 1 year later for approved for 1.4% car loan for five years. he is laid back, but knows his stuff. sadly i live in north carolina and they made a ruling after my case that we can no longer file in va, otherwise I would use the firm him 4 life

I was locked in a 5 year struggle to get my kids. I had two lawyers before Shannon and lost mostly because I am male. Shannon put together a solid case and never once blew smoke up my butt. She is going to give it straight the whole time. I will tell you she will rip a sole out in court, she smiles and takes care of you so get her before your wife does I don’t want to be sitting on the other side of this woman. She was well prepared every time and knew exactly how to maneuver the courts. This Dad now has custody of his kids because of two things 1) went to see Shannon early 2) took Shannon’s word as the gosiple. I will never use another lawyer, I hope I never have to. Attorney Lemm is like a Venus Fly trap. Pretty flower, but if you land in her trap she will chew you up and spit you out. I retained attorney Lemm a little over a year ago. I was going through a contested divorce and custody battle. I tried playing nice with my ex and attorney Lemm advised me not to, but I didn’t, I didn’t listen. After learning my lesson the hard way, I was drained and exhausted. Attorney Lemm said to me, are you going to let me do my job now? My ex was keeping the kids away from me, threatening my job and livelihood. She said we are going to “TAKE HER DOWN”! Our day in court came. I was blown away by her spark, attitude, and her ability to own the one person who made my life Hell for so long. A person who lied, manipulated, and was pure Evil in my life was getting owned on the stand. It was so bad that I couldn’t look up, because I was grinning so hard. My time, patience, and frustration was all being wiped away with pure satisfaction as she destroyed the person who tried to destroy me. In the end she got me every thing I wanted and needed, but to put the icing on the cake she had all my Court and legal fees paid for that day. I had no idea what she was aiming for, but I’ll say this I’m happy she was representing me. Cause I couldn’t imagine being drilled by her. It was so bad for my ex, that the following week I received an email that my ex wanted to move into finalizing the divorce. It was a win for my whole family. Attorney Lemm and her team are rockstars. We may have lost a battle but we won the war, with that being said, Ms. Nace was very straight forward. She provided with her team, a family feeling from the team. She went above and beyond for my case with listening to everything I had to say. Every time I would call or send an email I would get a fast response and a honest one. The reason I choose this law firm was due to me speaking to someone a few years back at the firm and based on the phone conversation was the reasoning in reaching out again because I felt good vibes through a phone call that made me know they weren't here for anything other then the best for me. We went before the judge and presenting our case and reasons and even though the outcome wasn't what we expect, she didn't give up. Mr. Anderson zealously represented me in criminal court and ended it with a Not Guilty verdict on ALL counts (4 charges). As a black woman, that means more than this review can explain. Mr. Hankins has help myself with neurmous cases, all have turned out in my favor with cases being completely dropped or a minimal un-surpervised probation for a 1 year period to then after completion of probation the charges be dropped. These cases ranged from simple misdemeanors to serious charges which could have led myself to be labeled as a felon; although Tim's wittiness save myself from facing the ramifications of the courts. I highly recommend him and I still remember his number by heart for that un-foreseen instance I get another charge. He is a doer and doesn't poke around the subject and can make an officer even doubt himself/herself of what actually happened at the time of arrest. For example, I was 20 years old, 2 months away from being 21, and I caught an underage possession of alcohol charge while fishing, I blantely told the marine police officer I purchased the beer since he stated if no one owned up to it myself as well as my friends would all get a charge, in court the officer showed pictures of the beer in the rear of my truck bed and told the judge I had admitted to purchasing the beer, Mr. Hankins then went on to perceive the marine police officer to be a total num-nuts and cross-examine him in a way that made plenty of loopholes in the officers story. Then the judge ruled the case be dismissed and to the officer who wrote the citation as well as all of the other officers in the court at the moment were stunned at the verdict since I had admitted to purchasing the alcohol and it was in my possession.

Mrs Gardner took care of our bankruptcy. She was extremely knowledgable in both the chapter 7 and 13 and helped me to figure out which one was the best at helping our family. She was even able to get 2 mortgage liens stripped because my house was no longer worth the amount of the two equity loans. She was wonderful at making us feel comfortable and always quick at replying to our emails or calling us back when we had questions. I stopped in the office to get her help with out an appointment when I was panicked over my husband having his clearance taken because of our financial problems and she brought me right into her office and wrote a letter for us and made copies of paperwork for us and calmed me down as she worked with her scheduled clients in other offices. Mrs Gardner saved my husbands clearance and helped us save our home with our bankruptcy! She is wonderful!

Was most helpful in a Chap 7 bankruptcy following loss of employment. Her skill enabled me to retain my automobiles and two residential properties through the bankruptcy. Her advice enabled me to complete loan modifications on both mortgages successfully, even though she did not represent me in either process. I have know Mr. Frank for about 26 years and asked for his assistance in an wrongful termination matter. Mr. Frank obtain my full unemployment benefits and proved that the termination was improper. On another more recent matter Mr. Frank saved my life from a wrongful criminal charge. He advised me to terminate my current attorney and referred me to another attorney. Without Mr. Frank's input, I would have been falsely convicted of a crime. As for my family and I, he is my Attorney for life.

I was referred to this attorney and he came highly recommended, looking at the Google reviews and the extensive "knowledge" that was noted, I thought it was a no Brainer to higher him! Although, I could have retained another lawyer at a cheaper rate. I wish I would went with a court appointed lawyer and saved $2500.00 because he did absolutely nothing to help me. I payed in full way before my court date and never received a call or consultation (which was odd in my experience). I had to call multiple times just to follow up and see if i could do anything prior to my case to help, no advice was given. My discovery was requested a day before my court case and our first meeting was in the court room for about 5 minutes basically telling me to take a plea deal. I had a DUI and refusal. I was convicted of a DUI and the refusal null processed which basically means nothing was done, I would have achieved the same results representing myself or just pleading guilty to start with. There was no Alcohol test done so you would think it was a win, he didn't even try to get it reduced to wet wreckless or anything. His entire attitude and disposition showed me he really didn't care about the outcome of my case or about me at all. He showed up late each time and was very sinister while speaking with him. I absolutely wish I would have went with another attorney. I have a perfect driving record and no previous criminal record. I subsequently have to have Interlock for 12 months that cost $90. Per month, $400.00 for asap, $220.00 for restricted license and $500.00 in court cost. This is insane and can cause economic hardship for anyone on a budget. You have to have a FR44 on your Insurance which also increases your premium. I made a bad decision the night of my DUI charge and the day I retained this lawyer. I've been bleeding money every since. I get that the law is the law and consequences are standard for certain offenses but I can't help feeling like I had an attorney who didn't care about me. I recommend him to someone else prior to my case outcome. Another mistake. 2023 showed me alot, I'm thankful that I can afford to pay the cost and I have the tenacity to comply with all my obligations. The commonwealth or this attorney will never see me again. If you're going to refuse, refuse everything the field test and breathalyzer, you might spend 6 hours in jail but it will help your case in the future. I made a mistake that will stay on my record for ever, and possibly prevent future career opportunities. You only get one chance, this is your future. I would advise to always speak up for yourself, and if not satisfied excersise your right to request different counsel, the court will grant you a continuance, you may pay a little more because they will still deduct fees for whatever so called work they did, but it could possibly save your record and future. Most importantly obey the law people!! Lesson learned!

Joshua Goff is a walking VA Code encyclopedia that can articulate a very strong defense for his clients. He is the type of attorney you NEED in any criminal matter. When I first spoke with him on the phone, he was very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and confident in his ability to defend the case… in court he transformed into a ferocious beast, showing no compassion to the opposition, and swung one of the biggest bats I ever seen in court. I am more than happy with the result and I could tell that Mr. Goff was proud of himself. That was clear indication that he challenges himself to be the best and he cares about his work. The best part about Mr. Goff is that you can tell he is passionate about what he does and being in the courtroom is his element. No matter how bad you think your case is… TRUST HIM! Doesn’t matter what your case is or what you look like… do yourself a favor and at least call him. He is affordable and is ready.

I do not recommend. Don't be dazzled by the sweet secretaries/staff or nice facility. If you value your child and custody, don't go to this firm. The list of issues I have is long, moral of the story is they provided false assurance, took me for a ridiculous amount of money to do nothing, and ultimately told me I should withdraw everything a year later. So I did and found a much more competent law firm and lawyer that was able to secure me and my child's safety.

Much to my dismay, I found myself in need of a divorce attorney 5 years ago. I met with Kenny Murov and realized he was a no nonsense person that took his job seriously. We were able to settle out of court with a very fair settlement. Unfortunately, 5 years later I needed his services again when my ex decided to only meet half of his court ordered financial obligations. This time we had to settle the matter in court. I was extremely nervous since this was my first time in court. After about 10 minutes of opening statements, I realized I had nothing to worry about and this man would go to battle for me. I was most impressed with his knowledge of my case, the research he had done, and his preparedness for court. He was thorough and intense. He missed nothing even after 4 hours of testimony. I had never seen him in court and I was amazed at his knowledge and skill. If you are his client, you will have to feed him the information and probably have a lot of paperwork to provide. But he needs facts in order to do his job. He is a man of integrity that is devoted to his law practice. I was fortunate to have him represent me.

Kenny provides the best service you can find in the Tidewater area. He is an expert in his field, easy to contact and responds quickly. He is courteous and friendly and gives you as much time as you need. When its needed he will give you the advice thats best for you even though occasionally it might be tough to hear it. I would give him my strongest recommendation for legal support and action.

I would not recommend this law firm for military divorces. They might do a good job outside of those types of cases, however I would not recommend for military divorce cases/settlements. From my experience, they are definitely not the best option when it comes to military based divorce cases.
