Schuler Elliott & Associates was truly a great firm with extreme processualism. Attorney Elliott assisted me with my case he was through, knowledgeable, communicative throughout the entire process. We engaged Vernadette for advice a particularly painful situation we were experiencing. We paid her the retainer and she successfully guided us through the minefield. With her help, we decided on a course of action and moved on agreeing that we would call her if something else came up with this case. The first consultation was impressive! Mr. Kitchens was very attentive to details. His listening skill was very valuable because he paid attention to what I told him and confirmed what he heard. I was only looking for a family law attorney, but I could hire him to handle other matters as well. Mr. samms helped my husband and I through my adjustment of status. From the beginning of my journey he asked very essential questions to determine the difficulty we would have to adjust my status. He was very responsive and communicative. He answered all our questions and concerns in a timely matter. He was also very friendly and made us both feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. There’s wasn’t even a second where we doubted his abilities as a lawyer. We used William Fletcher 2 times in family court and he never made a difference. I could've done a better job myself and saved thousands of $$. Children were involved and he performed very poorly. He was a true disappointment. Hopefully, he has improved his performance and attitude.

I used Mr. Osborne for business for some years back whenI was running a business. He was always very responsive to my requests and very diligent in dealing with the matters at hand. This included litigation whiere I always found him to be very astute.We never lost a case where he represented us.. He was even able to extract us from a perilous situation we were in because of the inadequacy of previous representation.
I have used him personally to draw new Wills for my wife and I beacuse of changes in the Estate Tax Law. In addition I have recommended him to several other people. They were all please with his representation.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews on this attorney. I guess the unhappy people wanted something that in Georgia, you just are not going to get. Like a free house. I only wanted a modification that everyone could live with, and he negotiated me a very good, permanent deal.
Georgia is very hard on foreclosures, and nobody wins. A good attorney will follow the law, but the Courts don't play by the laws of Georgia. People should be realistic in what they seek. It is not the attorney's fault when people seek that which they cannot have.

I had a consultation with this attorney as part of my Legal Shield membership. I've talked to some rude and indignant attorneys before but he was one of the worst. Believe everything in the previous review because that person's experience was the EXACT experience I had. If you can't be quiet long enough to listen to what people are saying and offer alternatives, do us all a favor and just retire.

My experience with Graham was intolerable. He was rude and flippant. He cut me off continuously when I was trying to explain my case. He kept telling me how my case would be very expensive to pursue. He was very uninterested in what I had to say. He talked down to me. I left the phone call feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I would not recommend him as an attorney.
